What a bad experience…. I ordered my food in advance because I had somewhere to be my pick up time was at 7:40 I get there at 7:55 and they didn’t even start on my order. They weren’t even in a rush. The moment I came in I saw a small line maybe 4 people along the people that were ordering the food and like 6 people with online orders waiting. They gave me a refund and shorted me 2 dollars I just didn’t wanna wait an extra 10 minutes to get that done. Management took no accountability and didnt apologize didn’t seem to care like it was nothing new.

Went to grab a bite to eat this place was beyond filthy there was visible vomit on the ground with just a caution wet sign over it the entire time we ate there employees did not bother to clean it up I went to wash my hands the restroom was blocked with two trash cans, I asked if the restroom was open and the employee said yea just move the trash cans out the way…. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any chipotle there was no ice in the machine and the chips were stale as if they had been out for days counter tops and seats had visible dirt and dust on them place needs to re train there employee’s extremely negligent workers sad this generation of kids seems so unmotivated extremely over priced for the quality of food…

I had to wait for chicken to be ready and when was finally ready to serve THEY DIDN'T PUT THE GUAC!!!and I paid for it. Not going back to these location

The food taste is so bad I wanna throw up I order extra meat and didn’t receive it the chips are extremely stale the workers here are rude lazy and unprofessional

Today I went to purchase a chicken burrito at the Downey location,which I usually do on weekends but I got very disappointed this time. The gentleman in the back was mixing the chicken with torn plastic gloves and his fingers were sticking out and he knew it that I was watching him but he did not do anything. I almost filmed this and post it. That is disgusting and unhealthy specially if has long nails. I don't feel like going there anymore or any location. Very upsetting 😡

I’ve been here several times however tonight was a shocker!! Went it about 9pm walked into a full line , all tables were empty looked around to find a clean table to sit my daughters at not a single clean area, trash cans overflowing, food crumbs all over the floors. Get my baby wipes and wipe down my table as I was told we’ll do it right now by girl at register , she did 10 min later ok I’ll take it, note she only cleaned my table left all others dirty. Finally our turn to order they were all out of beans , chips , salsa etc . When asking the workers in the serving area if they had more of an item they were rude and laughed it off get to the register pay and head to our table . Go back to get utensils all forks and napkins gone go back to register same girl she says I’ll do it right now, I’m standing there waiting our food getting cold, my husband tells her do you guys have forks she again replied I’ll get them right now with an attitude, she finally comes by walks right past me grabs two chairs to block out the restrooms , we tell her again and she just looks at us and walks to the trash can with her bare hands pushes the trash down into the can then gets the boa ox utensils from under the counter, she proceeds to open the box and begins putting out forks , I ask her to let me get my own forks out of the container as my hands are clean and she just had her hands in the trash and that’s completely unsanitary she backs off and lets me get my forks . Walks away not even a minute later comes back with gloves and continues to put out forks . Doesn’t even toss what she had already put out, left we a bad experience. Very unsanitary. Won’t be coming back to this location.

😡Got there at 9:24pm. They were already taking the interns out and cleaning like they about to close. I wanted to get the pico de gallo and the lady said we are out. I then asked for the grilled vegetables and said we are out. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Where's the mgr? Corn we are out. I then asked the girl what time do you guys close? She replied at 11:00PM!!! WHAT?!?!?!? Why are you cleaning 🧼 up at 9:20pm. Very upset and disappointed. Do not go there they will not have what you crave. I can't believe this place!!!😡

i came here yesterday getting a bowl and the worker gave me so little amount of rice and meat its not worth 11 bucks for the amount i even vomited when i ate the brown rice its like they dont care about their customers i would want a refund if i could but i dont have the receipt so ill just take the L and never come here again chiplote do better and retrain your staff

The lady working today Monday Aug 25th at 1:55pm was rushing through my family's order too fast. She put rice in on my dad's burrito, he didn't say he wanted rice. Then when he said I di want rice she just shook the tortilla and just most of the rice came off. Didn't even give him a new tortilla. Then when it came to my order there was hardly any meat in the taco. I didn't like how much she was rushing us through and not paying attention to what we wanted.

Service was terrible, machines watered down , they never answer the phone and girl gave me a whole different order didn’t realize until I got home which is 30 min away so I couldn’t go back. Never coming here again!
