It was Friday & I went through the drive- throu to get my $2 fish fillet & I ordered 2. It was tasty I Was going to complain because I thought I didn't have cheese but it was a little strip on the bottom & the cashier was pleasant

It was incredibly busy the last time I visited (at least the drive-thru was, I didn't look inside). Took maybe almost 30 mins just for a single caramel frappe.

Drive thru is usually packed, but the line moves pretty quickly. Doors close at 10pm and drive thru States this location is open 24hours, but they close around 1am on some days, so be cautious. They're pretty nice about refilling your drinks even if you don't dine in...

Always a pleasant environment, the only problem is that they haven't had jalapenos for almost 2 weeks now and that ruins my jalapeno bacon cheesey QPC that I like to order. Other than that this is a great place to eat... 👍

The dining area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times, as tables and floors can get messy. Drive-thru accuracy also needs improvement, as orders occasionally come out missing items. Staff members are polite but seem overworked at times. It’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but better consistency and upkeep would make it a smoother experience

It's ok. It's clean. I don't think they have eat in dining yet due to covid. They are attached to a Chevron gas station Food Mart. The Food Mart is great. I give them four stars. Great selection of snacks and food . Nice selection of carbonated water. Great place to play the lottery. They've had a couple of big winners here. I play the scratches and my biggest wins have come from tickets I purchased here.

This is the closest McDonald's to me, so i come here often, although I wish I didn't. There's constantly items missing from my order, I've gotten other people's order more than a few times. They constantly send you to the "third window" to the point that there's 4+ cars waiting just to reach the third window. Most of the employees look like they could care less with a few exceptions, if your getting paid just do your job, if you don't like it than quit and get a different job. With that being said, they are human beings, so I understand sometimes they might be having a bad day, or training a new employee. The food tastes like any other McDonald's, even if the meat is hanging out of the buns more often than not. I only come here because I'm to lazy to drive an extra 5 mins to the next McDonald's.

Good customer service. Not enough help. Too many homeless hanging in lobby and they are loud and annoying. Dont come here for fast great dining. Bathroom toilets all full of toilet paper and feels like a park bathroom.

There's one thing I didn't like from here we forgot to ask for condiments and I went back for some barbecue sauce for my son and she wanted to charge me for it 🤨

There's nothing to say it's not special from any other mcdonalds. If there's a rush, you better check your bag before you leave because these guys forget items constantly! Especially if you use door dash. Just beware.

Bad driver thu service took a bite of egg sandwich with egg shells all bad

Service is a hit or miss. Ghetto joint. Ran shoddy. Waited 5 minutes to get inside. The 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Mind you, i was the only one in the lobby. No excuses. I had a mcdonald app code to use and was there, but if i had know, if i had known how bad the service would be, i probably just drive the extra 15 or minutes to another mcdonald

I suppose I have a certain standard because I work fast food and we know what excellent customer service is. This place has people who don't greet you. It all seems like they're forced some of them seem like they got scolded by their mothers with the way they act. Never coming back.

My mom she's a senior and friend went there today and they don't how to use the order screens and employee of McDonald's refuse to take there order and told them they had to use the screen so they asked for help and she attended them with great attitude, if people don't know how to use the screen they should help them at the counter.

They always get my order wrong, have to wait for than 20 minutes even if I order ahead online, and they don't give refills. Taking my business somewhere else.

The food always tastes like there, reheating it. The Customer Service is terrible. Especially the Weekday Morning Manager's. They treat people who are not of the Latin heritage bad. They will tell black and other race people they don't except E.B.T., and then as a Latino customer comes in; They do. They are slow too. And, be careful they have three pick up windows. And, they will ask you to move forward. 🙄 But, want specify to what window. So, now you are at the wrong window waiting for your food.

It's always an issue when i come here. I ordered 2 large fries, but my total wasn't given at the board. The line was slow as usual. No one at the 1st window. Payment and food at 2nd window. He didn't confirm order only my total at the window. Trusting him, i paid $10.13. He hands me my receipt, and it says "cheeseburger combo with bottle water" um no! This is not my order. So now im mad I paid for the car behind me. So i guess the person working with him says your fries are the same price, just a penny difference and shows me the screen. He gives me my food and a penny back. But what if i order 1 thing, now thats an another issue. Please check your receipt and food at this or any location. We pay too much for your product and its not up to par. The timer on fries needs to go a little longer. They are not crispy.

On September 23,2022 I ordered a large fry and large frappe the cashier took my order. I paid cash then he proceeds to make my order without washing his hands just nasty that's called cross contamination. He has the nerve to get an attitude because I tell the manger. This McDonald's is the worst. The always get your order wrong and beat you the customer getting mad.

