Worst taco bell, i waited for haft an hour in the drive thru and told me that i have to park and wait since they haven’t made my order yet.. 😭😭

If you like spending $60 for a couple of tacos and a poutine, this is the spot for you. Not only will they include complimentary hair in your food, but then also will try to make it up to you with a regular fountain drink for your inconvenience. True value for your buck if you ask me. Gave service a 3 as the lady at the counter made me laugh with “ooohh I would be so pissed”. Why is none of your staff wearing hair nets??

I waited 25 minutes for my order, even after checking in twice. I finally asked for a refund, they processed as it appeared they had no idea where the order was. Also, they ran out of napkins? Absolutely no heat in the store so I spent my time freezing. I might as well been sitting outside. Thanks for wasting my time!

Ordered multiple times and have not received the hot sauce packs for a majority of the times ordered, which is the only thing that makes the food palatable. High price for low quality and small portions.

I ordered food from your place, and everything looked great in the photos — the portion seemed large. But what I received was only about 100 grams. You should indicate the portion size so that people know what to expect.

Terrible food. I got two burrito things that were just coated in grease. I had to wipe them down before trying to eat them. On the plus side, the food takes forever to be made and it's also super expensive ($70 for four of us to eat here). Avoid.

I ordered from this restaurant (uber) and I was eating and my child too, and then we found a hair. Called taco bell, and the manager, Ruby, just told me that uber will handle it. Didn’t take into consideration that she should be helping or offering any refunds, etc. Absolutely disgusting. And honestly, horrible management. The manager was super dismissive and really rude, even after I was on the phone saying that’s disgusting, etc. She just kept saying “i’m doing my job, please contact uber”…. as if it’s only ubers problem I found a hair. EW! We didn’t eat anything else after this. As for Uber- They also did nothing. But ultimately, not taco bells issue. Don’t order from this location unless you want hair in your food.

One of the most cheapest location and horrible service. Tacos are mostly served with half of the ingredients or next to no meat. This is beef supreme pictures now compare this picture to their advertised picture for same item So Misleading

This place used to be decent for a Taco Bell, but our last order was just sad. All it was was tortillas with maybe a tablespoon of meat and ingredients, if you were lucky. Most of my chicken quesadilla was just a plain tortilla. The burritos were just a tortilla with a splat of meat folded 300 times to make it look somewhat bigger. The price is ABSOLUTELY INSANE for what you get. Last time we'll even think about eating here.

This place hasn’t always been the best but lately they’ve declined immensely. The recent times I’ve been here the person taking the order sounds like they’re mad at me. I understand that you work a minimum wage job in customer service, I’ve been there, but you guys don’t have to be so rude. I also ordered a supreme fries with my combo and there was a hair in it. Dorito tacos were stale too.

20mins for drive through with 3 cars ahead. Got home and the taco was barely filled with ingredients. Called in and lady said tacos are filled that way cause of taco monday. I replied it should be filled the same way regardless of the price. She then changed her tune that they fill it the same way as per there standards lol.

I went to Taco Bell/kfc at 950pm i get its late but this is absolutely disgusting and sloppy & no sour cream ? & you don’t serve chicken but you serve pop corn chicken and “chicken” quesadillas . also didn’t ask for Spicy either . Will be making a phone call to the manager . I know it sucks closing but c mon …. Won’t recommend anyone to this location ever

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews and am a fan of Taco Bell, but need to let others know about my experience. I ordered the box meal and all the fries were cold and stale like they had been out all day and not even under the heat lamp, the tacos were 90% lettuce (which definitely wasn't fresh) and you could barely notice any cheese on the tacos if any. I realized partway through I should take some pictures and will attach them. I was extremely disappointed and doubt I will go back to this location.
