This was the best Taco Bell I've been to yet. They gave me and my husband both more food than we could eat and they hooked me up on my Nacho bell Grande loaded it up good with all the toppings. Loved it and will be going back soon

After dining in all surrounding Taco Bell's. I must say this one is the best all around. From the time you pull up in the parking lot is clean and Welcoming. This group of employees very friendly, clean, and on point. What I see from counter cooking area is clean, Drive thru, Dinning room experience is just as nice from tables to the floors. Bathroom as well maintained. Fast food sometimes can get hit hard rushing to give fast service but never feel that here. A big cheer for is fine group folks for sure well deserved. You can order ahead on the mobile app, but when you get there you get ignored and the for the last two months they have messed up every order but two at the Corinth taco bell. I know the same family owns the one in iuka but they haven't messed up once on my order in the iuka one. Iuka managers need to come train the Corinth crew .Corinth messed up another order for me tonight 08/30/2023

Never really had a problem with this Taco Bell other than the lobby being closed early, but I'm sure that's due to being short staffed and I understand that.

I love the food and it's always out to me quickly even with a lot of customers. The crew is very helpful and keep the place looking clean and stocked. Love the place 😊

Taco Bell might be my renewed love affair. I’ve eaten at McDonalds for too long and forgotten that fast food can actually taste good!

I went with my church group and we had a bunch of kids with us. Even though I didn't call ahead of time to let them know we were coming they all handled us very well. No one freaked out when they saw a whole bus load arrive unannounced.. they took care of all of us quickly and efficiently. Every one was very nice. We got our orders in a timely manner with no mistakes. Congratulations. It was beyond great standards for a nice visit.

Unfortunately, this store has gone down, in my opinion, in every category. I have visited several times both as a regular customer and a DoorDasher. The service has gone down the most, it is rare to be able to order inside unless you use a kiosk and every time you maybe in the store 10 minutes or more before even being acknowledged. The staff definitely needs a little training on customer service and the timeliness from order to delivery could be vastly improved. Late night is a joke as getting a friendly face or staff is not going to happen. And online ordering isn't what it should be, I've actually had the last 2 orders lost and the staff couldn't care less even when I can prove the order was made.

I have eaten at this Taco Bell before and it is standard taco bell fare. The five stars are for a different reason this time. Like I said been there done that but in the past this location has been slow in getting the food out. My wife and I wait without complaining (much) because honestly I really like Taco Bell but this time the service was phenomenal. Before I had finished making a decision on which drink(too many choices/combinations for my simple mind) they were calling my name. Great job on improving their service!

The food is awesome overall. The only issue I've ever ran into is that they run out of certain items about an hour or two before closing time. How could I possibly gripe about that knowing that the food is so good? I think that's what leads to the problem of low cheeses, drinks, etc. Five stars gladly.

When I said something to one of the people working there,she just brushed me off and said she worked in the back. People that came in after me got waited on before me. So I left. That did it for me..No more Taco Bell !

Great place to get food on the go. I used the Taco Bell app, went through drive-thru, got my order, all was correct. When you are tired of hamburgers tacos are a great alternative.

I ordered 3 burritos and fries but they forgot my fries 😭 But it's okay; we're all human and I guess that was God saying I ordered enough lol The burritos were super good, but if youre getting a bean burrito, make sure you add a meat or extra cgeese because it tastes super strong for some reason, almost like canned refried beans lol I personally add beef, so it's a more filling soft taco for under $3 Edit: Trued again, and it was worse this time around. I ordered a Beef Chalupa, no sour cream or tomatoes, and they SMOTHERED it in sour cream- spilling over the edges. Ew. I also ordered a chicken quesadilla, in which they put 3 meager pieces of chicken and did not cut into slices at all. Ive worked food service. It is not difficult to read your screen and make the order correctly, ESPECIALLY if the order was made online and there is only 1 customer.. Definitely disappointed to say the least.

I'm not ashamed to admit I eat here a lot 😝 what more can be said than it's taco bell? I will say these guys are extremely fast workers compared to other places in town! My only complaint is you can't order certain items through the app, only at the store itself.

