As a regular Starbucks customer, I can confidently say this is the best location in Dublin. Unlike the one near the dealerships, which is quite disappointing, this store stands out. The entire team is fantastic, but I want to give a special shout out to Grace. She is incredibly sweet, always remembers your name if you’re a regular, and I genuinely enjoy ordering from her and chatting with her throughout the week.

Patty is the sweetest always look forward to coming here. Such a great ambiance. coffee on point

Great staff and store. Quick service. I love the Dublin Starbucks. The staff is always helpful & provides great customer service. In the past 5 yrs I have never had an incorrect order. Unlike the San Lorenzo store down the street from me, some homeless people steal drinks, and the service is not as friendly as most of the other stores.

My first time visiting this store. I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was and how quickly I was waited on and my whole experience went very smoothly and my drink was perfect! Unfortunately my local area Starbucks close so early now, if I want something later, I have to drive to another city. The Starbucks I normally go to has been having shopping center breakdown issues and management is slow about getting things fixed! Very frustrating to walk up to the door and find a sign stating the store is temporarily closed. This has been happening a lot lately at that particular store and it’s amazing how I can be in another city and I have noticed other Starbucks are open and thriving. Seems as though it’s just my local Starbucks that are having lots of issues.

The best design, decoration, and furniture I have ever seen in a Starbucks store! I looked very cozy, and wish Starbucks would apply that to other locations.

I stayed for a week in September and make starbucks my place to get coffee each morning. I want to give Grace a shoutout and thank her as she remembered my name and didn’t get it wrong once and also was so nice. Hope you can pass the message on for me thanks very much.

The staff I always found to be friendly and communicate well but the actual drinks I find to be hit or miss. Sometimes they're good/normal and other times they're disappointing. Last time I ordered a strawberry refresher, there was barely any strawberry flavor or strawberries themselves. Other times I've come they were great so it's sometimes a luck of the draw when it comes to your order.

This is a good size Starbucks, unfortunately no outdoor seating area. The baristas are friendly, bathroom is clean and the island with the sugar, straws napkins etc is in the middle of the store. Usual good wifi, music was pretty loud. I was able to order from my Starbucks app without any issues

Regular Starbucks, Good outdoor seating. Lesser space to sit inside. Parking can be tricky, though plenty of parking options

Fast service, lots of seating, pretty good but not great drinks, efficient baristas.

Crowded, no place to sit. People seem to be sitting there for hours.

Personnel very friendly with smiles. Plenty of seating compare to most Starbucks. Tables and seats are spaced comfortably far enough apart. ReasonI didn't give it a 5 star is because the floor in the area where I sat had straw wrappers, large crumbs, used napkins that needed to be swept up.

We ordered two drinks and a croissant, from the.mobile app. They have us one wrong drink and a sandwich They were very helpful and friendly, and fixed everything. The store is very clean and well organized for covid with social distancing marks on the floor and hand sanitizer

6/5/13 COFFEE TO GO Knowing that we were about to walk into a movie theater, and knowing their usual policy on outside food and drinks, my husband and I decided to split a small, white chocolate mocha. The attendant working was very nice and polite and he even ID'ed me when I pulled out my Visa. Yes, I used my Visa for a $3.55 purchase. And Yes! A small coffee was $3.55!! He asked if we wanted whipped cream and we said, "of course!" :) The drink was prepared quickly and there was no line ahead of us so we were in and out in just a couple of minutes. I visited the women's restroom which was a bit untidy but overall clean with lots of paper on the floor. Hand driers are so much nicer than paper towels. Cleaner and environmentally more friendly. But oh well. We snuck in the coffee and he hid it under his seat for most of the movie. By the time I remembered it, I had a cold sip and all the whipped cream was gone, but it was still good :)

It's a Starbucks. The frustrating part is that there is limited parking and the drive through is often out of control; not their fault, but seems a little slow. What is annoying is that the exit lane next to the drive through was completely blocked with a "no parking" sign, so you had to back all the way out.

