Opiniones de Eduardo's Mexican Restaurant Corona
Asked for a wet burrito and I got a monster that could easily feed 6 people....so freaking good. This one's beef....took pic but for some reason it didn't post, anyways, can't wait to go back !! We'll worth it. !
The food here is very good served in an unassuming building by nice staff. It appears to be an obvious favorite by the locals. The staff works well together to cover the dinners and keep drinks and salsa full. The portions are large. I will return when in the area.
Excellent, authentic Mexican food. Awesome service. Extremely reasonable prices. Overall great experience. Our server, Edgar B. was very attentive, as well as other staff. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Mexican food and great service. They also serve breakfast!
The best Mexican Restuarant in Corona. We came for a breakfast here and the service makes up for some of the flaws in food. You can tell how good a Mexican restaurant is from the complimentary salsa and chips The price may seem a bit high, but the portion-size is pretty good and there are no big misses on the menu. Carnitas was awesome, Tender, juicy, and paired great with the seasoned beans, fluffy rice, warm tortillas and the Salsa with a kick. Breakfast burrito was a good price for around $5.00 but it was average tasting and a bit under-seasoned. The salsa just makes everything better. Super burrito-Maybe not worth the $10.99 as I(175 lb man) finished one myself and still could eat. The chicken Fajitas was really nice with the guacamole and sour cream pairings. The bell peppers gives it a crunch, but the chicken could have been seasoned better. The service is really good and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being packed with people lining up at the door.
This small little place may not catch your eye from the outside, but the food is great. Prices are reasonable and staff was super friendly. This is a great hidden gem.
This is a good local Hidden Gem here in Corona. You can easily drive by it without giving it a second thought. It's a homey family atmosphere inside. Good food. No bar to speak of. But they do serve beer and wine.
Hidden gem ✨️ Our first-time experience was great. The food tastes perfect." The service was friendly. This restaurant brought back childhood memories of the traditional mexican restaurants. I highly recommend" Will be back soon
I was looking for some great authentic Mexican food and this spot delivers. The prices are great and they have a big variety to choose from. Will definitely be back again. Also great staff working there.
Love this place! The prices are great and the portions are generous. My favorite dishes include the taquitos and the enchiladas, but everything I've had there is excellent. Get an even better deal with lunch specials during the week!
Have been eating there since they opened in 95. Consistently good home made food with family recipes and attentive service. Accommodating a special request is never a problem. LOVE this place
There food is to die for! Great customer service! My daughter's friend is vegan and they were able to accommodate her!💚💚💚 I loved the whole atmosphere! The serving size was huge!!! You definitely have to come here!
We love the taste of original home made food. We go here very often and always good service and marvelous food, especially the menudo and pozole. We love also that they know us and get us right away our coffee with hot milk, feel like you are on your country home town.
Nice restaurant, I ordered an all meat carnitas wet burrito with green sauce and added extra meat (carne asada). My boyfriend got the same burrito except with red sauce. The food was delicious and fresh. The waitresses were very nice and consistent with checking back with the table to make for sure we were okay. I'm definitely going to visit again.
Great food, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere. There's a reason this place is ALWAYS packed. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!
Eduardo’s is a fantastic local Mexican restaurant. The food is tasty and the service is friendly. My family has eaten there many many times and have never had a bad meal and or experience. If you need a dinner catered the do that as well.
First the place was really busy saying the food is good. The menu was extensive and some items I have never seen before. We had 7 people in our group and everybody ordered something different. Everybody said the food was good. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction. She constantly visited our table for refills on drink, extra chips and salsa. (The salsa was so good we bought some and took it home.) Pricing wise is was reasonable and you got alot of food for what you paid for.
Love coming here with my family, the food is always great, the service is great.
I think this place has my favorite chile verde; it's not too spicy but doesn't lose out on the chile flavor. My husband was able to get his chilequiles plate made into a burrito, and he said it was the best breakfast burrito ever.
One of the most genuine mexican restaurants in the area. The atmosphere is comfortable. The staff is welcoming and professional, very friendly. Their food is tremendous. From the chips and salsa, to placing the rest in that "to go" box because you can't finish it all. You'll be back. Loved it.
Great food, didn't wait long to be seated and we were a large group of 6, even though they were busy the staff was friendly, on it with the chips and salsa, and food was put pretty quick. My son forgot his toy lizard behind at the table, and when I went back the waitress had saved it for us just in case we did go back. It is a cheap lizard from a dollar pack, and they could have easily thrown it out (I wouldn't have blamed them), but the fact that they thought it was important enough to my son for them to save, that was awesome!
