Anytime McDonald's wants to say their McFlurry machines are down this is a place I can count on to order a shake at any hour of the day or night. Even midnight unlike they're competition nearby. Much appreciated! I know cleaning the machine down is hard work so thank you for the friendly service. 5 stars!

This place made my burger to perfection! There was nobody there except for guys eating. So the lady the prepares the food went to get the cashier & she took my order. As I'm tellin the cashier my order the lady starts preparin my order. I am vegan so I said beyond star w/o cheese & mayo add extra special sauce. She slathered that sauce like no other. Then the size of the lettuce & tomato was A1! Then the cashier was super with us & we had a cool convo with her about their old prices me & the person I came with left. It was very nice.

The best burger in the whole world is from this place. The double western bacon burger is the most delicious burger I've ever tried. Personally I don't like onion rings so I have that removed when ordering. If you like spice this burger is also bomb with jalapeños! Thank me later :)

Let me say this. The food was hot, I received great service and they got my order right. I was indeed a happy camper.

Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy.

Love the Beyond Burger. Didn't give them 5 stars because they often get my order wrong or miss items, but overall I like coming here. I just make sure to check my order now before leaving.

They take along time getting your order and giving you your order. Long enough to have beggers come between the car window and the service window. They don't say anything to them.

Never really had a problem what does place. Services pretty good only problem is when you try to redeem the stars that you've accumulated sometimes they give you a hard time they make it so you can't do it on the app and you have to go through a little bit of trouble to get the QR code to be able to redeem certain items

The service at the drive thru window was excellent. Attentive and patient in taking my order and each item was repeated back to me both individually and collectively upon finishing my order. My only complaint being a longer than average wait time (~10min) which is why the fall short of a 5 star review.

Carl's jr. Is okay but they need to be more social with a customer and more respectful too those who choose to eat at there establishments... 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 I suggest being more customer-friendly food is good.....

I can't take down my fried zucchini with that carl's jr house dressing dipping sauce. We the consumer's delegation decided that Carl's Jr blah blah house blah blah dipping blah blah blablah sauce should go. I feel Bamboozled. Me: is buttermilk ranch in the bag 4 eyed Server (my apologies but I'm venting): Yes it's in the bag. Me: smiling while my goof troop looking self drive off. THAT WASN'T WHAT I ASKED FOR Milhouse Van Houten.

Drive thru took way too long but food was good

Food is good. Service was reasonably timely. Cashier was not courteous, seemed to be impatient. Also there was a little fighting going on amongst the kitchen associates. One of them went as far as yelling at the other one.

Went through the drive thru checked my order n it was had to walk inside (doors were locked) it was early 7pm they fixed out order then noticed our fries were still missing had to go back in to request fries

They have they days. Their food isn't always good. I left a few times unpleased. And theirs times when the food is great. It's the cooks, some people cook better then others.

Carl's Jr. is decent. The food is ok as well as the staff. They should improve on delivering the food on time. I remembered I had to wait 10 whole minutes for my food even though there was no one inside the place. If all other fast food joints are packed and full, I usually come here. This place is meh.

Beirley was the employee that helped me out today. I saw that she was helping drive thru customers along with walking customers at the same time. Although multitasking should always be greatly appreciated by anyone, I feel that Bairley should have acknowledged the customers waiting in line, she passed by me a few times before she took my order.

We ordered 2 western bacon burgers the burgers where great really good I love those burgers, the onion rings where hard and not fresh like they had been sitting for hours because so hard I could not eat them, the iced coffees was very good the attendant was ok but service very slow cuz the food was somewhat cold . Very slow service. Just one lady at the register and drive-thru. Took way to long to get my shakes and on top of that she was rude. Service is slow here at the Carl's Jr. In Compton on Long Beach and Rosecrans Ave.

They get great special hamburgers, then discontinue the best ones. The special's are why I come. Remember that triple bacon burger with yummy jam sauce? Gone. All the best Always get discontinued. 😢

Carl's Jr is lame. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy food at Carl's. The prices are that of some premium burgers, but you get mediocre burgers

Service was fine. Order was wrong. They had a systems failure when I visited so not fully their fault which I get but I did have to wait about 15-20 mins to receive my order and it wasn't even the right items....

Its too expensive now.. 2 combos=$25, then they ask you to park in the lot and they will bring out the food. Fries undercooked and its a large but looks like a medium.

Use to be my favorite burger stand, but last couple of years meals have been cold and not fresh. Burgers use to be flame broiled as you order, it's changed.

This location has poor service. They took a long time to throw together some burgers. Seemed like all the employees were scrambling and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. They called my number and then told me to wait like I did something wrong. Then I stand there and watch them put my order together. What? Get it together guys. It's fast food not filet mignon.

Tastes as good as any carls. Clean place but, Almost every other time i go, they mix in old french fries with fresh fried ones. It pisses me off, having to bite down on old ass, hard fries, so i deiced to wash it down with my drink that i ask for without ice, but wait! The put frigging ice in it..

Im a firm believer n good customer services, and this place doesn't greet their customers. I walked n the same time as another paying customer, we both stood n line 4 a good 4 mins b4 the cashier called to take our orders, i guess they must not b used 2 greeting their customers, bc the cashier gave me a stare like "can u make an order already"...

I usually eat at Carl's Jr but this place was awful. Customer service and employees were the worst. They do not care and if it was up to them they would close the business down. I mean they get paid to work there but they really hate working there. I mean at least try. Employees were awful hopefully they hire people that actually need a job.

The customer service here is terrible the drive thru girl told me to wait before I got to the so her timer won't go off had me waiting there for 15 min then 10 more for my order and when I got home the order was wrong did not give me condiment I asked for and even when I went back the manager still had the never to charge me for the 89.cents different never again

Never get the order right always leaving out something no matter how many times we repeat it to them. Fryers always cold. Bad customer service!