The environment plays a big part in the way you in which are treated at any McDonald's so with that being said this particular McDonald's which seems to not have a diverse group of employees , seems to be ignorant to customer service, in not having all of the paid for parts of my order I call back and the phone is answered the second time with a bland Hello, no name no thanks for calling NOTHING then the manager a Ms.O on the other end seems to be more concerned about a receipt than customer satisfaction. She was loud, rude and very combative over am issue that could have been easily addressed. Ms. Williams definitely needs to have her staff retrained as well as teach then etiquette in responding and communication or she will find her self losing business in several of her establishments...

I had to get 3 cups of coffee to only return requesting my refund. The service is HORRIBLE AT THIS PARICULAR MC DONALD'S. I thought maybe just maybe a lady was over reacting. I now know she had just cause to go off bc they take your money and serve you and order you did not ask for, or a HORRIBLE cup of am coffee. 2 thumbs down and a toe!!!

Service went down hill here. Employees are rude. They will make you wait because they want to. Then will give you cold as food. Bought a Big Mac that tasted like fish idk why I had to trash it. Now I know better and rather go to the alameda one.

This is the nearest McDonalds to me, and its the WORST. It says they close at 1am, the workers are clearly in there you can see them just talking yet they dont take orders.. its 11:44 and the menu was still on, yet no one would take orders. Me and like 4 other cars were waiting for such a long time. You can see the workers and they have the audacity to turn everything off exactly at 12 while we are all still in line? This isnt the first time this happens, its so unprofessional. Ive been here BEFORE 10 pm and this has still happened, I live here but would rather avoid this location at all cost. Embarrassing look for the company. Need to speak with the manager about operating hours and staff. They just close whenever they want. Even as Im writing this review this website says the location is open. They wouldnt even answer calls.

Placed an order at 10:27 am breakfast time and when I got to this Macdonald's they told me that because I got there are at 10:32 they couldn’t work on my order. That I had to be there at 10:30. The person that answered we thought the voice on the drive thru was rude. Will never return here again.

This place is a real disaster..needs to be organized and managed by an experienced person..time waiting too long because the bad organization.

Getting ignored by a McDonalds employee is crazy lol anyway why is the bathroom / lobby closed at 7:58pm on a Wednesday ? Then they have nerve to ignore you when asking a question

This is the worst McDonald's I was ever at in my whole life this place sucks. They forgot our fries she had to walk over to look in our bag to see if we were lying, they're very rude not to mention the extremely dirty cockroaches in the kitchen, they don't give you refills and they lie about the bathroom being occupied. Keep away

Horrible place not just does the orders come out wrong also the restroom is the worst so DO NOT EVER LET ANY KID GO ALONE not even ur self. I went in to use it an there's two stalls mines had no lock idk bout the other one but there was a Man in there guess the restroom is unisex, family bathroom to top they are not clean I hurried up and got out to avoid any problem or awkwardness, it was already bad for me when I heard him say HEY soon as I opened the door .

The longest wait ever for the simplest order... nobody was asking if we needed help... the kiosks were down so they didn't work... overall worst customer service ever!! Even saw one employee argue on where a customer can order

Woman at the window tells me they dont have decaf coffee, which i know they do. Lazy az just didnt want to brew it. Im complaining to corporate every time a location does this.

I’m not sure if employees do it on purpose, but I came to order a frozen drink and according to the employee frappe, slushes, smoothies were not available because the machine was broken. this is not the first time this happens specially in this location, according to the employees machines are always broken . As well ordering through drive through always takes forever 😡😡😡

I was trying to order food for my kids after school the elderly lady that works there, I don't know if she's a manager but rudely told me if was going to order I said yes and she pointed at the giant tablet telling me order over there. I told her was paying with cash, she ignored me and walked away. Never coming to this McDonald's.

Didn't receive everything that we ordered. The fries were barely room temperature and the hamburger was really dry. No restrooms and the connecting Chevron also claimed they had no restrooms.

Hey management, train your staff to be faster and more respectful to uber eats delivery drivers. We're trying to earn a living as much as your employees are. There's always at least a 20 minute wait, time is money and time is a good review also. No one ever knows who the heck the orders are for and the lack of professionalism is atrocious.

Very rude manager. Last time I went here, I was offered a free item to leave a review on the surveys. I drive to the second window and was rushed to move to third window. I was trying to say something and cashier at window was telling me to move (but it wasn’t her fault- the manager was pressuring her to make me move). Now I’m in a bad mood and I move. I get to third window and an employee comes and asks for my receipt AND MY PHONE so that she could do the review for me to get the free item! I said you’re crazy- you are not touching my phone! The survey is for me to do. Not you. They bring my items, I get home and I was missing a combo... ( I had ordered 6 combos). but they mistakenly gave me 2 Different combos from other cars. On a different note, every time I order Postmates from here, something is always wrong or missing.

If I could I would give them 0 stars I ordered on doordash they didn't send me all my food and I even called to see if i can pick up my order and they clicked on me I kept calling and wouldn't answer worst service ever. Never order from there again
