First id like to memtion the lady with the drawn eyebrows is rude. She wasnt wearing a name tag so i can't tell you her name. Secondly the music is extremely loud. Asked for a minute to see what I wanted and felt rushed the entire time. Also asked for a small amount of mayo and got ALOT of mayo. Every bite tasted full of mayo. We were disappointed.

I ordered online, and my sandwich was made incorrectly (incorrect bread and incorrect toppings). Additionally, for some reason my sandwich was cut up into about 7 small pieces (rather than just cut in half, like it normally is). Not sure why it was cut up, I didn't ask for that.

Came to this location with a coupon that expires on 5-21-22…..the cashier told me that it was expired when I scanned it, so I handed him the coupon so he could clearly see the expiration date…..he told me to scan it again and told me that the machine read error……I asked him why it was doing that and he stated that he did not know…..I heard him state that it was his first day, so I do not fault him….I do however fault Subway…...I ended up paying full price…..Subway should fix this issue….I dont understand why they’re sending out coupons and then state that they don’t work when trying to use them at the restaurant……

Managements hasn’t restocked breads-or-anything and this stuff IS NOT CLEAN. Someone doesn’t care about their job.

On 11/17/25 at 1:30pm, I went into this subway. I had the most horrific service ever. I asked for one thing and the young man kept making another by placing other meats on my bread (he did this 3 times). Instead of turning around looking at the board to see what comes on the sandwich, he chose to add what he thought nor did he asked me. Another employee was they and witnessed what was happening but was helping another customer. The other employee was trying to help him but it was difficult for him to multitask. I basically had to make my own sandwich by telling him what to do, which was fine but when he asked me over and did I want something I kept telling him I did not want, was so hard. I’m done with this store.

I live 2 min from here and come at least 3 to 4 times a month…. And I have never experienced what I did today! RUDE people! Stale bread! Hard as a rock! Horrible experience!

Subway emails surveys to their customers after eating there, and if you complete it you get a either a 20oz drink or 2 cookies for free. I have done this a million times, and today this store refused to honor it. She REFUSED to give me even 1 cookie... 1 cookie, cause she'll "get in trouble." That's terrible customer service, I won't be back to this location. The young ladies that work here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone from Subway needs to contact me asap

Made an order through doordash, first one got stolen by the dasher, when i reordered the dasher had to go in to try to convince them to take the order and they refused, i work 12 hours shifts and im not allowed to leave to take lunches, this subway has always been an issue, and honestly i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. i tried to call to talk to them and the phone rang for over 2 minutes and then gave a disconnected sound. definitely the worst subway in the area.

Stopped by this location as I usually do and ordered a BLT. Simple enough right? I was informed by a rude employee that they can no longer make the sandwich because they do not have the “button” for it. Um, I was in the same establishment last week and the employee had no issues making it for me. I don’t care what you ring it up as, as long as I get my sandwich and you get your money. She stated that she “couldn’t do that.” So, you are telling me that instead of ringing me up for a turkey sandwich add bacon and then hold the turkey, you would just rather not make a sale at all? Any who, I went to another Subway restaurant, and they were happy to make my sandwich. I usually place a large order a few times a year for the office. I will definitely be placing it with a different location from now on.

Not impressed! Ordered a wrap and they heated up the meat on the paper instead of the tray Then she cut my rap and I tried to stop her because I did not want it cut and she argued with me telling me that it's the correct way to have a cut I don't wanna cut The whole time the manager is standing in the back listening and not doing anything just looking at me If you're going to argue with your customers and then not do anything you probably won't have very many customers .
