Opiniones de Humphry Slocombe Concord
Humphry Slocombe is an ice cream shop like no other! Their flavors are bold, unique, and absolutely delicious, making every visit a fun and flavorful experience. We tried a few different flavors, and each one stood out in its own way. The Chocolate was a real surprise—not just your typical chocolate ice cream, but one with a nice malt flavor that added depth and richness. The famous Secret Breakfast lived up to the hype, with its creamy, boozy bourbon and cornflake combo that was both indulgent and unique. And the Matcha Cookies and Cream was the perfect balance of earthy matcha and sweet, crunchy cookie pieces—a must-try for matcha lovers! With its inventive flavors and top-notch quality, Humphry Slocombe is a spot we’ll definitely be coming back to. Whether you’re adventurous with your ice cream choices or just looking for something deliciously different, this place is a winner!
Tried a few free samples to figure out what I wanted. Settled on a double scoop of the Lavendar Crumble. Really hit the spot with today hitting a high of 100 degrees.
I tried the smore's float, it was great, my girfliend tried a float with orange fanta and she loves it, very friendly staff too
The coconut cookies and cream was delicious! The employee was very nice 😊

We attended their grand opening around 5:30 PM & waited ~10 minutes to be served. Both employees were helpful in their recommendations and in serving samples. High quality ice cream and fantastic unique flavors without having to travel into SF. Super excited to have them here!! We’ll be back!!
Best ice cream ice cream in the Bay Area! Yes sometimes they close when the one employee needs to take restroom break. I don’t see the big deal bc it’s worth the five minute wait.
Some crazy good flavors. Probably my favorite ice cream brand ever. But only if you are an ice cream connoisseurs. They got some ambitious, and weird stuff. Definitely a fun time, everytime. Only downside is that sometimes the wait is long.
Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream is amazing. We always saw the long lines at The Veranda and finally decided to try it, and now we get it. The flavors are wild in the best way. Anything with chocolate, peanut butter, or cake? Game-changer. It might’ve been the sugar talking, but everything we tried was next-level. Prices are fair, portions are solid, and the taste speaks for itself. What really stood out was the customer service. Even as the line grew behind us, the person helping us stayed calm, friendly, and didn’t rush us, just good energy all around. It’s order and sit outside spot so definitely know what you want and plan where you’re sitting after or before. If you’re anywhere near this place, don’t skip it. We’ll definitely be back. Follow me and friend me for more real reviews that spotlight the places actually worth your time.

Good ice cream place with pretty unique flavors. I liked the Chocolate XXXL (Vegan) and also the Secret Breakfast (Made with Wheat and Cereals). Our host was super nice and amicable. She was patient enough for us to trial few samples and finally zeroed on these 2 flavors. Serving sizes are decent and cost on par with competition. Definitely can give a try for the ice cream and the location. In the heart of Veranda mall surrounded by children play area and happening spot.
The ice cream was really good. I didn’t know there wasn’t a tax on food, so I just got one scoop because I had $10 and there might’ve been tax. Get two or three scoops when you come here, because the line’s really long.
This use to be the gourmet popsicle place. Now turned into an ice cream spot. My only complaint is that there are no kids portions. For as many families as there are it would be helpful to have children sizes. The cup pictured is the smallest. I have not tried ordering the smallest cup and splitting it in 2 cups? Not sure if that's an option.
Try this place for the first time. I didn’t know what I wanted and they let me sample all the flavors. They had some pretty good flavors and some flavors I never had before.

Got a scoop of the Vietnamese coffee ice cream, I was slightly surprised at how big the portion was but it's fine The ice cream did taste like coffee but it was overwhelmingly sweet so I inhaled a bottle of water after having half of the ice cream. I recommend going if you have a very huge sweet tooth

I was excited to see this place. Soon after ordering a $6.25 single scoop of Secret Breakfast, my excitement turned to disappointment and regret. The ice cream was not at all what I remembered from my days in the Mission. The corn flakes in the Secret Breakfast were nearly inedible and I could not taste any Bourbon. I asked the staff if the recipe had been changed. They gave me some answers about the batch sizes tasting different.???

Probably not the best way to start a soft open…the hours say 3-9pm. We arrived at 6:50 only to be told they were all taking their break. Maybe their short staffed but two left at the same time. I watched a good dozen patrons leave empty handed an rather upset. I watched a line form an most people became rather upset too. There was no sign about when they would return. It’s a Friday an your only open for 6 hours. Hopefully the ice cream makes up for having to wait almost 30+ mins. After I got my root beer float an one small scoop of ice cream for $16 bucks. We walked out laughing for the amount of money we just wasted. This place will only make money cause not everyone notices the other places to grab ice cream. Let me help you. Super duper and Nick the Greek both have options that area cheaper an you don’t have to wait.

There is WAY too much salt in their ice creams. So its double bad because its too much sugar and too much salt. The flavors are also kind of meh! And its SOOOO overpriced.
Drove out to find that they're closed during normal business hours. No note on the door, and they even left the wooden signboard out front. Reading previous reviews, this seems like a pattern at this location?
My finance and I came into Humphrys on sunday night after having an amazing dinner at Mikuni’s, unfortunately our experience with Humphry’s was not so amazing. Upon leaving Mikuni’s we noticed Humphry’s had a good line going out the door which mad us want to go see what all the hype was about. Excited to try a couple of the flavors but when it became our turn we were not greeted by the employee. But to top it off the young man working had a look on his face like he didn’t want to serve my finance, and I almost like he was disgusted. (Mind you we are LGBT). Now I didn’t want to assume that is what it was, but as we ordered the young man was so disrespectful towards us telling us to hurry up there is other people that want to order that Arnt your kind. I couldn’t believe my ears we immediately left without ordering. We will never do business with a company and or its employees that discriminates.
Would not visit again. Made the trip at 2pm on Sunday to pick up my Doordash order only to find the store was closed. Store hours showed 11am-10pm. Update your hours instead of wasting people's time.
Came on a Friday night when the staff closed for break for over an hour. We were looking forward to an after dinner treat but many people standing around wondering why they were closed from 6:30p to 7:30p or whatever , it was still closed when we left.
