Terrific place! The must visit place if you are in Mallorca. Deia itself as a whole has great vibes, beautiful nature and architecture, but La Residencia and Cafe Miro are the champions of Mallorca.

Our entire experience at Miro was spectacular. From the walk into the property, to our pre-dinner drinks on the terrace, to the food, and 10/10 service. We enjoyed every second. This was our last “fancy dinner” of our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. We will recommend Miro to everyone.

The Cafe is where you have lunch and drinks. Everything here is expensive but you are paying for the views which are stunning. If you come during lunch or before dinner take a walk to the El Olivo area which has nice views as well. I ordered some drinks and cake. They were good but the price was expensive. Miro restaurant was a sublime experience! Once you’re there you’re immerse in the beauty, scents, sounds and vive and of Deià. The service was superb! Rosa was fantastic! She gave us wonderful recommendations and explained with passion and culinary knowledge, the execution of each dish and quality of ingredients used. The restaurant itself is lovely, surrounded with Miró paintings all over. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Can’t wait to come back and stay at The Residence Hotel to experience El Olivo and the Tramontana Grill.l as well.

Café Miró in Deià is truly special - exclusive, gorgeous, and absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was made even more magical by the incredibly talented guitarist playing live, which created such a beautiful and memorable setting. We enjoyed a few drinks paired with the most heavenly little desserts, honestly, they were divine! I can’t wait to return and try the full restaurant experience next time. The staff were also wonderful - warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A place I’ll definitely be coming back to.

저녁식사를 위해 5시반에 예약을 하고 갔습니다. 입구를 다소 찾기 어려워서 좀 헤맸지만 다행히 큰 무리 없이 차를 주차하고 들어갔습니다. 산을 등지고 멀리 보이는 바다까지 뷰는 환상적이고, 전체적인 분위기는 너무 아름다웠습니다. 가격대가 다소 비싼 편이지만, 음식은 맛있었고, 서비스 또한 훌륭했습니다. 저녁에 해가 지는 모습을 보기 위해 7시반 정도까지 있다가 나왔습니다. 다시 한번 꼭 가보고 싶은 곳이네요.

데이아의 분위기와 경치를 보고 느끼기에 이만한 곳이 또 있을까? 날씨가 좋든 안좋든 의자에 앉아 앞을 멍하니 보고있으면 안좋았던 기분도 금방 좋아질것만같은 청량한 자연의 분위기를 품고있는 카페다. 가족,연인과 함께 좋은 경치를보면서 담백한 커피와 달달한 디저트를 즐기기에 최고다. 카페는 맛과 가격으로 채울수없는 분위기가 있다. 데이아를 방문한다면 꼭 방문해야할 곳이다. 나도 또 다시 방문해서 이곳의 분위기와 자연의 여유를 만끽하고싶다.

I initially tried to book a table at the famous El Olivo restaurant, but as a non-hotel guest, it was nearly impossible — even two months in advance. So I opted for Café Miró instead, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The food was absolutely outstanding. I’m still thinking about the meat dish I had — truly one of the best I’ve ever tasted in my life! The desserts and the rest of the meal were just as impressive — everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The setting is equally breathtaking. The hotel grounds are lush, colorful, and offer amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Even as a restaurant guest, you’re allowed to park on-site, which was very convenient. I highly recommend visiting this place — it’s elegant, relaxing, and an amazing culinary experience in one of Mallorca’s most picturesque towns.

Was fortunate to find a reservation for this restaurant after so many attempts . The scenery here with the Perfect landscapes , the mountain background and overlooking the beautiful town with our seats was amazing . The services was too notch along with everything on the menu . From the tuna Tatar to the entree steaks and squid ink pasta . Drinks and wine was good to start the meals. They even sang a happy birthday song to my wife which was so nice of them. Would recommend reservations in advance . Beautiful hotel here .

Miro’ uses local and very fresh ingredients. I’m not sure when a Michelin star will be coming but I know it will happen. Service, atmosphere and food! It hit 5 stars on each level. I’m traveling with my wife and we appreciate great food and service. Most of the reviews speak about money, you’re in a resort in the mountains…. I thought the pricing was less than in the states. Our go to place in Boston is the Capital grill. Go here for a great variety, amazing views and warm and friendly people ask for Esperanza, she’s the best.

