Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken. The chicken was so nasty and chewy that I spit out the first bite. Same thing with the second bite the chicken was absolutely disgusting. After paying $14 for the bowl because I did add-on guacamole only to just toss the entire plate in the trash. What a waste. Their bathroom was disgusting also.

😡Got there at 9:24pm. They were already taking the interns out and cleaning like they about to close. I wanted to get the pico de gallo and the lady said we are out. I then asked for the grilled vegetables and said we are out. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Where's the mgr? Corn we are out. I then asked the girl what time do you guys close? She replied at 11:00PM!!! WHAT?!?!?!? Why are you cleaning 🧼 up at 9:20pm. Very upset and disappointed. Do not go there they will not have what you crave. I can't believe this place!!!😡

I had to wait for chicken to be ready and when was finally ready to serve THEY DIDN'T PUT THE GUAC!!!and I paid for it. Not going back to these location

Service was terrible, machines watered down , they never answer the phone and girl gave me a whole different order didn’t realize until I got home which is 30 min away so I couldn’t go back. Never coming here again!

i came here yesterday getting a bowl and the worker gave me so little amount of rice and meat its not worth 11 bucks for the amount i even vomited when i ate the brown rice its like they dont care about their customers i would want a refund if i could but i dont have the receipt so ill just take the L and never come here again chiplote do better and retrain your staff

The lady working today Monday Aug 25th at 1:55pm was rushing through my family's order too fast. She put rice in on my dad's burrito, he didn't say he wanted rice. Then when he said I di want rice she just shook the tortilla and just most of the rice came off. Didn't even give him a new tortilla. Then when it came to my order there was hardly any meat in the taco. I didn't like how much she was rushing us through and not paying attention to what we wanted.

Extremely Unsafe and Disgusting Experience at Chipotle I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted by what happened during our recent visit to Chipotle Mexican Grill. My wife ordered a meal, expecting a normal, safe dining experience. Instead, she bit into a foreign object — a hard, round ball — inside her food. This was not just unexpected, it was dangerous and horrifying. Within minutes of eating, she began to feel extremely nauseous and started vomiting repeatedly. We had to rush home and monitor her condition for hours. It was traumatizing and completely unacceptable. This is by far the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. A place that serves food should NEVER allow something like this to happen. Whether it was negligence, poor hygiene, or lack of quality control — it needs to be addressed immediately. We are seriously reconsidering ever trusting Chipotle again. We need answers, accountability, and immediate action Absolutely Disgusting – My Wife Threw Up After Finding a Ball in Her Food What the hell is going on at Chipotle?! This was by far the most disgusting and unacceptable experience we’ve ever had in any restaurant — and it happened at a place that claims to serve "quality food." Right after that, she started throwing up uncontrollably. Multiple times. Violently. We were terrified. This isn’t just gross — this is a massive health hazard, and honestly, it could’ve been life-threatening. What if she choked? What if it was sharp? What kind of kitchen allows this kind of thing to slip into food? Shame on Chipotle for this level of pure negligence. You’ve completely lost our trust. And if this is how careless you are with what you serve your customers, you deserve to be shut down. Fix your kitchens. Fire whoever’s responsible. And pray nobody else gets hurt.

Today I went to purchase a chicken burrito at the Downey location,which I usually do on weekends but I got very disappointed this time. The gentleman in the back was mixing the chicken with torn plastic gloves and his fingers were sticking out and he knew it that I was watching him but he did not do anything. I almost filmed this and post it. That is disgusting and unhealthy specially if has long nails. I don't feel like going there anymore or any location. Very upsetting 😡

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. The location I visited was frequently out of popular ingredients, which completely disrupted my meal choice. It’s frustrating to be told that items you want are unavailable, especially when the staff seems unprepared to handle such shortages. Moreover, the food lacked freshness and flavor, making the meal less enjoyable. The inconsistent quality and frequent stock issues suggest a significant need for better management and supply chain practices. Until these problems are addressed, I’m hesitant to return or recommend Chipotle.