Honestly? Pretty sure I got food poisoning - was the only thing I'd had since breakfast. But can't be 100% So, what I can say is that the staff got SLAMMED Sunday night and continued to provide GREAT customer service. Food tasted good.

Girl at 1st cash register acted like it was going to kill her to give us some hot sauce. Get to 2nd cashier and they only gave me my drink not my meal. So we were trying to tell her so she says hold on and then another lady, young girl wants to know problem and we tell her that I don't have my meal. She says hold on and next thing we knew this big woman slung the window open. I thought it would slid on into parking lot. Anyway she's all trying to scare me slinging window open and screaming ma'am what is the problem. So I tried to tell her but all she did was scream what kinda drink you want and I tried to tell her I already had my drink but she just shook her so I said doctor pepper. Didn't get it but did get my meal finally. It was good so maybe they didn't spit on it. YEAH FOR THE COOKS MEAL WAS DELICIOUS!!

i really shouldn’t complain and be bitter about this Taco Bell,after all it’s just fast food... why are my expectations shattered every time i go through this drive through!! So instead, i would like to congratulate all and every Taco Bell i have ever been to that seamlessly are able to maintain a flow through the drive through. A huuuggeee round of applause to the rest of the standardize ‘fast’ food industry for maintaining their fast service, because let’s be honest people.... we aren’t looking for a decent meal, just a correctly assembled edible thing that is warmish and given to the consumer in a timely manner. In conclusion, this place is fine. No seriously, its good. It is so average that it’s disappointing.

My daughter is Lactose intolerant and when she ordered her food she was very clear, No Dairy! The 1st black bean Chalupa was fine, but the 2nd one had some cross contamination with cheese mixed in with the lettuce. Most people wouldn't notice the difference, but for someone who can't tolerate dairy; you can taste that tiny piece of cheese! My husband brought the item back up and told them that she can't have ANY dairy what so ever, and this has cheese on it. They remade the item, it had cheese. Brought it back up, remade it, still had cheese AGAIN. The 3rd time of remaking it they finally opened up a new bag of lettuce, but by this time she was already feeling very sick and was just done eating. The tried to correct it, but they needed to be a lot better and be more detailed when reaching for things when people have dietary restriction's. Their actions caused my daughter to be sick ALL DAY!!! I was very generous with my stars.

3 stars even. What's there to say? It's fast food so it's usually good if you like taco bell, but I'd say 1 out of 4 trips my order is either wrong in some way, or it's not the standard quality of hot, and fresh. Not really good, but not bad. A decent * edit* 2 stars this place is going down hill. The last few times I got food here it was almost un edible. Just got breakfast here and they literally used old hash browns and re heated it. So crunchy it almost wasn't chewable. Don't waste your time or money here.

The happiest people I've ever seen working in fast food. I really enjoyed my visit and the prices are still affordable compared to other fast food places. Update: September 14th, the restaurant was filthy. Our shoes were stinking to the floor. Every table was dirty and they weren't even busy. UPDATE: 9/30/25 This day was awful for all customers. They seemed to be short handed and some employees seem to be new and couldn't keep up with the pace. Taco Bell is still my favorite fast food. I'll be praying that they get more help 🙏🏻

They let phone get stolen even though it was my fault I left it laying on counter. couldn't get anyone to come to front cash register to take my order. I don't do all that app garbage I just want to be able to walk up and carefree order my food and get and sit and eat. That's why I go out to eat so I don't have to do any of the foot work I can do that at home 🏡

Yes, I know your food is good and you actually usually get the order correct but you need to change your online and window hours of operation because you were not open until 2:00am last night. I came by at 1:20 and there was not a soul in sight.