Everyone was nice and welcoming, but it took 3 people to get me my order. The place was a bit busy with the rain and all, and I wasn't in a hurry, so I enjoyed the atmosphere in the cafe and definitely be back , as I live nearby. The place also has some board games to play inside, and a little free library, where you can read a book or bring a book you don't need, preferably unused as stated there. Overall, good experience

Quick and clean service. Plenty of seating options and not too loud. However, their coffees are slightly different in taste than other Starbucks. It doesn't seem like the QC is as stringent as other locations.

I have been dedicated to Starbucks on and off for many years but what's more frustrating than ever is when I order cake pops they are melted next to the hot food if you're going to put orders in a bag put them next to the cold items not next to a hot drink or food items that cake pops melt

Dirty crowded not to Starbucks standard. 100% sure it will not pass inspection, if it's today

Rude about not stocking the plain Horizon milk. Put chocolate milk version in my order despite just asking for Horizon milk for my child. When I clarified, employee claimed Starbucks has never carried this item. Total gaslighting when I have been ordering it for over a decade. Just say it’s out of stock or your manager doesn’t order it (maybe they only liked chocolate milk as a kid and can’t conceive that customers have different preferences). Saying it’s out of stock would have been no issue and I would have ordered a plain steamer like I’ve done over the years for my 4 kids. Don’t say something has never been offered just because you haven’t worked for Starbucks long enough to know their full menu or what’s available at the majority of locations. Maybe this is viewed as an optional offering, but to me it’s the same as saying our location doesn’t make lattes. I’ve ordered my kids Horizon milks along with my coffee drinks for far longer than a decade. Won’t come to this location again. Will drive farther to the one by Whole Foods.

Just left here and didn’t feel the warmth AT ALL! All other orders were called out BUT this BARISTA just left the order further to the edge of the counter on his side! The lady who made me pastry just dropped it off and NEITHER calls my name!

We went for a coffe and restroom break From our vacation but there was nasty restrooms and dirty full dustbins 🤮🤮 And customer service was not good too there was a little chubby girl we ask for a coffe she ignored the customer and not even ask what we want and then other employe come and ask will not be come here again

Waited for 15 minutes to know someone else has taken my order and these guys didnt bother to check. Laziest starbucks location in dublin/ pleasanton Other bright features were the person at the counter who seemed disinterested at her job. Avoid this place

Super disappointed as I ordered grande pistachio latte drive thru and only got half the cup when I opened , it’s like I got tall for the price of grande. I get it’s busy but that doesn’t mean I don’t get what I paid for

I was very disappointed! Since I come here very often. I did ask the barista if it was possible to change my hot coffee in to cold ! Her look was very nasty, I did apologize and ask her if it was very hard for her to leave it the same way it was … She did it cold, but it make me feel very bad! I will never come back to this store .

My recent experience at this Starbucks location left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Despite placing a mobile order through the Starbucks app, I encountered a series of problems that showcased the unreliability of their service and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When I arrived at the store at the specified pick-up time, I provided my order details to the barista and patiently waited for my coffee. However, to my surprise, I was informed that my order had already been handed to me. I tried explaining that I hadn't received anything, but the barista stubbornly insisted that I had. Even worse, her colleague joined in, suggesting absurd theories like my coffee being given to a look-alike or even a "clone." This kind of behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect honesty, accountability, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, this Starbucks location fell far short of these expectations. The barista's refusal to acknowledge their mistake and the lack of resolution left me feeling ignored and disrespected. While mistakes can happen, it's the response and effort to rectify them that truly matter. In this case, the staff's unyielding stance and lack of professionalism only added to my frustration. It's disheartening to see such conduct from a company that prides itself on excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this particular store to anyone seeking a reliable and pleasant coffee experience. As a loyal Starbucks customer, it deeply saddens me to have such a negative encounter at one of your establishments.