On vacation with my husband and daughter, we wanted Mexican food for breakfast. Looked up restaurants near me and Edoardo’s came up with wonderful reviews, we have to say it lived up to ALL of the great reviews that has been left for it. Food was excellent! Service was great! We are planning to come back for dinner before we have to leave from vacation...
A fun atmosphere with good background music and the food is delicious. We've had dinner, lunches, and breakfasts here and have never had a bad meal. I love their salads !!! Hosts and Hostesses are friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Good Fellas for a Good Time. Suitable for Couples, Family, Friends, Business and Solo
Consistently excellent Mexican food, been eating here for 15 years. Their Carnitas are the BEST of anywhere I've had Mexican food, and I've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants. The meat is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and they must have a secret marinade that gives the pork such a wonderful flavor. Also, the beans and rice are delicious as well. My husband and I always take a taste of the beans first, and historically, if the restaurant knows how to make good beans, all the other menu items usually taste good as well.
I could not be more impressed with this restaurant for its catering. The quality of the food, the quantity of the food was outstanding and fairly priced! I am using them twice in 3 weeks. They are my new go to for "any" Mexican food. Thank you Eduardo's
Best steak fajitas I've ever had!!!! Delicious, and succulent, cooked just right and served with grilled pepper, tomato and onions. The refried beans tasted great to one of the best! Service was great!!! Will come again!!! Thank you Eduardo's!!!
A++ all around. Amazing Carnitas, best Chile Relleno Ive ever had, excellent frijoles too. To top it off they are so friendly. I wish we lived closer because I would be here every week.
This is one of the best, if not the best sit down Mexican food restraunts in corona. If you have not been go. Parking can be a little rough most of the time as they are usually busy for lunch and dinner. My family and I have been going for years and it has never disappointed. Update.....Nothing has changed. I was there tonight for dinner for the first time in months. It's always good. Don't sleep on this place.
Always packed but get seated quickly. Salsa is good. I always get the carne asada plate. Plenty of food. Kids like the carnitas plate and cheese enchilladas. Service is good and staff is super friendly.
Great service and delicious food! Staff were very friendly and the chips and salsa were delicious!
Love this place! Got introduced to it a year ago by our family friends and everytime we go it never disappoints! The food is tasty my go to is always the albondiga soup .. pozole... carne asada plate...and recently the mole and it was delicious! The service is always awesome too our favorite person to be seated with is Edgar he is like a friend to us and its always a warm welcome. We also recently met the owner he is very nice and welcoming as well!
I wish I had a picture of my food because I always order there green chili Chilaquiles. They are so good and if I don’t get that, I order their chorizo and egg burrito that is also to die for. Best authentic Mexican food you can find in Corona the staff is always friendly and they get your order out quick.
A fantastic family friendly restaurant with goodness on every plate. This local gem has been around for years. So whether you just need some delicious chips and salsa or are ready to dive into a full plate ( highly recommend the enchiladas rancheros). You will find something authentically delicious to eat.
Every visit is the same: it's always crowded, you never have to wait long, the employees are always friendly, the food is very good, and the prices are fair. You can't ask for more than that. If you want a family owned restaurant with great Mexican food, Eduardo’s is a local tradition. The selection is varied, the quality is always fresh and the service is attentive. Their soups are always great too.
HANDS DOWN!! BEST AlBONDIGUS soup. my new favorite place for AlBONDIGUS. great tasting broth, plenty of veges & meatballs. thank you, wish I would have taken a pic.
Have been here a few times, the food and service have been consistently great. My friend and I split a 4 item combo plate and it was more than enough. Their chips and salsa are good as well. Would recommend trying this restaurant if you're in the area.
Found this restaurant from a quick Google search while passing through. Reviews were great so we gave it a shot and couldnt have been happier. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The food and drinks did not disappoint either! Definitely on our save list for all of our trips.
Stopped in because it was pouring rain and wanted a Mexican style soup. Diana my waitress recommended I ordered Caldo Michoacano a traditional Mexican chicken soup. And OMG it was out of this World. A perfect blend of flavors cooked to perfection. They also serve homemade salsas that were perfectly delicious and spicy. What a wonderful find on a rainy day. If your rolling through or near Corona stop in and enjoy a homemade meal at Eduardo's Mexican restaurant. Five Stars.
