Found an amazing and old style Yankee hat, thank to the guy who was so patient and helpful with me, helping me find the right size that fit me. Really nice store nearby the Empire State Building.

Best to head to them and get a jerseys ..They are changing makers at the end of the year so jerseys are on sale... I got a blue one.. Next year we Got to win🥳🥳🥳🥳

Intrigued by the rich blues of the Yankee caps in the window, I finally was able to go inside without the usual automobile pitfalls. I parked my bicycle against a pole. The weather was a "ten best." Inside were every combination of color and shape. I'd tried on a good dozen, and nearly gave up. Then, a form-fitted earthy green, then a bold, full, rounded dark navy blue, followed by a medium-shade navy form-fitted - all caps with the Yankee insignia - went on my buy list. The fit and finish exuded a handsomeness that comes with being part of a winning team. They cost between $30-35 apiece.

Hello everyone I had a problem with a baseball jersey printed at this store. I'm from Spain, but the brand did everything possible to help me and resolve the issue. In the end, since they couldn't send me another jersey, they refunded me the full amount. I hope one day I can come back and get an authentic Yankees jersey.

Went in twice- once to buy and then later to add embroidery to my sons new hat. Both times, every single person who worked there was kind, helpful, and engaging. Prices were reasonable and the selection of merch was diverse. But the employees made it 5 stars!

This Yankees store has some off-the-wall things. Especially love the Dodgers Advent Calendars! Sadly, they have spatulas but do not carry Candles.

I was in nyc in sept on holiday, and I went to my first ever game and fell in love with the sport. Randomly saw this whilst walking through midtown and went in. I think three members of staff were in and were so lovely. I wanted to jerseys and couldn’t decide so o took my time looking at everything I was left alone and didn’t feel any pressure to hurry up I was just having a time looking at all the so very many options (I had some time on my hands this day haha). I ended getting a couple of things and the team especially the gentleman who was working that day (there was one man and two women) was so polite, helpful and made the experience fun for someone who’s immersing themselves in the world of Yankees baseball for the first time. Thank you!

Yankees Clubhouse Shop was awesome. I got a brown Yankees cap custom made and it turned out great. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it as a souvenir to remember the trip.

Went especially for my brother as a huge Yankee Fan .... Please note they only sell in ALL there shops upto size 2XL... I needed 3XL / 4XL was told had to buy other sizes ONLINE (which were SOLD out) ..Also very disappointed with keyrings etc not much choice !!!! went back to the UK V disappointed ...

Very small selection, cheaper to buy online, no big and tall.

This store don't know how to treat with customers. Official open until 19:00 pm and close at 18:40 even customers are standing in front of it.

Closes at 7:00. Made a trip all the way here in opening day but no go. Clearly don’t want my $$.

I despise coming here, this just happens to be the closest Yankees store to me. Staff is always so rude and unprofessional, they are clearly there for a paycheck and nothing else.

Very bad customer service, we go on sunday 5:20 and the girl in the store are very rude with us.

Went to clubhouse on Sunday 3/25/18. We knew exactly what we wanted. Would have taken minutes. Arrived at 5:52 And they were closed! They are supposed to be open until 6. Employees inside and they would not even turn around. I still love the team but i am finished buying there products.

Unfriendly Staff, Unprofessional and think that the Customers are dumb. I have order 3 caps with names and they screw up Them and tried to fix it with a colored pen. Only because i saw that and told them that i am Not taking This Caps they Made New ones. Look for a nother Yankees store if you want a Professional Work.

Avoid this store for gifts! I had a terrible experience trying to make a simple exchange. A friend gifted my daughter three Yankees hats (nearly $150 worth), but wasn't sure of her size. He provided me with the original receipt and store bag, but because he had (rightfully) removed the price stickers before gifting them, the store refused to honor an exchange. Despite having clear proof of purchase and the items being in brand-new condition, the staff refused to help. The lesson is simple: do not buy gifts here. If the fit isn't perfect, you'll be stuck with expensive items you can't use.

Was passing and seen items for sale decided to get an iconic NY baseball cap , was 39.99 but the sales assistant decided to charge me 40.00 wasn’t bothered about 1 cent change but more of the principal , was offered a bag the cap was just pushed forward , poor service and customer care

I was unfortunately very disappointed with the customer service here. I came in with my friend to purchase hats and have them embroidered. The sales associate said that we should buy the hats together to get a discount. He did not explain that he was signing me up to a paid membership to Lids in order to receive said discount with the card I used to pay for the hats. I only realised after the fact, when I looked at the receipt and two days later I am still in the process of trying to cancel my membership. He therefore entered my credit card details to a website without my consent and provided my name and email address. This alone should have merited this review. However, to add insult to injury this sales associate helping us did not inform us of the 30-40 minute wait to have the hats embroidered until we had already spent over $130 on the hats. We had dinner reservations and were not going to be able to go back and pick the hats up before the store closed. He told us to come back when the store opened the next morning at 11am to pick up the hats, which would be embroidered the night before. However, when we came back at 11am (a long way from our hotel and right before we had to fly out from NYC) we were informed by a different sales associate that our hats wouldn’t be ready until at least 12pm. We had changed our entire plans that morning to make it up to the store to pick up our hats and then had to wait an hour in the area for our hats to be ready, cutting it very close to leaving for the airport on time. The hats did turn out decently nice, but the customer service was extremely lacking.