I bought the new chicken melt burrito and it was super small.. why didnt they just give it on a soft shell.. was super disappointed... this taco bell has went downhil over the past couple year and ut started before COVID so dont even try to say thats the reason. This location was out of mild and medium sauce, cherry coke and mango tea. They said they had been out of these items for two weeks. ??? If that's the case, please re-order when you notice items getting low. That was the explanation. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. The beef chalupa was cold and tough. Just ate the filling, which was sparse

The food was good, hot, and relatively quick for lunch hour rush! Bummer that they still don't have the Mexican pizza, but it's okay. I had to give a low rating because it's kiosk order only, and I'm very against that. If we have to put in our own orders and do all the work, we should get an employee discount.

I have mixed feelings about this Taco Bell. The service is friendly and fast but the food is sub par. Half filled half cut quesadillas, and every time I ask for no sour cream I get sour cream.

Normally wouldn’t be the one to complain but honestly the service here has just become straight bs. I don’t get Taco Bell to often but when I do I normally get one of the combo boxes. Every time for about the last 4 times I had asked that the chalupa was beef not chicken and I would ask for no sour cream on my 5 layer burrito and everytime they in fact gave me a chicken chalupa and my burrito had sour cream. I understand if it happened once or twice but not 4 or 5 times everytime. No telling how much money I have wasted bc of this.. I normally get my food late bc I work night shift so It’s the same shift messing up my order over and over so probably the same workers. If your to lazy to do your job find another one or find some workers who know how to correctly get someone’s order right. Came in, their kiosk ordering machine didn't work. It took us 5 minutes for anyone to speak to us. Ordered a 14# with a coffee. They were out of coffee. My wife got 2 breakfast crunch wraps. One had an over-cooked, hard hashbrown. The other was....well...you see. Won't be back here for breakfast.

Its kiosk order only, and I'm very against that. If we have to put in our own orders and do all the work, we should get an employee discount. After I did my on ordering when I got my food I waited on my cups.What seem like 5 minutes which no one seemed to cared that I was still standing there waiting on my cups. My food was cold and nasty and my taco hardly had anything in it. I will not be back there again waste of time and money.

I took my family to Taco bell in corinth and stood at the counter and no one took are order or asked if we needed anything. We will never go back there again.

It’s not hard to put all the food in the bag. TWICE this has happened! First time we made it all the way home then the second time had to swing back through the drive through line and get the rest of it! There won’t be a 3rd time because we won’t be back!

EVERYTHING I got was cold. When you scoop beans on a cold shell & they make a mound instead of spreading you know they aren't even warm. Burrito, taco, Mexican pizza...ALL of it cold. But the people were very nice!

Worst Taco Bell. Doors were locked just because the workers knew they could get away with it. They had no signs saying anything about no dine-in or Covid. Ordered online and said to go inside, well I go through the drive through to get my already payed for food where they then try to charge me for my food the exact amount I payed but then saying they didn't have the order while also saying the order is on the screen. I'm confused and cheated and very frustrated, horrible customer service.

Wife went in last week. 2 girls standing around on their drive thru windiw. When she said something about take her order they told her she need to place order on kiosk when she told them she had never use their kiosk them one said to other she can use a iPhone but not kiosk. She doesn't have a iPhone. Granddaughter had a galaxy phone and my wife only had wallet in her hand. The girl made the comment again. Not even moved from drive thru. They left without any food and went to McAlister to eat. They were more then happy to have their business. This is very poor people skill. I hope this gets to the owner. Rude! Management is ok, but front line employees lack politeness, common courtesy, and manners. They should learn these qualities and put them to work because this could be the difference between a customer returning or not. Ordered nachos with everything. They came with a teaspoon of what they call ground beef a tablespoon of cheese a boat load of nacho that could break a window. Ask for sauce she gave me two packs lol never again they get worse every time I go . Today was the last!!

Oh man you did me so dirty. Pulled up last night at 12:40 am ct, very much BEFORE the advertised closing time of 2 am ct on a Saturday, waited 10 minutes for exactly two cars to get served, when I pulled up a cold unfeeling robot said “we closed” at 12:51 am ct (again, totally not 2 am) and had the audacity to say “I’m sorry” about it. Maaaan I just drove thru a death storm in Alabama, wanted tacos more than anything and yall did that. I will be upset about this everytime I want Taco Bell.