Stopped in early Sunday morning around 830am, it was just starting to get busy, I ordered some menudo and a chicken quesadilla for take out. I waited around 20 minutes for my order, it was well worth it. I wish I would have taken some photos of my food but I totally forgot. They were not stingy with the menudo, all 3 orders were packed and so very delicious and full of flavor. The quesadilla was the same stuffed with chicken and the perfect amount of cheese. Thank you Eduardo's I will definitely be back to dine in.
Best authentic Mexican restaurant I ever been to. Warm environment. Great service and delicious food.
Eduardo's was first introduced to me and my husband through our friend. Since then, it has been one of our "go to" Mexican restaurants. Prices are reasonable and their portions are huge. So far everything I had was delicious such as mole, fajitas, chilaquiles, etc... One of our friend's favorite menu items is the burrito, it's HUGE! Their chips and salsa is yummy as well.
I haven't had a better Carnitas wet burrito in the U.S.A. than Eduardo's green Super Burrito! You can feed 3 to 4 people with it (found out the hard way) and the carnitas have an authentic Michoacan flavor. Our kind server did mention it was "big", but it was humongous 🤣 I would easily recommend this restaurant and would drop by again for their food.
I'm so glad we chose to eat here because it's been a while since I've had authentic refried frijoles and hard shell chicken tacos. The chicken breast was moist in both the chicken enchiladas and the tacos. Both were packed with flavor and took me back to when I was a child. I highly suggest you stop here for a quick bite to eat. Because like the waiter said it's not fast food, but it's fast food. From order to our table it took maybe 10 minutes, if that. The staff was courteous and served with a smile. They didn't intrude in our conversation but ensured our needs were met.
We've been going here for a while to have breakfast and used them a couple times for catering as well as having dinner here. It's a quaint little building and if you're not looking for it you can drive right past it because there's no bright shiny flashing lights, just a simple "Eduardo's" sign. It's a small family run business where the kids and parents work there and are very nice and hospitable. Just as an FYI, when you come here for breakfast you can actually order just about anything on their menu if you're not in the mood to have breakfast. Everything I've tried and my family have ordered has been great. Their portions are generous and prices are really reasonable considering everywhere you go to nowadays have been raising their prices. Their complimentary chips (freshly made by the way) and salsa (also made fresh) are worth it alone! I love their salsa, I could simple just eat that and be content. But if you do choose to order some of their plates you will not be disappointed. Their super burrito is seriously no joke, HUGE. My son who can pretty much put away most dishes can only manage to eat half and opting to bring home the other half to eat later. Really enjoy eating here.
we placed an order over the phone and were told it would be about a 15-20 minute wait time for pick up. we arrived about 20 minutes later and the food was ready. the parking lot was totally packed and we weren't able to park if we wanted to dine in. the food was delicious and they provided enough salsa as well. the price wasn't too high for the portion size either. i think we will be returning sometime in the near future.
My mom and I ordered the carne asada wet burrito with no rice. It was SO delicious!! I will be ordering it again. Neither of us had a single piece of meat with gristle or fat. Each bite was perfection. They did not skimp on the red sauce or cheese on top. We also tried their chips and salsa. The chips were freshly cooked and perfectly addicting. The salsa was watery and the only thing I would pass next time. Overall, it was a little pricey, but so worth it! The customer service was also excellent and they work really hard and quick while still being friendly.
Food was awesome! Service also awesome! Went to the women's restroom after a wonderful meal with family... And it took everything I had to not vomit... The smell in the restroom was horrid! I can't believe they didn't know or why they didn't fix it. I wretched all the way out the door and to my car... What a shame because this is a great restaurant!
Wait staff was friendly and quick to fulfill or requests and answer questions. Food had nice flavor and affordable . Not a fancy place..very casual sit down dining. You kmow food is tasty when the local police eat there as well. I give thumbs up👌🖒
Been here more then a couple of times. Great food just wish the prices werent so PRICEY..But I understand tough times for all. Their beans are OFF THE HOOK. The chips are good to homemade. Ive tried their lunches and dinners they are very very good. All in all Great food good atmosphere.
The food is delicious! Good portions and reasonably priced. I’m always looking for authentic Mexican food. It has the old Mexican Restaurant feel. The kind of place where they have regular customers. Margaritas and fajitas. But also the classics like pozole, menudo. We ordered the parrillada, a enchilada/steak combo and a shrimp cocktail. My husband was pleased with his shrimp . We also ordered the queso / chorizo. My husband ordered his fried ice cream which is hard to find nowadays. But he got his wish. What we didn’t like was that they didn’t clear our table for the 2 desserts we ordered. It was a bit crowded from the parrillada grill plate. That’s why service 3 star. Overall would recommend.
