If I could give this more than a 5 I would . The service was amazing and the food was the best I’ve ever had! Our server Brianna was ANAZING and so attentive ! Overall the best dining experience on the north shore by far !

Absolutely amazing dishes with a beautiful ambience from the restaurant and employees. Checked on multiple times and taken care of very well. Highly recommend. Our server Brianna was so sweet!

First visit, a bit crowded on a Saturday night but we were seated right away. Greeted by our server, Kyle, he took the time to welcome us and go over the specials. We had some wine from a very extensive menu. Tried the mussles appetizer..highly recommend. Dinner was great, service great, and a little sparkling table fireworks for our anniversary! We enjoyed our visit and will be back.

Out of all the places we visited on our quick trip to Mandeville, Pardo's was Top notch! This place really surprised us, the atmosphere, the service and the food was truly exceptional. This is the best restaurant in Mandeville. Even though we arrived at a late hour on a week night, our server Briana treated us like the most welcomed guests. Her recommendations for drinks, appetizers, entres, and dessert we're spot on... Although I suspect that you can't go wrong. I can't say enough about this restaurant and I plan to come back when the weather cools off to enjoy their beautiful patio.

We love to celebrate at Pardo’s. Briana is our favorite server. She decorated the table for my sons birthday in the Saints theme. Her recommendations are always spot on and her serve is top notch. Jonathon the manager is an absolute gem as well. Highly recommend!

Pardos is a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and beautiful. Amazing wines, food and service. Do yourself a favor and ask for Briana!!! She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and makes great recommendations. She takes pride in her work. If you are celebrating an occasion she’s been known to have your table decorated for the occasion. I highly recommend Pardos!!

From the moment I spoke with Reagan for a reservation over the phone, the night was set to be an incredible one! The vibe at Pardos is elevated yet inviting—modern American cuisine with Louisiana soul in a warm, beautifully designed space. Reagan, the hostess, handled the reservation with grace and efficiency. Within seconds of hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation text with our reservation details. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Sam, a sharply dressed general manager with the mustache of the year! Upon being seated, we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jeremy, a knowledgeable, gracious and completely in-tune server that provided a perfect dining experience. Now let’s talk food—the best I’ve had in the entire city! (tchefunctas is the only competition food wise lol) The Brussels sprouts were UNREAL, the Don Pardo cocktail was one of the smoothest reposado renditions I’ve tasted and the STEAK…my goddd…you have to try it to understand but it was a perfectly cut steak that was served sizzling with a perfect glaze right off the grill! Every detail of Pardos, from service to aesthetics, was dialed ALL THE WAY in. Wish I took more pictures but I opted to be more present in this experience because it was that good. Our phones were away for good reason! They deserve to be fully booked every night. If you’re looking for a night where the food, the service and the energy are all in alignment—this is the place hands down 🙌🏾

Dining at Pardo’s is always an exceptional experience. The vibrant atmosphere and lively energy make it a standout destination. We had the most wonderful time last Saturday night at Pardo’s celebrating my sister and BIL’s anniversary! Needless to say the food was on point… BUT our server BRIANA made it an “incredible dining experience”!! To listen to her give the descriptions of each of the specials of the night was amazing and had our mouths watering!! Her experience, knowledge enthusiasm and love for what she does is apparent in the incredible service she gives to her customers!

This place is amazing: the food is delicious, the drinks are great and the best part is the service! Our waiter/bartender Nick was TOP TIER. Definitely the reason we will be back soon!

We’ve been to countless amounts of upscale restaurants in many different states. Most may overlook the details when dining, but we don’t. The Service: We were greeted at the door by a gentleman in suit who held it for us as we were shown in then sat immediately. Our waitress, Sophia, followed through with everything a fine dining experience should be, from beginning to end explaining the drink specials, appetizer specials, meal specials, dessert menu, and recommendations. Our drinks were regularly checked on and were not left dry a single time. Food was also checked on after every course to ensure we were happy with each dish. The Food: The creations from the chef were all outstanding! To begin, our appetizers’ textures threw me for a fun twist. (Special appetizer) The combination of the homemade lightly charred toast, burrata cheese, peas, edamame hulls, & fried crumbs fools your brain into thinking you’re eating the best cheese bread on planet earth. (Triangoli) thinly shaved fried garlic over a crab stuffed pasta tasted like a shaved toasted garlic almond over crab. Amazing. For my main dish I had the gulf fish. From the flavors of bacon, beans, and pancetta, the dish gives you an unexpected warm comfort food feel. The deserts we had left us with a smile while most others leave you with a nap. The shaved salt on the chocolate with blueberries was a perfect combination of salty sweet. The Sugar powdered doughnuts with strawberry & whipped cream were also like no other cooked to perfection.