Ofereix una carta basada en productes de proximitat i temporada, cuidant-ne tant la cocció com la presentació; des d'amanides d'estiu fins a arrossos i gambes de Sóller, tots els plats deliciosament preparats i molt saborosos. While visiting Deià with my partner, we stopped by the Bar Miró, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The service, led by Jorge, was outstanding — attentive, genuine, and full of charm. The mocktail menu was excellent, with fresh and creative flavors. As we sat on the terrace, a live guitarist began to play, adding a magical touch to an already beautiful evening. Truly a memorable experience.

Such an amazing place! I went there early September this year 2022. Beautiful place with shaded parking lots. Food was delicious, beautifully plated with care and everything of the restaurant is just amazing. The servers are so friendly and accommodating. We were offered chilled orange limoncello like shots at the end and it was so good i regret not knowing the name of the drink or taking picture of the bottle. I am from the state and i will definitely go back when i visit Mallorca again. Would highly recommend this place!

I travel around Europe to find the best food experience and Cafe Miro was the best happy coincidence. I was planning to go to it’s fine dining sister restaurant El Olivo but was fully booked for months. I thought I settled for the second best but boy was I wrong. If this is second best not sure how much more incredible is no1. Food was tasty, the views are spectacular over the entire village and you can tell that all the people helping us were well trained and tried everything to make our experience the best. It’s not a cheap place for sure, 200€ for a relatively small lunch for 2, however, there is no better location I would choose. The tomato bread, the fresh salad made with olive oil from the olives grown by themselves on the property…you can tell the quality ingredients. Don’t be afraid of the parking challenge in the village, the restaurant has its own private parking you can use which is so convenient. (Wish I had more pictures but I was enjoying too much to take anymore).

An incredible view to have an beautiful lunch. After a walk around Deià, this is the place you want to rest and eat. The waiters and staff were really great at making sure you were looked after.

Wonderful atmosphere, incredible views, there was fantastic live music and amazing food. This place is more expensive but it was worth the minimum spend and it lived up to it for us. We had the octopus, the special of the day (insanely delicious steak tartare) and one incredibly delicious salad. The staff were incredibly kind, chatty and friendly despite it being near the end of a very long season. Special shoutout to Basco, Rose and Viola as they were all amazing staff and very friendly.

O ambiente realmente é incrivel, com vista pra cidadezinha de deia. O atendimento foi muito bom(uma senhora muito simpatica)! O pao eh gelado e bem normal. Comemos a croqueta que estava boa, pedi o entrecote que estava muito normal e meu marido o cordeiro que estava bom. A sobremesa foi um tarta de queso com figo foi o ponto alto! Paga-se um premio pela comida que nao é fantastica pra estar em um lugar realmente lindo.

We hebben hier geluncht. Het eten was zeker lekker, maar niet om over naar huis te schrijven. Ik had een pasta met wat weinig smaak. Gerecht van mijn vriend was zeker beter. Uitzicht mooi en personeel zeer vriendelijk. Je moet wel rekening houden met een dure kaart. Een aperol kost €28 en het goedkoopste glas cava €18.

Food was very good, not the best we have had in Spain and over priced, but still very good. Especially enjoyed the jamon, which was the highlight for us. Ambiance is divine, some of the most beautiful views we have experienced, and we loved the wine. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would come back

Miro has a unique location inside the Belmond, and while the food was good, it wasn’t truly outstanding. Prices are on the higher side, which is understandable given the setting. Still, several details fell short: filtered water is charged at €6 per person, which feels unnecessary; wine by the glass was served to me before my girlfriend, which isn’t correct, especially in a place like this; the espresso was disappointingly long and weak, like in many places in Spain; and the bill arrived unprompted, even before the coffees, which were then added later. Overall, it’s a nice spot, but there’s plenty of room for improvement before it matches the standard it aims for.

