Update: I have changed my rating of this Sharetea location to 2 stars, for a couple of reasons. The drink quality has not changed but the price has. Ever since they increased the cost of their boba topping to one dollar, I have been completely turned off by this location. Still, I gave them another chance a few weeks ago, because I was craving boba and they happened to be in my vicinity. The employees informed me that they don’t take cash anymore. Whether that was true or just an effort to deter me from ordering before their closing time, that made me stop coming altogether. I refuse to use card on their self-serve kiosk that charges you even more for the stupid “service” fee. How the mighty have fallen. ——— My go-to at Sharetea is the strawberry black tea with boba. The taste is consistent and the drink has a good pearl-tea ratio, plus the employees are friendly and fast. However, for what you get, it is a little overpriced, especially if you use the self serve kiosk. Therefore, 4 out of 5 stars.

I don’t like that they can’t control the level of sweetness. Like every other boba shops, they have this levels of sweetness (0, 30, 50, 80, 100) and are obligated to ask which one you like while ordering. When they asked me, I said 30 % and the staff refused, saying they couldn’t do it and 80% was the lowest they could do for this drink because the sweetness came from the powder and milk. Excuse me?! Other shops that I visited could always control the level of sweetness as long as the customers want. This was unbelievable. As I expected, this drink was too sweet for me.

The classic pearl milk tea here is sooo inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s god awful, sometimes it doesn’t even have boba.

I’d only seen unfavorable reviews for Sharetea, regardless of location. For that reason, I avoid it. But today I gave it a chance. And can now give valid reason to why I will resume avoiding Sharetea locations. The blended Thai tea drink I got was not blended enough. I expected a smooth, easy-to-drink beverage. This was full of ice shards. At 50% sweetness, this was too sweet. And the boba not cooked enough; way too firm and chewy. But not the good kind of chewy. The sales lady however was friendly and upbeat. Two gold stars for her ⭐️ ⭐️

I come to this location regularly and it's decent but not the best of other Sharetea locations I have visited. Many times I attempt to call their phone number but never have they once answered. Why have a phone number if you don't answer it? A few times the specific drink I wanted to ask about on the phone wasn't available at their location. I make the trip out there and wouldn't have wasted my time if they were able to answer my question through the phone about their product availability. ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE.

Be prepared to wait for a decade before they can serve your drinks. I ordered 1 simple drink with no toppings. It took them longer than 10 minutes to prepare and call my number. They really don't care how long you've been waiting and serve orders in a random order.

3 out of 4 visits they made my drink wrong. Do not recommend. Seams like the owners don't pay well because it's always young teenagers working there. Big turnover rate with their employees.

I have been waiting for my order for the past 10 minutes, and the guy making my drink has been on his phone for the past 5! Unbelievable!

Ordered a macha mango milk tea. Horrible. They used mango syrup which tastes artificial and way overwhelming. Completely tasted no macha or anything else. They charged $8.00. absurd

I get boba multiple times a week so I know the going prices. I paid 6.85 today for a mango green milk tea with NO topping. Worst part - I asked for light ice and got an ENTIRE cup of ice. When I finished my drink, I still had half cup of ice left. Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!