My only regret is not getting my butt over here to feast on this menu sooner! I came for cocktails and bites with my friend for her birthday, and we were genuinely pleased with every last bite we had. You MUST get the mozzarella fonduta and the cioppino. Our only gripe was that the bar took a solid 20 minutes each time we ordered a cocktail, but I know they had a large private party of ladies that had gotten there just before us, so their orders were causing everything else to lag. The GM, Sam, definitely went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. Our server, Kaylin, was super kind and knew the menu well.

Briana was our server for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary! From the moment we got there to the time we left it was amazing. The service Briana provided was incredible! Briana also made the praline pecans that went on top of our Caesar salad and they were amazing! We felt so special

A local gem! Great food and atmosphere. I have yet to be disappointed by a dish. The bar in the front is quite nice to meet friends for a drink. The restaurant is great for a romantic dinner, a business meal, or just a dinner among friends. Noise level is ok... I am not a fan of the valet parking option.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We came here for an office Christmas party and I was skeptical of the flavor combos. I was not sure what to get, I also have some food sensitivities....I got the crab claws, bucatini pasta, as well the mille fuelle for desert. All were excellent! They also were able to make the pasta with light garlic, since I can't handle a lot. I'd definitely recommend.

It's a very nice experience. All staff treats you like your table is their table. Food is amazing. With a party of two and one of their cheapest bottles of wine you can expect about $100/head. Definitely worth the price and experience.

Super upscale restaurant with a modern vibe. The mule drinks were delicious and the redfish was top notch. Was pricey but worth it for Fun girls night out. Samuel our waiter was awesome!

Our favorite restaurant in town!! We’ve been to all the restaurants in the Mandeville Covington area and this restaurant by far has the best food! All consistent and the best service! You have to request Briana as your server, will give you the best experience! Love this place!

Pardos is one of our favorite restaurants for date night. Delightful food and cocktails. Don’t sleep on the gnocchi, oysters, or tuna tartare (to name a few of our favs) We always request Briana for our server. She is always spot on for her recommendations and service! She goes above and beyond to make sure our dining experience is top notch every time!

Briana provided us with truly amazing service recently. Some of the best service we have ever had. She is an asset to Pardos! She made great recommendations, was attentive and so kind. Lived in the area for a few years and pass this place regularly on my drive home. My colleagues at work have spoken highly of it, finally made reservations…and I am (metaphorically) kicking myself for waiting this long to come here. Let me paint a picture of our evening: Date night with the wife. After giving the keys to my vehicle to the pleasant valet (who made it a point to open the door for my wife) we were welcomed in by staff and taken within seconds to our table. We haven’t been so warmly welcomed like this here in Louisiana—-it was the norm for us when we lived in Hawai’i. Our server, Briana was excellent. She was very welcoming, went above and beyond to make our first experience at this restaurant memorable. The food was second to none, the drinks were not only wet (Dad joke) but as my wife said so eloquently: “absolutely fabulous.” The ambience was great. We will definitely be back.

Just ate at Pardo for there first time and had the Cioppino....it was to die for!! I can not do seafood that has even a wisp of "fishy"ness..this was not...the seafood broth was superb, seasoned to perfection, the muscles, shrimp, scallops and fish were tasty and on point, and I used every morsel of my 3 slices of ciabatta bread to soak up all remaining broth... super impressed....and will be back.

We had char-grilled oysters, the amberjack fish special with shrimp and oysters, Brussels sprouts, and a peach crostini. Each was well prepared, well thought-out and presented beautifully. Such a special meal last night. It was my 2nd time dining at Pardo's and it won't be my last. Despite being somewhat busy, we were quickly sat at a beautiful table. The dining room is stunning. Me and my partner came into Pardos 45 minutes before close, we wanted to sit outside, so they sent the bartender out to take care of us that night. The bartenders name was Tyler, he treated us with exceptional service. I loved the way he explained each meal that i was interested in, he was very knowledgeable of the menu items, it was extremely helpful because the dishes there are pretty fancy. I ordered a martini and I enjoyed it and my time so much that I ended up leaving the restaurant without tipping, don’t worry I am going back BUT If you have this young man, Tyler as your server, he has such a big heart, he deserves a little extra, for the night he worked so hard and got left $0.00 by me. Please help me make it up to the servers out there who still care about the customer.