We attended dinner in May and had a good overall experience. The grounds were beautiful and I genuinely enjoyed all our dishes and drinks. But the experience with the service could use improvements. We arrived an hour early and they were very accommodating in getting us drinks until our table was ready. We ordered a couple different starters because we really wanted to try some dishes but we asked that it not come out all at once. They all came out together which kind of annoyed me because some stuff was cold by time I got to it. Although everyone was very friendly, the end of the night was where I had the biggest issue. I felt like we were ignored completely, we had finished our meals, we had no water or drinks and trying to get someone’s attention was challenging, we were offered the dessert menu which we said yes to and they came back to tell us they had no physical menus left and we had to wait until one became available. We waited about 30 mins and could see others getting it but not us. Needless to say I ended up asking for the bill 3 different times and we left at almost midnight and still had an hour drive. I hope the staff can be a little more attentive in the future to enhance peoples overall experience with such a nice restaurant.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit traumhafter Aussicht! Nur, das Essen blieb weit hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück! Die Austern wurden ohne Tabasco und Schalotten/Vinaigrette serviert, der Spargel als Vorspeise mit einer lieblos zubereiteten ( nicht aufgeschäumten) Orangensauce, wenig gewürzt ( z. B. Kein Orangen- oder Zitronenabrieb) und zu guter Letzt die Turbot Filets waren nicht komplett von Gräten befreit! Von Champagner war nichts in der ( nicht aufgeschäumten ) Sauce zu schmecken , Fisch war überkocht, somit nicht zart gegart. Es wurde an lokalen Kräutern und Gewürzen gespart! Der von der Kellnerin empfohlene Rosé Wein war Excellent👌👌👌und liess uns die Nachteile der Speisen ( fast) vergessen😊Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis meines Erachtens stimmt in keiner Weise, auch wenn das Restaurant uns-kulanterweise- ein Turbot von der Rechnung nahm.

Really great views and hospitable service. Food was great, but very pricey (as were drinks). Much better food (and for cheaper) elsewhere, but worth the experience if you want to take in the grounds/views. Definitely recommend the pasta dishes. I have much more flavorful and dynamic sea bass elsewhere on the island.

Lugar encantador llegamos súper cansados y nos trataron genial, lo que es súper caro🤣, pero de lujo y eso está genial, lo único que había una camarera que nos trató bien pero al final nos miraba mucho como para echarnos y le pedí la cuenta porque me sentí incomodo, por lo demás genial muy recomendado pero es caro. 👌

Sin embargo quede desilusionada con la comida, que aunque no estaba mal , no justifica los elevados precios , y en realidad comparada a otros restaurantes de este nivel , le hacía falta originalidad, innovación. Las porciones también me parecieron pequeñas y yo no es que coma mucho! También me decepcionó que celebrábamos un cumpleaños y habíamos avisado de antemano. Lo mencionaron cuando llegamos , y el hostess me indicó que le darían al cumpleañero algún detalle. Esto nunca ocurrió. No lo esperaba, en realidad, pero si te lo avisan, me parece importante al menos cumplir . Aunque sea con un chupito! Pero NADA. Aparte de esto, el lugar es tan precioso que da para una maravillosa velada

Scallops were greatly overcooked. If you are serving scallops wrapped in bacon you supposed precook bacon and not cook all at once as that clearly leads to overcooking. The octopus had too much salt to finish the garnish. The sea bass was dry. Drinks were good, for example french 75 had exactly the right sugar profile

Beautiful place and amazing mountain view. Food is not too bad but of course the price is having add-on of the view not the quality of food itself. Had many invisible spent, however, which none of the waitress and waitor told us that the still water cost how much PER PERSON and same with the basket of bread. We would have order one portion if we knew this instead of wasting a lot of bread in the end.

Summary: yes it's amazing food/flavors, service & ambiance, it's just really expensive for what it is. Pros: - Our service was out of this world. Proactive, attentive, great knowledge about the dishes. - Delicious food with lots of local ingredients. - Cool hillside hotel location with fun acoustic live music. Meh/Cons: - The ambiance is great but the front of the terrace seating views are decent at best. The side terrace views are much better! - They charge for everything... Filtered water-charge. Bread-charge. (Maybe just my biased expectation but if you're charging $30 EUR for a cocktail you shouldn't also be charging for water. It's also not clear upfront you'll be paying for those things.) All-in-all it's great, but there are lots of great little mountain town restaurants across Mallorca that you'd pay 20%-50% less for a similar experience.