It is 8:40 pm as I’m writing this and the hours say until 11 pm yet it’s closed and only the drive thru is available.

Very slow service (approx. 15 minutes), had to repeat my order 3x to cashier who was busy, no straw was given & no "thank you." My first & last time visiting this location.

I normal never go there but to day my wife did . and they had to remake my burger 3 time while she was there . and when she broth it back it still was not right . so i had to go there and return my self the manger did not offer me any thing for my problem . I understand on holidays you probably don't want to work at 3am making burgers, but when there's no one waiting behind me for an order there's no reason to forget to take off what I wanted removed from my burger, but apparently they didn't care and gave it to me with everything on it

Go to the other Carl's Jr. By the freeway. This one will mess up your order! They do it every time and are RUDE af. And it's hard to enter/exit the parking lot. Even their soda machine is usually broken. Cheao, ghetto restaurant

Showed up around 1:30 am in the morning drive-thru sign says 24 hours was waiting at the drive-thru for 6 minutes and no answer when I drove around the employees we're at the tables relaxing what their feet up what's the point of having a drive-thru 24 hours if there's nobody there to attend you....B.S

Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told they didn’t get the order! I said it have an order number and digital receipt that says I paid for an order here. The person on the other side of the speaker just kept saying we didn’t get it. And didn’t offer any other assistance until I suggested coming inside to show him my receipt. Then he said just pull forward and we’ll look at it. So it took about 20 mins in a drive thru it took 20 mins to get to to pick up an order that was paid for 20 mins before I even left home. I will not be going back to this location unfortunately, and it’s the closest to my home.

Bought a double western bacon cheeseburger and as I opened the wrapper a roach came out from the burger🤢🤢. That will be the last time I give them my business, that was disgusting. Don't get anything from there. I'll probably call the Department of Health...

Customer service here at night is horrible. They have you wait till they’re done gossiping till you can order. And Once you pull up to the window you can hear the employees laughing and talking loud and then you wait another 10 mins waiting to get your food. Definitely not going back

Worst place ever I've gone twice the first time the drive through guy made wait five minutes by the time he was ready to take my order it was 10:30 breakfast was over and made sure to tell me they were no longer serving breakfast. The second time made sure to come earlier got to Carl's Jr exactly at 10:00am took a minute to take my order by the time we got to the window(10:20) the guy says are you paying with cash? I said no and handed him my card. He goes to swipe it and returns and says it didn't go through our system is down that's why I asked if you were paying cash. This got me mad and told him he should have let me know when I was ordering! I waisted 20 minutes for nothing. Great service, not!

Horrible service. Cashier was in front of us for five mins and ignored us. At the very least she could have said give me a minute, nothing just goes about like we're not there. Understand if it's busy but the place was empty, as was the drive thru..... And the food took a while to prepare even thoe we were the only ones in the store. Wanted to to give this place a second chance ( usually go to the one by lynnwood near the hospital) since it's a minute drive from my house BIG MISTAKE. rather drive for fifteen mins than one minute and get this type of service. Makes sense why the place is empty. AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND GAS. NOT WORTH IT!

Very disappointed, the burgers were small and smashed, barely any condiments. Lettuce looked like it had been cut like a week ago. Meat was extremely dry, maybe they were burgers from days before, because they were terrible. Fries were super dry, like they had been sitting there for hours. Wanted to order a shake but they had ran out of the ingredients. Carl's jr. Burgers used to great, one my favorite burger places to visit, not any more. Burger King is the place to go from now on.

I've eaten at many Carl's Juniors and I've always boasted that they're one of the best hamburgers in a fast food restaurant but this particular Carl's jr. Was a great disappointment. They used shredded lettuce where they usually use leaf lettuce and very skimpy on the shredded lettuce and the bun was squashed it look like the sandwich was made well in advance and perhaps they had several stacked on top of each other ready to be served. The meat may be cooked in advance but the Assembly of the sandwich should be done as ordered.

They are rude and overpriced!!! I I wanted to use the restroom BEFORE ordering my food or drink ... I asked the manager and she rudely ignored me then the worker walked over and I asked "can I use the restroom first?" and she plainly told me "you have to order first" so I ordered a drink and she said "$3.30" for a drink???!!!! Are you kidding me I'm better off buying 2-4 2liters from the store ... Geeze now I remember why I stopped eating here or any Carl's Jr for that matter... worse off is who orders their drinks and food before using the restroom?? I'm pregnant and a germaphobe so TBH this is the VERY last time I EVER come here!!! And you better believe that I will be telling everyone I know not to come here either!!!

Do not eat at this place on Long Beach and Rosecrans Ave. Store #110049. They are very unsanitary I watched cook handle the equipment move a ladder and then go back to touching the food with the same gloves on, when I asked to change he yelled why and argued with me🤦🏾‍♂️I asked the manager if they safety procedures she looked me in my face and said, "we do, but no one never said anything." I try not to be that one, but I had too. I looked at all of and showed them my chef picture. And said there are rules in the food service industry. You get some one or even killed. Got my money back and left. I'm glad I didn't go through the drive thru.

This location needs to work more on giving there clients what they are paying for ! Food is not Cheap now in days !This is the 3rd time that this drive thru forgets something from my previous orders and today as well and our breads from our burgers were given to us cold ! I really don’t blame this on the workers I blame it on the company because to save money they have less employees working and cannot give everything they can with a full drive thru !

Watch out with this place. They charged me $6 just to upsize my combo to a large. AND they charged me extra for a breakfast combo and said that it was because it's lunch time now. They must think i just started going through the drive thru. Basically, they lied to my face and stole my money