My husband and I are celebrating our 4th anniversary and so glad we went to Pardos. We had the gnocchi and carpaccio for appetizers and the scallops and ribeye as our entrees. (SPOT ON recommendations from our waitress) It is our favorite restaurant in Mandeville by far! We loved our whole evening but the key ingredient that elevated our fabulous night to an overall perfect experience was our server, BRIANA. I know you will have a great time and likely enjoy your experience no matter what but I know we will be requesting Briana for all future nights at Pardos! P.S. We had my 40th Birthday dinner in the Wine Room at Pardo's. The experience from start to finish was exceptional! The owner is a phenomenal example of the statement "going above and beyond". His staff is an extension of him. For the appetizer, we had the BBQ shrimp & gnocchi followed by the little gem lettuce salad. Our entree was a choice of the redfish and short rib. I ate the short rib and my husband had the redfish. The food was delicious and everyone had a pleasant time. If you're planning an intimate dinner party in a relaxed atmosphere with your own music selection (hooked up via bluetooth), Pardo's is the place to go. Thank you Pardo's for making my 40th Birthday (in COVID season) memorable!

Was just there for birthday dinner October 8, 2022. Whenever I go I ask for Briana Mista to be our server because she’s amazing! We got to our table and there were birthday napkins plus a sweet note thanking us for choosing her! I don’t know of any other restaurant or server that goes that EXTRA mile! The meal was wonderful and to top it off a complimentary dessert with a sparkler! Another awesome evening! Thank you, Pardo’s, especially Briana.

Phenomenal experience!!! From the aesthetics of the restaurant to the food. I honestly don’t know what was better between the food and the service from Briana! I must say the shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever tasted. Definitely would recommend. I know we’ll be back.

Everything was delish. My scallops were so yummy. I also got to taste my friend's tuna; according to them, this was the first time they cooked this dish for guests. I also ordered a side of brussels sprouts. It was a huge portion! Very good. I had a taste of the cherry ice cream; like everything else, it was to die for. Tanner was our server.

Food items change fairly frequently so one can usually find something to their liking. The Service is probably the best on the NS. The food is varied and fresh and well prepared. If you want something a certain way, just say so. The portions are large and you can make a meal out of a few appetizers. If you want healthy, they have that covered. The new location is much better than the old. The Bar is sophisticated in its decor.I believe Mr Rodas’s wife had input on that! The call drinks are a little expensive but they don’t pour light. The wine bottle prices are in line or better with the fine dining restaurants on the NS plus Happy Hour is fun and a deal for an after work get together for one’s office. The valet parking system works well when crowded until the parking lot is fully paved soon.

First time being back at Pardo’s since it’s move. It was pretty good before, but they have taken it to a whole new level. From the cocktails, to the food, to the overall atmosphere has just risen to another level. A local favorite chef (Chef Robert) from your local favorite restaurants (Opal Basil and Barrel Wine Bar) has joined the team. I can only see the future becoming more delicious and elevated with him behind the wheel. Will definitely be a regular stop on our rotation.

My coworkers and I had the pleasure of dining here tonight for the first time. We absolutely LOVED it!!! The food, atmosphere and service is worth more than 5 stars. Our server Tyler was friendly and knowledgeable (such a cutie pie). Not having any vegetarian entrees on the menu, Tyler offered to have the chef make a vegetarian dish for me. Chef Ashley was amazing and my dish was bursting with flavor notes of harmony! BTW the brussel sprouts were phenomenal. DELICIOUS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS

Called in late (6pm) on a Friday and spoke with Johnathon. Explained I was calling in at the last minute and reservation app only showed 7:45pm availability and asked if I could get in sooner. Jonathon said come on over and he would accommodate. Arrived 20 minutes later and had another spectacular meal at Pardo's. I enjoyed the Flounder and my wife had the seared tuna. The wedge salad was great as was the brussel sprouts that never disappoint. This restaurant is only 1/4 mile from my home and is always busy (indicative of a great restaurant). I have had many great meals here and anytime someone comes in from out of town I always take them here. They are always surprised 1) that it is so close and 2) that the dining experience is 5 star. Such a blessing to have this restaurant in Mandeville and near home. Thanks again Johnathon.