Beautiful cafe/restaurant in Deià. It’s located in the La Residencia hotel. The views are amazing and the service is very good but the prices are extremely high for what you get. You’re definitely not going for the food or drinks but rather for the atmosphere. If you’re planning on dining at their restaurant, El Olivo, you need to book a reservation in advance.

El 27 de agosto estuve cenando allí (porque en El Olivo fue imposible). En resumen, sin reserva no vayas hasta allí o te puedes llevar una decepción. Aunque los dos restaurantes no tienen absolutamente nada que ver, los precios son bastante a la par (los platos veganos. Pude ver las dos cartas en detalle). Mientras en El Olivo tienes una señora mesa con un mantel estupendo y decoración muy elegante, en el Café te sientas en una mesa de piedra nada uniforme (ni con el suelo) con un mantelito. Pero sobre todo debajo de un farolillo justo encima de tu cabeza. Ni siquiera con una bombilla agradable. Mata todo el ambiente de la terraza y por supuesto le quita toda la magia de tener una vela. Respecto a la cena, el cubierto te lo cobran. Cosa que me parece muy extraño en un restaurante de un hotel de super lujo. Cuando lo normal es todo lo contrario, o al menos en ese caso te incluyen un aperitivo de la casa. Pero aquí directamente te cobran el pan que no has pedido. Cómo vegano solo había dos platos principales. Siendo uno de ellos una pasta con tomate..... Osea cero esmero y poco original. Así que opté por la berenjena, por ser un plato Mallorquín. Y un acompañamiento extra de patatas (a 10€). Bueno pues la berenjena no valía nada... Insulsa total, el pesto que lleva apenas tenía fuerza/potencia y muy escaso. Dos trocitos de espárrago verde y unos tirabeques. Respecto a la experiencia, los presentes tuvimos que presenciar cómo el maitre Italiano regañaba en alto a una camarera insistentemente. Lo más positivo me encantó ver por allí una gatita del pueblo y que nadie le dijera o le hiciera nada

La comida deja mucho que desear, los precios desorbitados para lo que ofrecen, es mas la comida no es gran cosa cuando puedes comer mejor por la mitad de precio literalmente, 230 euros por dos entrantes y dos filetes de lubina todo esto acompañado de galletas tipo quelitas ya que ni pan tenían cuando estuvimos ya que teníamos que esperar que a hubiera no se si lo estaban haciendo o tenían que traerlo igualmente por lo que me han dicho algunos conocidos te ponen unos panecillos tipo pulga y te los cobran por unidad, lástima no me lo hubieran dicho antes para no ir. Lo bueno: el lugar es muy muy bonito, tranquilo, limpio, la gente es educada y no hay mucho ruido, la única pega es la comida que no compensa con el precio. Hay muchas opciones mejor por ese precio.

El lugar en el que está es espectacular, verdaderamente bonito. Lamentablemente, la comida y el vino dejan muchísimo que desear para el precio. El sitio solo no me parece suficiente como para volver o recomendarlo.

Lo bueno: el lugar es muy muy bonito, tranquilo, limpio, la gente es educada y no hay mucho ruido, la única pega es la comida que no compensa con el precio. Hay muchas opciones mejor por ese precio.

Had high expectations regarding my bday lunch at Miro, beautiful venue extremely caring, friendly and attentive staff. Very nice selection of local wines available by the glass, only disappointed was the food. In my opinion the quality of the products was very low and the way how they were prepared didn’t really match the price point. Make the menu more clear about what ingredients are in the dish, if it’s squid and shrimps make it be that not squid and artichokes :) Maybe something to look into it for future.

Beautiful atmosphere but unfortunately I was unable to try their food/drinks because of the poor service. After waiting for a waiter for 15 minutes I kindly asked a waiter “excuse me” to get their attention, to which I was given a raised index finger to wait. I waited an additional 15 minutes watching the same server walk around, not busy, prior to leaving for lack of service. Very disrespectful.

