Burger King is always reliable for a good flame grilled burger and fries. Nothing elaborate, but the price is right and the flavor is good. Their chicken nuggets, however, leave something to be desired. The breading if mealy like corn meal and they are neither crispy nor juicy. Overall the burgers are good but the service is not. Although it is a 24 hour shop there are nights that they just don't come to the window and take your order. I have often wondered if they are in back sleeping??? If the service were better I would have given them a 4 star rating.

It was Christmas, so the huge drive-through line was understandable. However, the overall management was poor. I ordered a Chicken Whopper and a Double Cheeseburger. The Whopper was not fresh and didn't taste good. On top of that, they completely forgot my Double Cheeseburger. When I went back with my receipt, I was asked to wait and re-enter the drive-through line, which meant another 30 minutes of waiting. Everyone being in line doesn't justify forgetting an item- this was not my mistake. I had already waited patiently for my order the first time. Overall, I did not like the customer experience, and the food quality was disappointing. Based on this visit, I honestly feel McDonald's would be a better choice.

All you people posting positive reviews about this Burger King really need to stop. The people inside seem like they're retarded or something it took him 10 minutes just to take an order. The people inside acting like they really truly didn't want to be there if you didn't want to be at Burger King go get another job. The time is 1:08 on Saturday April 4th 2020. That's right I'm putting this whole shift on blast because you have lousy customer service. Never again

The lady that runs the counter is slow when completing the order. They never have the restrooms available. Why do they have the lobby open if you can not use the facilities? It should be drive up only if you dont want to deal with customers.

The floor is always sticky. The soda machine never works, so be ready to guess which one does! I'm finally leaving a review cause the customer service. You should AT LEAST have semi average customer service. This location needs to be closed

For this to be in the design of this week poor customer service all the staff is Hispanic I got here first thing in the morning when the sign said the lobby was open and they lied to me and say the cashier wasn't there yet because they thought I was a homeless person and didn't want to let me in. And one of the employees had somebody in the lobby like their boyfriend or something guarding the door

Fast food service has gone down hill and people Expect more pay ??? Went to get a bacon king I ordered online , got to window and was told to wait out front , took forever and had to park , go inside and get my own food when I asked for winow pickup , slow service and then come to work with this bacon king with added lettuce mayonnaise and tomatoes that I did not request or a bacon king does not come with Terrible

At the drive thru a guy told me that he couldn't take my order but it took him a long time to say it as if with shame, when I wanted to ask why a Hispanic woman shouted in Spanish that she couldn't sell me anything because she had no service or system. she was very rude, the worst customer service I have ever received!!!