Great corona local Mexican restaurant. I have eaten here several times in the last year, and have not been disappointed with any of the items I have ordered. I keep trying new dishes, when I go.
I've been here many times in almost 30 years. The food is authentic and tasty. The atmosphere is always pleasant as are the servers. It's not cheap but you do get your money's worth. Large servings. It's a small but cozy restaurant. During the week it's pretty easy getting a table. On the weekends you will have to wait, sometimes up to an hour. I usually get the Carne Asada and a small bowl of Albondigas. This last visit was a bit upsetting because the potatoes in the Albondigas soup were slightly under cooked. Oh well, life goes on. If you like Mexican food, I recommend this restaurant. Tell them 'Joe' sent you ...
Food is great and authentic Mexican food! Place is kinda small and the AC was at 81° which was very stuffy. Would've given them 5 stars if it wasn't hot indoors and if some of the waiters and waitresses paid more attention to the tables/customers. They were just standing there chatting amongst each other instead of attending their customers. Room for improvement and I would come back. Everyone was friendly.
The service was great and the people were friendly, but I had a little problem with my burrito but it came with shrimp instead. I don't have any problem with shrimp, so I decided to keep the burrito, but there just wasn't that much shrimp in the burrito. So instead of having an epic shredded beef burrito, I had a disappointing shrimp burrito. The staff was very accommodating, and offered to replace the burrito, but I declined. I'm just looking forward to the shredded beef burrito the next time I go there. The sauce is quite good also.
First time here. The food wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t great. Extremely bland at best. Nothing negative to say about the overall experience but I can’t ever imagine a scenario where I’d say “Let’s go eat at Eduardo’s” again.
Food was not tasty, not served hot; very disappointed. Spent 40$ and left most of it on the plate, and this was the pictuerd signature dish on the menu.
The food here jas greatly changed from the last time my wife and I were here. Our number 1 mexican restaurant is now a last resort for us. We both got enchaladas. Theu were basically tasteless without a hint of any type of spaicea. The chicken was boiled to the point of having no chicken-like texture. The beans were a taste glob of refried paste. The guacamole was just green. And the taquido was only crunchy but also.lacking taste or flavor. They must be under new management because the only thing we found flavorful this day slwas the Jamica drink. The horchata was too sweet and too much cinnamon. I do not think we will return and we certainly will no longer recommend this place.
Food was Excellent The service was bad. There were only 5-tables with 2-servers, 1-manager and it took forever to get more salsa and ice tea. The food was fresh and hot. The ambience is typical older Mexican restaurant I live to far to get food to go. And I am not going to spend $50 for food and lousy service
Let me start off with saying the food was amazing. I ordered the Bistec con (6) Camarones and I paid extra to make them a La Diabla. It did not disappoint it was spicy but not to overwhelming that you can’t enjoy it. I love spicy food so it definitely hit the spot. I loved how the bistec was not over cooked where it’s hard to cut. It was so soft , tender and flavorful. There beans where overcooked but it still tasted great with the crispy burnt cheese on top. The rice was also very flavorful not dry at all. I enjoyed my meal overall and worth the price for the plate. My mother got the shrimp cocktail and she let me taste it and it was not that bad. Would I personally get it? No. I have had better and the only option as side is Crackers no Tostadas. If you don’t want to drive to mariscos restaurante then i say give it a shot because it’s not bad I just feel it needs a little more flavor and it doesn’t have enough shrimp for the price honestly. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the service the food I would give a 4. The people where very nice we where greeted at the door, we where sat down, we where asked what we would like to drink, came back took our order and then brought our food and that was it. We had to flag down a server for our check. We where only attended to 5 times in that order. No one ever came by after we received our food if everything was okay, if we needed anything else, if we needed any more water, or our check. My plate only came with (3) tortillas I wanted to order I more order and needed a refill on my water. They only had 9 tables filled while we where there they had about 4 servers from what I could gather and no hostess but you do need to wait to be seated. Food was great it’s just the service that is a downside for me.
black beans r good. Rice is bland. Enchiladas taste like they have been hanging out in the freezer for a while. Service was lacking. Not very attentive. Price not worth the food. Better off going elsewhere. 2 stars for the beans
My wife and I went there for dinner and I had enchiladas rancheras and my wife had barbacora, rice and beans. My enchiladas were just plain no flavor and left a small portion on plate couldn't finish it. The salsa was watery no flavor. We have been going there for a while now but the last two trips where not good. Not going back, there are way better Mexican restaurants out there!