We had an amazing experience, but our server, Briana, took it to another level! From the moment we sat down, she was funny, charming, and knew the menu like the back of her hand. We had a fabulous experience at Pardos! The menu made it difficult to decide what we wanted. Everything sounded so incredible. Briana was the absolute best and made us feel so welcomed! She is so personable and assisted us with what to choose for our dinner! I think I’ll be dreaming about the Brussel sprout appetizer for the next 2 weeks and the veal special was positively to die for. We willl absolutely be back for more!

Tonight was our first time dining with Pardo’s and it was genuinely spectacular. We had a couple hiccups (the young man helping our server accidentally knocked my partner’s water into her lap, and the drinks we ordered did take quite awhile to come out) but the server and manager quickly apologized and offered resolution without our having to complain or even bring it up—a sign of excellent customer service! Briana’s menu knowledge and bubbly personality were an excellent addition to a flawless meal. Those truffle fries are to die for!!

Me, my son, and my mom, went to Pardo’s today on Easter brunch for my son‘s Birthday. I read reviews, and Brianna was mentioned over and over again as an outstanding waitress, so we requested her. She was on top of her game for our entire experience! She was full of energy and made our experience fun with exceptional service! She made the table, extra special with napkins made of roses 🌹 Little bunnies 🐰 On top of the straws and even gave us an Easter card with a handwritten note inside!! The food was amazing. Everything she recommended was outstanding chefs kiss 😘. Definitely ask for Brianna if you enjoy top quality service!! Can’t say enough!

Our server Brittany was friendly, polite, new menu details, answered questions on all Items, didn’t blink when my daughter and I split an entree (but ordered extra appetizers), and made us want to go back and we will ask for her. She had a backup who was also friendly and efficient and I regret I don’t have his name. From cocktails to dessert we were very pleased. Atmosphere was very warm, nice space between tables, classic but comfortable. Peeked in the bar and very nice, the gnocchi was delicious! The chicken piccata is a definite. They had a half dozen delicious sounding specials too.

A perfect evening! From the the person who took our reservation to our arrival and brief stop at the bar before our table was ready, my wife and I enjoyed one of the nicest "nights out" in many years. The bar smelled great with the fragrance of basil. The bartender was so nice, and so competent. Our server, Taylor, was awesome, as was the rest of the wait-staff. Extremely personable, and knowledgable about the menu. She capably advised us about about our dining choices. The food was some of the best we've had....my wife appreciates a good pork chop, and she said this was the best! The chef is a real rock star. Everything that came to our table was incredibly well-prepared and presented. You can tell that everyone working there enjoyed their job, and takes pride in what they do. The great food, wonderful staff and pleasant atmosphere made for a truly delightful night.

BRIANA was our server!!!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!!! She made our experience very special!! She knew the menu like the back of her hand and made suggestions that we loved! We dined 🍽 at Pardo's on my husband's birthday and the service was beyond anything we expected. We got there late (15mins before closing) and they let us in, gave us great service and we didn't feel rushed at all. Instead, the chef brought our food out with our server and the assistant manager was also very welcoming. The food was great. Our server, Briana was amazing. We dined at Pardos for the first time tonight. Everything was delicious and the service was top notch. Briana took care of us. She is so knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the gnocchi for an appetizer- very very good! Entree we tried the Chef Cut. It was HUGE. I recommend for a table with multiple people sharing. Brussels and truffle fries were a perfect side and both so tasty. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and while the food was amazing, our service with Briana made our evening. We will be back!

Let’s start with the service. It was excellent. The hostess got the door. Our server Breanna was beyond exceptional. We were there 8/9/23. There was another person serving us who was also excellent. The drink. Probably the best cocktail ever. Pear and sage martini. The food was so fantastic. I could have hurt myself there. And the music was eclectic and not to loud. Spotify/ Pardo has their play list. What a pleasure. The whole team ensured our satisfaction. We will drive 45 minutes to do it again!

This place is the greater NOLA area’s hidden gem. Last time I ate there the Halibut was splendid with the Asian style and spices. I highly recommend this place for romantic atmosphere and large parties, as well. Truly fine dining at its best!

