I have tried the pretzel baconator at four or five locations already, and this Wendy's location has had the best burger by far. The two burger patties were fresh and juicy, not dried. The bacon was cooked and placed perfectly on the burger. The pretzel bun was soft and fresh tasting. I have got a bun that was hard and tasted a little stale. One time at the Wendy's on St. Charles Ave. I ordered the pretzel baconator and got a regular bun. The burger was pleasantly appealing to the eye, meaning it looked like it did on the menu and in the advertisements. GREAT job to the employees at this location, keep up the great work. We appreciate you all!

12-31-19 lunchtime. Many places to choose from, let’s stop and get the four for four meal. The burger did not taste bad. The chicken nuggets were good. The fries were soggy, lots of extremely small pieces of fries like I got the end of the bag and cold. The sweet tea was horrible. The lady at the register was super nice, sweet and very helpful. This location was clean other then the restroom. Overall was not a bad experience and I would return to this location.

Food was not freshly made. I ate the Baconator but had to get nuggets remade because they were sitting for a good while. Room temp and dried out. Par for the course with Wendy's so expected. They make nothing fresh to order anymore.

Where do I start? Mr. Lavell that’s working the drive through window was very rude. Saturday night 2100 hours. Didn’t order a drink fast enough on a combo meal so he chose one for me. He’s a poor representation of your company. I don’t want anything for free. I just want him reprimanded. I won’t purchase anything at this location again.

If you want your fast food at a slugs pace, this is your place. If you want to pull forward, when there is absolutely no line, and wait 10 minutes for 2 biscuits, then you will love it here. If you want to watch the 10 car line at chick filet go to zero, well Wendy's on Clearview will happily provide that entertainment.

We were about to go to Wendy’s to get the tenders because we had them at a different location and they were soooo good! But when we drove up to get to drive through a female worker looked at our car in fear that a customer was coming and she locked eyes with us like please don’t come here like a psych ward weird vibe. The drive thru was empty & after seeing her stare at us we see why! Then we looked on drive thru on our way to chic fila and saw one worker sweeping dust all over the place. It’s 7:33 pm on a Saturday night… no customers

Lousy, lazy and ignorant employees too damn lazy to cut the delivery apps off!!! Got us making a blank trip for nothing!!they're closed but yet keep the app on!!! I really hate ppl like this!! They give a damn about nobody but themselves!!!! I see why they're reviews are bad!! Should be 1 star though!!!!! All the fast food restaurants got the worst employees ever!! Especially this restaurant!!!😡😡😡

It is no wonder this location has an empty parking lot and drive thru the majority of the time. The workers have extremely bad attitudes and don't appear to be competent enough to get an order correct. Drive through waits are long, regardless if you mobile order or order at the speaker. Even when there are no other cars in the drive thru they make you drive up and sit by the exit door to wait, while your drinks get watered down from melting. Then when you finally the food, it is not even hot. Something is seriously wrong at this place and really needs a management upgrade.

I told her when I was at speaker I needed BBQ and ketchup I was very polite I said thank you I realized she didn't give me ketchup so I said can I have some ketchup and she mumbles you should of asked before when I actually did just nit at the windows. She give me three but I need more than that so I said can I have some more she says with an attitude how many more you want I told her three more. She hands me the ketchup then just stares at me with a mean look on her face. If I go there again I may end up having a fight because her attitude is just that bad idk how she still works there or hasn't had a fight at the windows already . She is in her 40s or early 50s shaved head I think light colored hair . Owner send a decoy through the drive thru you will see why business is slower since she's been working there. Matter of fact I'll go again but make a video this time .

Phone number on receipt and Google is incorrect. They forgot my $1.88 cookie! It's usually hot or miss here. Sometimes staff is super happy and great. Order correct 98% of the time. Sometimes with only 1 or 2 cars in line and no car at speaker except you, it takes more than 2 minutes to place order. I drive away at 2 minutes when it's empty. I'll wait if it's busy. McDonald's is the same. I don't know about Taco Hell, or any others cause I don't go there.

No star review. The cashier was rude and argued with me because the total was $17.55 I gave $22.55 to get a $5 back instead of a bunch of change. She started yelling at me that " I don't make no damn sense" and shut the window in my face I had to wait for someone else to serve me. The food was as bad as the service the sandwich was supposed to have cheese and bacon and it was plain. And the pub fries were undercooked and had so much grease I couldn't eat it. Don't waste your time guys. Also she said it was .99 for a cookie and so I got 2 and she charged me $1.69 for one cookie. Didn't even give me the second.

If I could 0 stars I would. Waited 20 minutes got told by 3 employees to wait and someone will be with me. The manager walks past ask me if we need anything and I said I would like to place a order and this man who already had me wait 20 minutes had to audacity ask me “you don’t see me moving the register now” extremely unprofessional and the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I created a google just so every other 8 billion people in the world will know. This is the sorry Wendy’s with the sorriest laziest most pathetic incompetent workers I have ever experienced in my life. The “manager” is extremely unprofessional and must have great job security to feel that comfortable saying something so incompetent and unintelligent to me knowing he will be able to punch the clock and continue saying the same BS to people cause I guess Wendy’s doesn’t have any standards
