I LOVE Little Caesars, but after what I ate from this location tonight, no thank you. I'd rather look for another location farther from my house than buy another pizza from here. Like a previous review stated, the crust was too hard and cold. Will not return, do not recommend. UPDATE: I have returned to this location and it has definitely changed. My order is always hot and fresh and my custom orders are perfect. I appreciate that they have delivery now and the pizza portal is a great addition. Way to go Little Caesars!!

This might be an unpopular opinion but LC is better than Dominoes. The extra most bestest pepperoni pizza never disappoints. Compared to the regular pepperoni pizza it’s like night and day difference! Always hot and fresh, you just gotta pick up your pizza fast. I wrote this review because I had dominos yesterday and I will probably never get their pizza again. It was terrible and double the price :(

This is a lower tier Little Caesars, why, because they are just after the bottom line and don't do anything extra for their customer base. This location does not have Parmesan, or Zap packs to offer is customers—only red pepper flakes. Why just the red pepper? They know there's not a majority of people wanting some spice in their life, keeps costs down. In my days as a trucker I've approximately visited 30+ throughout the country. And yes I came across some others who limited what they offered to customers. Some had all 3 options, some only two—but there's been only 2-3 other Little Caesars I've visited that were so cheap they only offer one type of these to their customers. If I was a business owner I would want to offer everything available to keep customers coming back, something so simple, cheese or seasoning, can make the difference between loyal customers or not. Your competition (Pizza Hut) got tired of passing out pepper and cheese, but they offered it for a price, they just didn't take/keep away the option from their customers—they came up with a solution people might not agree with, but still it was a solution to still keep most customers happy. By the way their cheese and pepper you have to purchase come in a convenient shaker bottle. The bonus is I always have some left over for next time (sorry, I'm a pizza fiend 😂). So I know I'm nothing but one person, but I will not purchase here again solely for that reason. For anyone who will say for me to just buy my own from the store, no, I only use it for pizza and I feel it's a valid condiment that should come gratis with pizza. Could you imagine a burger joint telling you to bring your own ketchup for your fries, salt and pepper for your food? No, you couldn't, so don't act like I'm being some kind of Karen, it makes GOOD business sense to keep customers coming back. And to the owner of this store, I eat pizza a LOT, 2-3 times a week. I rotate my favorite pizza places but I eat Little Caesars 5-6 times a month (I'm new to the areas), I know there's another in the DFW area that offers it. Let's to do some math after learning how much pizza I eat a month. If I ate -only- twice a month (it's usually 4-5 specifically for Little Caesars), that's 24×15.99 (my average purchase)—that's $383.76. How much you wanna bet that even on the profit level, that most likely covers a 1/4 of the total yearly cost of ordering Little Caesars Parmesan... Take this from a serious pizza aficionado- your doing it wrong.

The pick-up window is too small. And if a person asks for help because the breadsticks bag is stuck... Don't come across as if it's my fault. Other than that, good pizza

It appears that they are selling original pizzas as Xtra Most Bestest. The pizza itself was tasty and fresh, we just felt cheated by it not being what it should be. And when asked, the worker said it was just the difference between advertising and what you actually get.*See Picture* #littleceasars

This was our go to location a late night family dinner when nobody wants to cook. The staff has always been friendly, food was always ready to go in a timely manner, and it has an easily accessable entrance and exit. If you order online be sure to ALWAYS double check your pizza order. We ordered the stuffed crust and they tried to give us the regular thin crust. Once confronted about it then did it to fix it, but we had to catch it in store. I'm only one person with a family of 5 that won't be coming back, but I refuse to be taken advantage of like that.

We ordered Parmesan wings and got wings that were dipped in spicy sauce then Parmesan garlic sauce. They were all dark like burnt and I saw when I got home. They will not refund unless I take back all the wings. So stupid. I have 5 kids that are waiting for dinner they couldn’t eat and I’m not wasting gas either. They said they would call back and never did. Terrible customer service and messed up food. If I wanted spicy wings I would’ve ordered buffalo sauce wings. You can even see a thin line of red on this chicken. My husbands stomach messed up so bad sadly. Just upset.

Its burnt, and it's not what we ordered.it was supposed to be half pineapple and half jalapeno. Manager told us we could bring it back to correct the order but we have been out all day working and didn't feel like going back out. it should have been correct the first time especially when the counter person said the order correctly. what a disappointment.

I went in about an hour ago (6pm) and ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and then a special cheese with easy sauce with extra cheese. I ended up bringing home an old pepperoni pizza and a old burnt regular pizza. Paid $15.36 cashier said it would be 15 minutes and we went outside. She literally came out 5 minutes later and said it's ready. I didn't check before I left it's traffic time near John Jones in Burleson and wanted to get home asap. I'm very disappointed and I know I might only be one customer but I will not go back into that location.