I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times have been poor experiences from service to food quality first time I ordered breakfast,I order eggs over easy and got them over hard no apology just oh , second time I ordered menudo and let me tell you it had the worst smell and taste , I even added lemon onions and oregano but to my surprise when I took the first spoon full the taste was BAD and the meat had Black spots all over I couldn’t eat it , I told the waiter and he said if I wanted something else I said no , I had coffee and didn’t even drink it and I got charged for coffee, 3rd time I went in with a friend who was feeling under the weather and wanted a caldo we both get caldo and to my surprise I had a long hair in my caldo. I give up … I know the hair wasn’t put in there on purpose but I will not go there again and yes they charge me for 1 caldo .
Mother-in-law visited the restaurant 7/24/24 and it was quite interting that she came back with a bad experience. 1st she said that they didn't give her table enough napkins, 2nd they didn't have toilet paper when her daughter needed to use the restroom. After they asked for toilet paper she went herself to utilize it, still no paper. She said that her waiter was okay, but the majority of them had a poor attitude. This is my weirdest review because it's crazy how this restaurant wasn't able to meet something as simple as napkins and get under the skin of a customer. I took the time to write this because I've been to this location and I had a similar experience about 3 years ago.
Manager was angry and combative when we had a problem with them putting a full size salad on top of our enchiladas and rice. We had gone there several times and always got the salad Instead of the beans, and the salad always comes on a plate of it's own, well they put it on top of the plate of enchiladas and rice with blue cheese dressing all over, when I told the waitress she said that's how it's supposed to be I told her we never got it like that in the past and that I didn't want it like that to bring me a salad separately and re do the plate. Well 15 minutes later I ask for the manager because nothing had come back to the table and he was angry rude and combative with us will never go there again!
Worst service and food! Went for lunch with my wife and had the worst service ever. We waited at least 20 minutes before I asked the manager what happened to our order. A couple sat next to us after we’ve been seated for at least 10 minutes. Their food arrived after a couple of minutes. The waitress didnt even come and check on us and let us know why our food isnt ready. When I complained to the manager, he went to the kitchen and lo and behold he had our food. Then he gave us the wrong food. My wife ordered chicken quesadilla and he gave us beef instead. When he realized it was the wrong order, he came back and tries to change it. The tortilla was cold, the food looks like it was microwaved and didnt taste good at all. I will never come back and will make sure to tell all my friends not to cone to this restaurant.
I took my parents here and WE ALL GOT VIOLENTLY SICK!!! 🤢 The food wasn't great either. Lacked flavor. I don't understand how this place has good ratings. People must not know good food, trust me, I do! I'd recommend Luna's Modern Mexican Kitchen (finer dining, but sososo worth it) or Mi Tortilla (affordable and delicious). Both are 5 minutes within this place!
First time visiting this restaurant. The hostess was extremely rude. I stated politely that the family that arrived after us was seated first and asked if we would be seated next. The hostess asked for our name and never apologized for seating another family before us. In addition to this happening another table that arrived after us was served their drinks first. On a more positive note we had an extraordinary waitress she was polite and served us well.
I’ve never had Mexican Chicken soup 🍲 like this before, one thing for sure I’ll never get soup from this restaurant again. I ended up throwing it away. This soup had more garbanzo beans and rice than anything else chicken 🐓 breast only shredded and not very much of it also tinny little bits of carrots 🥕 again not very much. So bummed out☹️
Food is just not good. We spent $60 and more than half of the food ended up in trash. I got chicken tacos and I am sorry but they were awful. Chicken had no taste, tortilla completely falling apart, rice had no flavor, it was such a disappointment. Sadly, We will not return.
Not gonna lie i didn't like this place at all, the customer service is good but the food is eh... the cheese is the weird cheese thats like plasticky, the green mild sauce just isnt exactly what i was looking for but its good just on the spicy side more like light hot then mild sauce, the asada was a bit flavorless and the tortillas arent corn so if you dont like the corn ones then thats not a problem, but i personally wish i could get a refund:/ definitely not worth $23.88 for 2 burritos when its only $18 for two at my go to place in Klamath falls for more full better tasting burritos