We had an excellent dinner at Pardo's. I hadn't been to Pardo's since they changed locations. The new location is a dramatic improvement. Our dinner was great. We had the gulf fish (red snapper) and the red shrimp risotto. Both were superb. We started with the strawberry salad and the little gem salad. Portions were not over the top, just right. Our reservation was for 6:45 so it wasn't crowded at all when we sat down. By the time we left it was much more crowded with a couple large tables nearby that were lively. The acoustics are such that it got a little loud but it was a Saturday night so that's expected. I highly recommend and we'll be going back. My wife said it was the best meal she's had in a good while. It was really nice to have a great meal our, we hadn't had a night like that out since covid. Service was also stellar.

Pardo’s is perfect for date night or any occasion really. Food is fantastic and the staff is truly amazing. Host is always accommodating and valet is very convenient on the weekends. If the dining room is full, the bar is also a fantastic option. Tyler, Brittney and Jared are the best bartenders. I highly recommend getting the dumplings as an appetizer and the duck trio entree is to die for. If they are running their tomahawks as the chef cut, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. We went there for the first time tonight as a party of 7 for my husbands 40th birthday. We had “Aunt Linda” AKA Briana. Shes got the best personality and was the most knowledgeable waitress I think I’ve ever had. She knew her stuff. She took such good care of us and would go back to this restaurant which is an hour from my home for her. She made the experience the best it was. Go visit pardos and ask for “Aunt Linda” AKA Briana (her real name). I promise you will not regret it. Whether it’s for a fun dinner or business I highly reccomend her.

Pardos is always a good and safe choice. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and consistently excellent service. But ... I have never had a truly exceptional dish at Pardos - until tonight. Amongst the daily specials there was an unassuming caesar salad. Curiosity compelled me to see why a caesar salad would be one of the daily specials: I now understand. This dish was a collaboration between one of the servers (Briana) and the chef. We didn't know this before ordering, but this alone is so rare that it speaks to the type of place this is. Of course there was the customary house made caesar dressing, but in addition there was bleu cheese as well. On top of that were the soft praline pecans made by Briana and some type of toasted panko crumbles sprinkled all over the salad. All of this came together seamlessly and created one of the most flavorful and memorable dishes that I've had in a long time. Here is my only suggestion though: While it is customary to start with a salad before the entre, I would suggest reversing the order here. After you have this salad, everything else will taste like a disappointment. Our server, Briana, made the meal even better. Briana has that joie de vivre that makes you feel welcomed.

Had the pleasure of having Briana as our server multiple times and she is the best! Warm welcoming, genuinely cares about her customers and always has a smile on her face! Exceptional service, food, and atmosphere.

First time trying Pardos and it was excellent. Service and food were outstanding and we will be back. I will say this restaurant is definitely on the expensive side so be prepared for that.

Tonight was our first time dining at Pardos and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were seated, our server Briana made the experience truly exceptional. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She stayed on top of everything the entire evening with genuine care and professionalism. Briana made sure our table stayed spotless, our silverware and dishes were consistently refreshed, and every plate was presented beautifully. She’s not only attentive but incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Being first-timers, we weren’t sure what to order, but Briana guided us through the selections like a seasoned expert, leading us to dishes that left us impressed and satisfied. It’s rare to receive this level of service, the kind you’d expect at a high-end restaurant in Los Angeles. Briana’s hospitality and the overall vibe of Pardos made it clear that we’ll be back often. The service here is truly top tier, and our experience tonight set a new standard. Highly recommend.

Amazing attentive staff, everyone was so friendly. Bar manager recommended many drinks and every single one was delicious. The cucumborsome and ps I love you were amazing. Everything we ate was prepared perfectly and I highly recommend Pardos!

Everything about our experience at Pardo’s was exceptional. From the moment I called to make a reservation for our our large group, I felt like they cared more than most restaurants. The ambience was perfect, the food was delicious, and the service was just perfect. The unexpected seating in the sound-proof private room so that we could be as loud and raucous as we wanted was the special touch our group really appreciated. It was a great night!! Highly recommend!!

Pardo's is what you expect. Dimmed lights making you sleepy when you seat, buttery dishes, black and white linens. #Torpid but once adjusted with the coffee expresso's , all is good.

