This is a decent Dunkin. Customer service is better than other nearby locations. Food is inconsistant. Sometimes the coffee is great, sometimes it's bitter. Sometimes the bagels are great, other times they are hard or lacking toppings (see picture of everything bagel). Overall, a little above average Dunkin.

Service was good but very slow, donuts seem like they have been cooked a couple days ago. Tad bit stale. We were the only people in the restaurant and it still took 20 mins to get our coffee :(

I stopped by Dunkin’ hoping for a little pick-me-up, but what I got felt more like a gentle insult in drink form. The staff seemed impatient — like I was interrupting their group existential crisis — and when they got my order wrong, asking for a fix felt like asking them to donate a kidney. I asked for light ice, and apparently that translated to mostly air. Two sips in, and my drink was gone like my will to return. To top it off, the donuts tasted like they’d been through a long night of soul searching in the display case. If America runs on Dunkin’, it might be time for a nap.

Been here 2 different times ordered the same drink, pumpkin spice cold foam cold brew.... Both times tasted totally different! Charged different prices and the drinks looked totally different! The tag on my coupon the second visit said latte, he told me that's the way they have to ring it up. But your menu clearly stated cold foam cold brew....

Food was fine but aint it crazy when grown adults have an attitude and don’t know how to control it? I’m ordering donuts for my kids and she just chunking them in the bag. Have my kids wondering why their donut is upside down. Buzzcut needs to relax and maybe eat a donut to be able to have better customer service.

The food itself was delicious. The service on the other hand was quite bad. Once my partner and I got to the window, we were given the wrong order. We let the drive thru employee know and he switched it out with ours. The app is not clear on the fact that your iced coffee is black and you have to specifically add creamers and sugars to your order so I was surprised the coffee we received was black. I realized that I should’ve ordered it with cream and sugar but kindly asked the employee for some. He immediately gave us an attitude and told us in a condescending tone that we should have added sugars and cream to the order. Obviously we were already aware from the received black coffee. We had no issue with him telling us this as it had been a while since visiting. But there was definitely no need to be snarky or tell us with obvious annoyance. It was definitely rude. I don’t know if he had a bad day but regardless of his last customer, you shouldn’t take it out on the rest.

Bad service. These people don't care at all and the lady who took my order had an attitude for no apparent reason smh.

Placed an order on their kiosk and after 10 minutes we realized no one was paying attention and our order was just skipped… Shouldn’t take 20 minutes for 4 items at 3:30 in the afternoon.

This place is absolutely horrible! Bought two breakfast sandwiches and the bacon was burned horrible and the sandwich was cold and tasted like burnt cheese and bacon. There was 5 small round tator tots that were cold with a hint of a burnt mess. Go somewhere else.

The drive through guy was very rude I didn’t get his name but he has long hair and slammed the window on my face… I thank god he had chance my ways if not I would’ve caused a big scene

As with any other Duncan store the only good thing is the coffee. Inside is always dirty. Floors are sticky. Place needs a deep cleaning.

Why is it so difficult for this Dunkin' to serve a bagel that isn't rock hard? I've been here on three separate occasions and each time I've ordered a bagel, anywhere between 6am and 9am, the bagels seem to be days old. Hey manager- if the bagel is hard as a rock, toss it out. Do not sell it. And fix the furniture. Place looks like a dump. This isn't rocket science.