Our experience was absolutely horrible, disrespectful, no customer service at all from the time walking into the door from cashier, manager, cook. The whole team never acknowledged us. No one else in dining area but the three of us and the cashier took 5 minutes to walk from behind the wall to acknowledge us and then couldn't even smile, say hello or even can I help you. The manager was there and seen the whole thing. After waiting for our food for 30 minutes I get told from the cook I didn't know she placed an order. Didn't receive an apology from anyone. We lost our appetite after the whole ordeal. Will not be back and that is a promise.

Parking lot is covered with trash and sticky but not as sticky as the floor inside the store. Restroom should be condemned it’s so filthy. Mornings are the worst. Clearly a management problem ! Would not recommend anyone eat food from anywhere as dirty.

I was just LOCKED inside of your restaurant with 4 other patrons. I was informed by “management “ that lobby had to be locked at 10 pm. I did inform her on fire hazards but more training is definitely needed. This is criminal!!

This lady said the lobby is closed as she let 2 younger women in. Yet I have to wait 30 mins for a pickup order I put in 25 mins ago.

For months this restaurant has been ridiculously slow and the place is absolutely filthy! I have seen cleaner restrooms in gas stations! Tables are dirty and so is the floor. Condiments are usually empty. Dirty drinks lids are lying around drink machines and sweet tea is usually empty!

I wish I could give it a zero.. the service is seriously so bad and unhelpful and so un knowledgeable I feel I lost many brain cells trying to deal with them. Can't get what you order, have to beg for the cups that come with your meal, can't get a manager to assist the incompetent people working there or to assist the customer. It has declined so much. I will never return and i will spread the word on how horrible this establishment has become. I will spend my money elsewhere!! Their brain dead looks when you ask them anything will say it all! If you go here... I wish you the best of luck! Chic-fil-a, Arby's, heck even burger King would be the way to go!!!

This is the worst fast door restaurant I have ever been too. We didn't receive our whole ordernorder and it even had hair in a couple of the tacos. I called and spoke to someone calming to be a manager and he told me to come up there and he would issue a refund for my order. We we arrived I was told by someone else that they don't do that, and I don't leave they would call the cops on me. So very upset and disgusted with the service and food quality we received.

They literally forget some thing off of my order every single time I go there. Today on 3/26 at 11:30 pm once again.. they forgot to put hot sauce in the bag. It’s not a huge deal, but it literally drives me crazy after like 5 visits with them consistently messing my order up.

Just rude when I'm just asking for my order and keep on repeating the same thing the owner should feel ashamed

Would have given zero stars if possible. When I can in was immediately told I had to use the kiosk. Whatever not a problem. I ordered the new chicken nuggets, which I was excited to try, as a combo meal with the fries. After I ordered and paid they told me they didn’t sell the fries and ask if I wanted a refund. I said just refund the fries and waited 5 minutes. Turns out the manager refunded the entire order and told me I’d have to reorder at the kiosk. The entire time I was waiting I kept hearing the drive through person saying “we don’t have that” “we’re out of that”

Went through drive thru & my food was like slop in a box. Tortilla chips were over cooked & almost rancid tasting. I asked for no red sauce but was on my nachos anyway. I was traveling thru & couldn't return to get it replaced so I ate what I could & threw away the rest. I will Never return to this Taco Bell when I'm in Cornith Miss again

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and a big handful of mild sauce. The drive thru cashier was nice and quick but when I got my food one of my burritos where crunchy I think the tortilla got left on the warmer too long. Both burritos were warm on the outside and cold on the inside with super thick beans, crunchy rice and barely any nacho cheese or creamy jalapeño sauce and I was given 2 packets of mild sauce. It was disgusting but I was hungry and on my way to a doctor's appointment so I didn't have time to get a remake. I've only had this taco bell once so I'm willing to give it another chance just in case it was a bad day because they were super busy. Update: I placed a mobile order for a box and a large nacho fry on the side. The nacho fry is about a third of the way filled and stale. I paid almost 3 dollars for a LARGE nacho fry and received less than a regular.