Super disappointed that they’re not giving out free water at this location anymore. “New store policy” that you need to purchase something in order to get water.

I’ve been going to the Starbucks 2 doors down for years. It was always consistent and delicious. Since they moved to the new location it has become just awful. The coffee always tastes burnt and is always too sweet even when you ask for less sweetened coffee.

Worst “new” SB in the town due to immature employees and poor management. If there was an option for 0/5 stars, it would be more accurate. Horrible customer service and the maintenance of the place. No napkins, sticky tables, trash laying around, etc. Old location with real workers was way better.

I placed a mobile order today. When I reached the microphone, I told the barista my name. She said I had just placed the order (which is correct) and scolded me that I should have placed my mobile order 7-10 minutes earlier. I genuinely don't understand what I did wrong....

This store is terrible. Asking customers to leave and forcing people to order without giving a few mins to order. I would avoid this store like a plague.

Not sure what it is but their cold brew and espresso taste like gasoline.. maybe they need to clean out their pots or whatever they use but it’s nasty. My third time going there and trying to give it another shot but the taste is the same. I go to other Starbucks and never experienced a gasoline taste before like this location

Starbucks has always been a fan favorite for my family and I. The employees in this particular store are extremely rude and disrespect. The other day my mom went in simply to order a drink and the employee who was an Indian girl at the age of about 17 or 18 was giving her a hard time because she had poor English. The employee was rushing her and telling her false information. She also had a very bad attitude and was seen treating other customers poorly. This needs to be taken seriously as the experience for many costumers was horrible because of that one employee.

Not a fan of this location, tend to avoid it when possible. It seems most of the Dublin/San Ramon area stores are pretty poorly run, which speaks to some disfunction by the areas management team. Other stores outside this immediate area I’ve always had great experiences at! Today unfortunately I gave this location another try & will avoid from now on. Didn’t have what I ordered through their app, which is totally fine but then basically have to beg for a refund. If you don’t have something, just offer the refund. I’m just supposed to donate the $$ to Starbucks corporate? Sorry for ordering I guess…. 🥴

Don’t expect them to make your coffee, the way you no order it! Great at serving decaf no matter how nice you are. I gave a 100% tip $12 I paid for my coffee. Ordered just way I wanted, blatantly not made right. When I asked to get what I ordered, they made it with decaf! Was forced to choose my tip option when I paid and not when I got it. Big mistake! I waited 20 min for my coffee, patiently I might add. So done

Unqualified staff!!! Especially the manager , she is so rude.

Worst coffee shop experience I have EVER had. I would rather wait in line at a crowded gas station than come to this place. First off, I asked if they had any of that avocado spread for a bagel, she said yes and got me some from the counter. I then ordered a bagel and two drinks. The coffee would be later than my green tea drink. Okay fine. I got the bagel and it had an avo spread container inside the bag already, So she charged me for the extra one because she wanted me to never come back I guess? There we no forks out, no napkins anywhere. All the trash cans were overflowing with literally trash on the floor. It was busy so we went outside, no trash cans outside??? Seriously. My green tea latte took literally ten minutes. And it was sitting on the counter... I was watching the guy go around my drink that just needed a lid and to be moved to another counter.... watching... watching.. Whatever is going on here they need to prioritize and slow things down. This place was chaos. chaos. chaos.

The new larger store handles more volume ... of mobile, walk-ins and drive-thru, but the staff is seldom able to handle the volume-- even on a slow day. Often walk-in patrons are handled last or ignored for long periods. Register attendance is very poor. Waited 30minutes for an order!!!!!

2 out of the 3 females that were closing tonight on august 28th we’re rude and could not have smiles on their faces. The one who made my drinks was the only nice one. I made sure to withhold any tips because of it. When one or more can’t act right the others go down with them. The manager should tell them this & if they aren’t happy they should quit because they are literally asking for no tips :/

Very rude baristas, and gnat’s everywhere even in the food case. my caramel latte was watered down and tasted rotten