We needed a last minute meal in Deià, close to our hotel, and this reso was open. I told my husband that it seemed quite popular. This is definitely a spot that has its appeal based on social media, but if you’re looking to get a good tasty meal, this isn’t it. Prices were high, as expected, and that would have been fine, if I could actually enjoy the meal. First dish truly tasted like nothing. The traditional tomato and cottage cheese dish. Pedimos las croquetas que estaban muy bienas, las vieras con panceta (baicon) que no merecian al precio, un sandwich de carrillera de cerdo que siendo de coca de patata que podrias esperar sabores mas ligados a la isla y no esta ni medianamente a la altura del restaurante. Por ultimo tomamos un solomillo de una calidad medio baja. La oferta de bodega es muy pobre en cuanto a calidad de los vinos y ademas el precio de los vinos esta exageradamente inflado. La mayor parte de ellos tienen un coste en el supermercado de 7€, te lo ponen por 70€ en adelante o la copa a 15€. Medio litro de agua lanjaron por 6,50€ Habiendo estado en varios belmond, la experiencia en este restaurante de Deja deja mucho que desear. No porque se coma mal sino porque el precio respecto a la calidad de la comida era francamente desproporcionado.

Worst experience in a restaurant that is supposed to be classy and good quality. We had a table booked for midday for lunch. The staff was welcoming, polite and friendly. They let us choose the table which we really liked. They made some recommendations for food and brought all drinks and food promptly. It all started wrong when they brought my tuna steak cold, so I asked them to change it or heat it, It was well cooked but cold. They brought a new one but it was just a bit warm so not to ruin our lunch I ate it . In my view as dinner was served to exterior the plate should have been heated so food does not go cold. They brought the dish quickly but the quality wasn't good. I'm not a fussy person but I don't think this is what you expect from a high end restaurant and a competent cheff in the kitchen. Furthermore, we ordered sparkling water and they brought a bottle with two cups and one of the cups completely stank to egg so I couldn't drink it. Then we ordered a dessert that included berries and they brought it with berries that were off and it was clearly visible outside and I side the berries. They clearly seen it as they tried to covere it with icing powder. This completely put us off from having it. They replaced the dessert but my lunch was completely ruined. The waiter did apologise but he did not offer any in compensation or manager presence. There was neither a reduction in the final bill. Finally we ordered the bill and there was a charge of €19 for the water. 1 bottle that made two glasses of water €19?? So I asked the waiter and he apologised and he asked if i wanted the refund in cash ? So that just gave me the impression that they knew about the mistake and the charge and maybe they thought that we would't notice which I think is really disgracefull. The view was lovely and the hotel looked really nice but I will not come back or recommend it for food.

Alina and I were attending our nieces wedding and we had a free day. We were excited about Miro at La Residencia! This restaurant is beautiful. We parked right there on site. The grounds were exquisite! The service was fabulous and the food, oh! The food!!!! Was at best, very Disapointing. We could not believe it. I had the prawns and they were flavorless . $250 latter we almost went to another restaurant for dinner. I should have given it 0 stars but the wait crew was very nice. I recommend the bread and wine! With that view it’s a winner!

The restaurant was not busy, they told me to wait 1 hour maybe more, we rather keep the table for guests who satye at the hotel, So i ordered a drink waited 1:30 but still no one really care, same thing happened to another couple, we all gave up and leave

Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience we had in Deia. I ordered steak medium well and received it raw. I asked for fruits and they brought musty ones. I tried to get the attention of a waiter for 10 minutes just to pay the bill, but nobody came.

Fuimos a ver el precioso pueblo de Deia, cuando decidimos tomarnos un descanso y tomarnos 2 Coca-Colas fresquitas, andando x el pueblo vimos este bar y su terraza, y decidimos ir ahí x sus vistas al pueblo, pues bien, yo me he tomado 2 cervezas en la Plaza San Marcos, me he comido una pizza individual a pies del Coliseum, pinta al lado del Big Ben, Coca-Colas al lado de Notre Damme, cervezas viendo las Cataratas de Iguazú.... Y en ninguno de esos sitios me han soplado 16 euros, como me clavaron aqui x 2 Coca-Colas, alucinante!