Fantastic restaurant in Mandeville!! Long overdue....glad that’s it’s open!!! Great meal and a great wine list. Preston was our waiter and he is fantastic. Awesome waiter. Dined on salmon and a ribeye. The app of crab nachos was out of this world. A++++. The only thing missing is they do not have an Oregon Pinot by the glass. Will I return? Absolutely!!!!

Why have I never heard of this place? I was driving while hungry and ran upon this place for lunch. It ended up being a very pleasant surprise! Valet parking was an option, but there was ample self parking during my visit. However, I can imagine parking being more challenging on a Friday or Saturday evening. The staff were exceptional and kept the complimentary warm ciabatta bread coming. It was accompanied with a nice olive oil, garlic and tomato mixture. Since we were so hungry, we started with a crab cake appetizer. It was delicious! I ordered the redfish topped which was topped with crab. It came with the most amazing creamed spinach I’ve ever tasted. I also had the garden salad with blue cheese dressing...it was great! I love blue cheese and they were very generous with it. The other guest had the steak tips with potatoes, mushrooms and onion rings. It had great flavor! I don’t go to the Northshore often, but I will definitely be returning here. I’d love to experience the cocktails and dinner service.

Came for daughter's birthday dinner. Need reservation. Attentive service. The prime rib was very tender but at $80 each. Overall good experience.

The food and service were excellent. If you are planning a special night out, this might not be the right place. The tables are very close together - you'll get to know your neighbors, and the acoustics make for a very LOUD experience. The waiter basically needs to yell for you to be able to hear him. Don't expect to carry on a conversation with the person across the table. And "American Bistro" - the menu does not reflect that. With all that said, the food was excellent and our server was personable, funny, and attentive.

Mussels were awesome (starter). The pesto pasta was a bit heavy but the shrimp was quite good. Briana the server was knowledgeable and nice and on top of it.

We were given a gift card here, and were super excited to try the food. I had never heard of it before, and after looking at the menu my bar was pretty high. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out, immaculate atmosphere. However, the food was just good, not great. I guess I’m saying this because of the price point, they are charging prices comparable to renowned restaurants in the south shore. While my husband and I weren’t blown away, it was still good. We ordered the following: -Calamari: it was good, different calamari than I’ve had at other places with peppers -Chopped Salad: good, but was missing something I can’t quite put my finger on. I think a different dressing would make it much better. -lamb: also very good, but the carrots and arancini were lacking -filet: very good Overall, I would come back and try some other dishes. Service was really good and like I had mentioned earlier, beautiful atmosphere

I feel like for the price you pay-I’ve had better food. That being said it’s a great vibe. Great service. Food and drinks do not come out fast. So plan to be there for hours. Carrot cake is awesome.

Brianna did a good job. I took my father out for his 89th birthday accompanied by my mother and son. My parents are born and raised New Orleans and both excellent cooks, I chef privately after a career in various states and restaurants. The food was bland, expensive and besides being visually appealing was not appealing at all.

Let me start by saying, I understand the challenges of staffing in covid world. We have been to this restaurant several times, many at the old location and a couple at the new location. The fist time we went the experience was great, we went for my wife's birthday. The second time which was last night was for my birthday and the experience was not even close to being good, first off the evening was fine, sat down ordered drinks. This was at about 7:30pm. I could tell our server was a little distracted with another table that seemed to know the manager of the restaurant. We were a table of 8, she did not handle our table well. The bottom Line is the food did not come out until after 10pm then to top it off the porkchop I had ordered was cold in the middle, the length of time we were forced to wait pretty much ruined our evening,. Everyone was tired and not in much of a good mood. If I had not threatened to cancel the entire order who knows when it would have been served. At the end of the day a meal should not take as long as an entire NFL game to be brought to the table. We will never return to this restaurant and I will warn everyone I know off of it. They can never give me back the night of my birthday, and every thing it took to gather the family together. BTW we spent north of 1k

The service at Pardo’s was 4 stars!! Friendly, attentive, and professional—definitely a highlight of the experience. The food was 3 stars—good, but not exceptional for the price point. What really brought the experience down was the surprise 3% credit card fee added to the bill. This is a bad business policy. In today’s world, most customers expect to pay by card, and passing along processing fees feels unfriendly—especially at an upscale restaurant. If there’s not enough profit built into a $14 mixed drink to cover a basic credit card fee, something is off. It may seem minor, but it leaves a sour taste after an otherwise decent meal and does not make me want to come back. At the very least, this charge should be clearly communicated before payment.
