Buen servicio, rapida atencion aunque habia mucha fila de autoservicio, adentro no habia tanta gente, las nieves estan buenas, un poco caras, en 3 nieves chicas con ingrediente extra fueron poco mas de $200, el extra eran $7por cada una, pero el sabor es bueno, tambien tienen pasteles de helado.

El sabor como siempre muy rico, y la atención rápida también esta bien aunque en algunas ocasiones nos ha tocado hacer mucha cola.

A pesar de que he ido en horas pico en fin fe semana, el servicio es rápido y amable. Me ha tocado la nieve aguada en dos ocasiones pero le cambiaron el cono.

Le falta un poco más de mantenimiento dentro de las instalaciones, los baños no sirven... Pero su nieve como siempre deliciosa, a esta sucursal la recomiendo más para drive thru

Para mí gusto no es diferente a otras nieves y la atención al cliente parece que los empleados ni ganas de atender tienen

It's almost always good, the only thing was that I ordered 2 banana splits and they didn't put the whipped cream on them and they didn't tell me they didn't have it anymore, they just gave it to me like that, I asked them why they didn't have it😬

Good ice creams, but when I could still sit, my table was dirty and sticky, the service was good although the cashier seemed distracted, this was early February.

Estan buenas las nieves..PERO..las instalaciones les falta higiene siempre esta muy sucio... Y luego mi tía pidió un banana split y le dieron solo la nieve y le dijeron que no tenían platano esooo queeee... Como estas vendiendo producto si no lo tienes que alguien me explique jajaja..

Media hora de fila despues, eramos 3 carros a las 6:30pm nos negaron el servicio de drive thru. Pésimo servicio

Solo atienden por el drive thru, pero la mala nota es que ya que estás en el micrófono te aparece un letrero que dice sólo efectivo, ese tipo de información se debe dar antes de entrar al Drive thru, perdí tiempo al quedar atrapada entre los vehículos y cuando llegué a la ventanilla de atención le pregunté al cajero si en la entrada había otro letrero con la información y me dijo que no, entonces le pregunté a quién se le ocurrió poner el aviso hasta el área de pedidos y dijo: es que sólo tenemos un letrero.
