Pizza was delivered on time and hot and fresh.
I went Thursday to get the kids and myself a quick dinner. The pan pizza was perfect I ordered online and it was ready on time this is one of of my favorite if I don’t get Marcos

These guys were awesome. I ordered Five pizzas 🍕 and couldn't do it by app. But I went to the restaurant and the manager were so helpful. It was a great experience.
10 out of 10. I accidentally posted a one star review and they called me within 5 minutes to ask what they did wrong. Now that's not everyday!! I suggest this location to everyone. Customer service was exceptional.
I moved here just over a year ago and have been ordering from this location for all that time. I have only received a few poor orders where there was barelyany pizza toppings, over cooked, or my pasta had so little sauce it was all noodle and I ended up throwing it away it was so dry. Fast forward to the past several months and I've noticed a HUGE change in the quality of their food. Always hot and fresh, plenty of sauce on the pastas and they actually put a decent amount of toppings in the pizza, which is awesome. Also, the delivery drivers are amazing and always have such a great attitude. I commented to one not too long ago about seeing a difference in the quality of the food and the driver told me they had recently gotten new management. So, whoever you are, keep it up!
Today, I ordered 2 Medium Specialty pan pizzas, (ExtrangaZza), 2 Chicken Alfredo Pastas, 16 piece Parmesan Bread Bites, 2 Liter Sodas, (Coke, Sprite) all this went to my Sister and her family in Montgomery who had just got out of the hospital. I talked to Sabrina at Domino’s and she was very professional, courteous, and she even prepared the order and it was very good. My Sister told me that the crust, vegetables, meat all was very fresh and very good. She was very happy with all her items and her grand kids too. I’m very happy with the Customer Service that Sabrina gave me. She make sure that the Driver John brought plates, and napkins. I’m very impressed with her, the food and service. I give Sabrina 5 stars, and the Driver John. 5 out 5.
Honestly, this location completely turned my opinion on dominos around due to repeated errors on food I had been having in the past. This locations managers go above and beyond to correct an issue or answer any questions and concerns I’ve ever had. Thank you for that!!! The food is almost ALWAYS on point, always HOT when I get it too, which is a HUGE PLUS! However last nights order wasn’t one I’d put on the “ LOVED” list. I just want to make a suggestion that the online orders, whoever is preparing the food pay EXTRA SPECIAL attention to all special requests! I requested NO GARLIC on my crusts, they had garlic stuff on it. In my opinion, it’s just a little heavy, I’m not the biggest fan. If it wasn’t so thick on the crust, I think it would be much better, and my Parmesan bread bites were not bite-size. They were very very large, like 5 to 7 bites baked into one solid piece (I know it was truly accidental) and there was a massive amount of oil In the bottom of the box, making it very hard to want to eat them because even sitting them on paper towels there was way too much oil. This is the one and only time so far that I’ve had an issue with the food from this location! However, I wanna say keep up the good work other than last night’s not so great food, and thank y’all for being pretty awesome. Wishing y’all would use ricotta cheese too (instead or red sauce) on pizzas!!
Evidently I just wasn't drunk enough to enjoy pizza from this particular location. I ordered two pizzas, one Pepperoni Lover's, the second one ham and bacon with cheese. The one with ham and bacon and cheese hardly had any cheese at all on it only in a few spots on the pizza. The Pepperoni Lover's or whatever you want to call it was okay but had a bunch of bubbles and it and was still missing cheese on some spots. I really wish I could have given this location a better rating. Even the supposable hot wings I ordered we're hardly hot at all! Just a little bit of hot sauce was... Really not impressed. It's a shame because I love Domino's but in this case I would recommend that you just order carry out if you're able to and having to be stuck on this side of town, I highly recommend you go get carry out from Papa John's or some other Pizza Joint, cuz I definitely don't recommend this one... plus there was one single green pepper directly in the middle of my Pepperoni Lover's Pizza LOL
Very disappointed...ordered a pizza for my guys and wings for myself and I've never seen anything like this!!! My wings were just dump in a box with some sauce casually squeezed over them. Talk about sorry and lazy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!🤬
Every time I order from this Dominos they mess up my order. The pizzas are constantly under done with soft undercooked dough. So I order pizzas well done so the dough is actually cooked. They never ever come well done let alone done. Don't rush the cooking process... or check the temp on your oven... or please pay more attention. Thank you.
App showed food was ready, but I had to wait another 15 minutes in store. My chicken parm sandwich had literally 1 piece of chicken. Wild...😂
My food was not cooked throughly. Had a pan pizza and was not cooked all the way cheese and toppings were VERY sloppy not a good job at all . Had to throw the pizza away. Then no one picked up the phone so I could get them to fix my order. Very displeased.
Walked in health score wasn’t visible. The worker walking and eating around preparation table. Pizza was half way cut and not cooked all the way slightly chewy and greasy the sauce on the pizza had a medicine taste to it so i didn’t feel comfortable eating the rest of it and it actually took a while to come back after the first time seeing a dead roach on the floor. My throat still hurt after eating the pizza I’m guessing because it wasn’t cooked all the way not sure but definitely don’t feel right after eating and had to drink a lot of water to digest.
This place really needs help. You will be waiting for your order for two hours even though the app may say 30-50 minutes. There is never anyone at work and then when they are it’s only like two people moving fast amongst the 5. I only come here because it is literally right by me but I’m going to have to start driving to another location after today.
Idk who they got new in that kitchen but they need to go! Ordered a pizza 2 days ago that has 2 layers of pepperoni the cook got lazy I guess and gave me a regular pepperoni pizza regardless of what I ordered , the time before that they over loaded it with marinara sauce & I could literally squeeze the sauce off! I called to complain and got no call back ! 0 starz
Mistakes happen but the way my issue was handled without accountability, care, and over all just unprofessionalism. Especially when I was calm and nice when I called to get a resolution is insane. When I called about the pizza I didn't receive at the time of it being marked as delivered, I was told that a fresh one would be sent out and redelivered. Upon waiting to hear back from the store manager, which was 40 minutes later about the pizza, I was told that it was dropped off on my doormat. And I was told the driver dropped it off and took a picture. No one knocked on my door to hand it to me or anything. Just silently sitting there at some random point throughout the night AFTER I CALLED ABOUT IT NOT BEING THERE! And to make matters worse when trying to get clarity from the manager on when it arrived because it was extremely cold at that point, the manager told me it was on the doormat you describe and hung up on me! When I tried to call back, no one answered my call. They lack taking accountability and are trying to pretend it was delivered just fine and on time when in fact it was not. If it was, it shouldn't have taken the manager 40 MINUTES LATER to let me know it was delivered and make sure I had it and the issue was resolved. Overall just a mess! When all they had to do was make a FRESH pizza to redeliver, knock on my door, apologize for the inconvenience, and put the fresh new pizza in my hand to ensure it was delivered to the right person the 2nd TIMES! But no, I ended up with a wrongfully delivered, re-delivered from the wrong address COLD PIZZA 30-40 MINUTES LATER!
I have zero respect for the operation here. Tells me 30 minutes for a ready to be ready but didn’t mention that the screen time actually matters so that’s an extra 30 minutes. Might want to try hiring educated staff members who actually knows how to count.
Took over 2 hours and still didn't even leave the store with my pizza, not to mention the tracker didn't even work. 0/10
I tried to call at 11 PM for a delivery 1.5 miles away and this store would not take my cash money. Wanted me to pay with a card over the phone refused my cash money and then said that we were new customers, but we're not so I didn't get to eat my pizza tonight and we are very upset
