After I joined their rewards club. I uploaded my receipts to get points and then one day. I checked my email and saw an offer, for a bowl of my choosing. Which was one dollar, I didn't believe it until I went into the restaurant. I got a bowl and then showed the coupon to the cashier which was surprise like I was. He confirmed the coupon was usable, and then I paid one dollar, for me food. I left the restaurant with a big smile on my face.

I love Chinese food & have been eating it for 60 years so moving into the Miami Lakes area last year I've had a chance to eat at about 6 or 7 restaurants in the area. However, I never ate at the "Chain Chinese Restaurants " such as P.J. Changs, Pei Wei or Panda Express until today! So, I joined the Panda Express app & club. There is a Panda Express near the Walmart & Fresco y Mas where I shop! Order at the counter a combo platter with 2 entrees, Beijing beef & teriyaki chicken with brown rice @ $9.65! The area with the food behind the glass was a bit messy & unappealing! The server was just OK! I ate in & found the dishes to be bland, without a whole lot of flavor but served hot & moist! The Chinese buffets serve similar quality! So, It was just OK, nothing special. Not a place I would visit again! I might mention that their pricing is cheaper than Pei Wei or P.J. Changs!

This is a relatively new panda express franchise the food. What is this the kitchen looked clean but we definitely recommend. Did you order ahead of time I don’t know if this is because it is a Brand new franchise in the area. Or they are just simply slow, but it took a long time for us to get our food. The staff was very helpful and friendly the food places just play other Panda Express we have a way to tried This was our second time getting food from this place, the first time we order ahead and it was really quick this time we just walked in and it took us a long time. I really like Panda's food, and the service isn't bad, but when there's little food left in the containers, instead of waiting for more, some employees (not all of them do this) serve what's left, even though it doesn't matter how much they need. I've seen this happen several times.

I've been to this Panda at least 15 times. I've witness that if you are African American they tend to give less food, service is quick and less friendly. The young workers are more likely to be polite when Hispanic but older ones are unwelcoming. I ordered a all green with chicken, waited. I wanted fresh green. I. 5,mins the older Hispanic said I'll giving you these greens. As if I couldn't wait. Rushed & disregard my request. I took it only because I was running late for work. I hate going there but sometimes my day is going so fast I have to stop the only one in the area. Don't know what happened to Panda, I haven't got a good service in months. Use discretion.

2nd issue with Panda Express app missing items. Once you place the order. Items missing from order. Before I chose the bowl bundle with greens and fire chicken. I received the side and drink only. I called and spoke to manager and she refused to add the chicken because it wasn’t on the ticket all though I paid for the bundle. I had to place a 2nd order for chicken only. Mind you these orders were delivery.Today I gave them a 2nd chance. I added egg rolls to my order but the app removed the egg rolls once I submitted payment. Here we go again. I’m done with the online ordering. Because management doesn’t care that the customer paid for these items.

Poor Management!!! I am very disappointed with my experience at this location today. I ordered a Bigger plate with two servings of premium Walnut shrimp The portion sizes were completely inconsistent!!! The first serving was generous (about 7-8 shrimps), the second serving of the same item was barely 4 shrimps. When I pointed out this discrepancy to the staff, the manager (a lady in a black shirt) intervened. Instead of addressing the obvious inconsistency, she simply counted the shrimps and claimed it was "correct." Her dismissive and unprofessional attitude was worse than the small portion itself. If I had ordered a different item for my second side, I would have received a full scoop. Charging a premium price for half a scoop is unacceptable. I expected much better standards and professional management from Panda Express. California way much better than FL as management and also taste!!

Short staff and horrible service! I understand why the very poor reviews in such a short amount of time of opening. Hygiene is also terrible. Ordered take out and waited over 20 minutes past pick up time. Mind you my food is sitting there inside the red boxes…. My food was past cold and overall this place is ridiculous!The cook was cooking and on the phone at the same time…. Love my chicken with a little bit of germs… Disgusted, when I complain and asked why my food was taking so long they ignored me and kept packing others food. Take the drive, and go else where!

5 sauces per order when i spent almost $40 is crazy then she wants to argue with me about it in front of all the other customers and employees. I even asked her if she needed me to pay for extra sauces and she said no. if that's how a panda is going to act that I'm gonna order every single plate separately just so I can get five sauces with each if somebody is ordering $40 worth of food we should be able to have more than five sauces we're not children

The staff always prioritizes Uber orders over the people who are actually in line. It sometimes takes 20 minutes just to order food, while they are pushing mobile orders and the walk ins are waiting in line. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Mrs Daniela or whoever the manager was on June 23rd at 1:40 pm. this kind of unprofessional staff and service is what makes miami so rachet. why Hispanics get a bad name. panda express should really look into this and replace their staff. they are loosing customers due to their this kind if management. Like through my plate because we complained about a huge family online order taking priority over the people inside the establishment ordering their food. I’m worrying this as I’m standing in line waiting to pay. Update: after waiting 20 minutes for our order I still received the wrong plate of food and then one of them had audacity to ask if I already paid for my before giving me my ACTUAL meal. Horrible place, I always go to the pandas and they serve me well, but in this place they serve too little like in none, it seems like they don't want to cook and you complain and they treat you badly, they should close it when the food runs out, that's when they start cooking. Today's shift, August 3, 2023 at 5 pm is the worst, I do not recommend it to anyone, they are giving bad publicity to the business that the other pandas are excellent.

Oh my God the food was horrible awful and dried out customer service was horrible no one really speaks English worker in the lobby getting ice the fried rice burned and lo mien was also burned the orange chicken old and soggy black pepper steak dried and overcooked my favorite dish to order when I go to panda is the broccoli and beef that was also dry no taste this not my first time coming to this panda I came a few times i recently came a few weeks ago before work around 11:30am it was the only black African American worker there she was amazing flipping and cooking I said wow a black woman cooking Chinese food she was cooking the meats and most importantly the meats was delicious the fried rice and lo mien was old or something it’s like they used last night rice I’m an head chef at my store so I know the difference I don’t think I will be going back for a while p.s they need more cooks like the African woman that cook the meats she actually care about food you can tell she cook even at home if I walk in panda again and she there I will definitely order but only the meats or whatever she’s cooking but I’m very disappointed because I normally don’t get bad food from panda oh lets not get into the portions of the food I got to get back to work bye for now

This place is a disgrace to this company they should extend the hours to at least 10:00 p.m.( understaffed ) restaurants disgusting dirty table tops and benches and seats the refreshment area it's wet full of syrup from all the sodas spilled dirty napkins everywhere on the floor cap lids and utensils not organized , this place needs employees I repeat this place needs (employees) management should stop pocketing the money and get more employees
