Amy, the manager, truly stood ,her amazing customer service and genuine good heart made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. She made sure every detail was taken care of and treated me with kindness the entire way through. It’s rare to find someone who cares that much, and it really shows in the way she runs her team. Thank you, Amy, and thank you Chick-fil-A, for making such a positive impact!

My son loves this place and I haven't ate Chick-fil-A in a while. First off, I was annoyed that the parking was full and the drive thru was long. I had to park at Whataburger under the sign that says "...Parking for Whataburger customers only, will tow..." My 18yo son kept saying, "just minor inconveniences mom." As hangry as I was, I couldn't help but feel irritated. As we waited in the long line inside I noticed that we might have to eat outside bc there was no tables. By the time we got to put in our order some tables freed up. I realized that my son was right, minor inconveniences. It really didn't take that long waiting in the long line and our order came out pretty fast. The workers were very nice. An older gentleman kept asking if we were okay and got my son a refill on his drink. I still think they need more parking but other than that it was pretty awesome.

Friendly staff and the food is great. In my case I ordered 2 large combos (one deluxe sandwich & the other grilled chicken club sandwich) the order was wrong, the guy added a Mac and cheese which I did not order thats why I rate it 4/5 stars.

Chick-fil-A is normally awesome. Everyone knows that. But the breakfast was just terrible. I got the bowl with eggs and sausage everything was cold the cheese was not melted at all and the sausage was a tiny tiny piece that wouldn't feed a chipmunk. The young lady at counter made me fresh hot coffee and she was super nice - Service is never an issue there, It was just the breakfast bowl was terrible.

Out of 5 orders, only 1 was correct. 2 orders of kids 6 piece nuggets had 5 in them. 2 orders of deluxe sandwich were spicy and not regular. The only order they got right was a kids 2 piece chicken strip with a fruit cup. Had to wait 5 minutes for the person taking our order to figure out how to make water a drink.. how can water not be a selectable drink?

Not sure if it was the time of day I went but the service was not there. Multiple people were complaining about their orders being incorrect. My order appeared to get lost in the others & when it was done the person who handed it to me seemed bother to have to help. I don’t expect 5 star service each time but a simple sorry for the delay would have been nice.

Food is good, no complaints. Customer service is poor. I'm waiting to see if they will refund the soup I never received. One of my family members went to pick up the food to avoid Uber costs and we ended up with a missing soup. I only requested that it get refunded to my card but the lady who I spoke to (Asinu) said she couldn't unless I go in person. This means I would have to drive for a total of 30 mins to get 4 dollars back. I find that pretty ridiculous! She kept telling me unfortunately this, unfortunately that. I don't want a credit that I can use another time because I don't live close by and I rarely go there. I just want the money back for an item that wasn't provided. What is so complicated about this? If I drive over there, there should be an incentive as I'm already wasting gas/money for this. She told me to call the cares line but they told me the restaurant decides what they will do in the end. I had a good experience with this restaurant in the past and I don't feel the same way about it anymore. They also put 2 of the burgers in the wrong box.

A message to the owner: This location is amazing! The food is great, fresh 8/10 times, which is good odds! All of your managers are super nice, except the lady with the blonde hair. She always has a long face, hardly smiles, and anytime you ask her for anything her facial expressions say that you're bothering her. If she's not a morning person, perhaps she should switch to evening shift. Her attitude ruins my mornings sometimes. I get happy when I see any other manager than her.

Terrible experience. Please go to a different Chic Fil A because this place will give you a completely butchered order and make it completely inedible. The WORST Chic Fil A I have ever encountered and should be shut down IMMEDIATELY, or a completely different staff change. Terrible service Terrible food Almost made me want to quit going to church. Came off working a 24 hour shift at the hospital. Came to pick up breakfast for my child before having to be at school. It was roughly 7:15 when I ordered. Almost a whole hour of waiting for food! When I went inside to see what was going on my order was waiting on the counter, the cook in the back was laughing and the manager was dismissing how long it had been. Only one employee there seemed to be concerned as to what happened to my order. When she voiced frustration as to why it happened the manager told her to stop talking about it. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Can’t believe the extremely poor level of customer service. I will be contacting upper management as this is completely unacceptable.

Beyond disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. I ordered two 8-count nugget meals and a large mac & cheese for delivery. When I opened the bag, everything looked correct except they only included one 8-count nugget instead of two. Missing half of a main item is not a small mistake. What made this experience even worse was the way it was handled afterward. When I called the store, I was not allowed to speak with a manager, and the staff I spoke to were extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no accountability. For a place that prides itself on customer service, this was honestly shocking. If you’re ordering delivery from this location, double-check everything and don’t expect much help if they mess up.

I went through the drive through today and one of the ladies taking the orders was really rude, she didn't even carry a menu with her and got upset when I asked for one. I'm not sure if they stopped saying my pleasure after they take your order but she didn't even bother to say that. Horrible customer service.

Ugh this is the wirst chick fila in El Paso. Every time I come to this location I wait forever for my meal just for it to be missing stuff. This time they gave me 5 grilled nuggets, a half way filled large fry and never gave the buffalo sauce I asked for. I had already went inside after going through the drive through to get my sauce and came back to notice only half my food was in the bag that I ordered.

I ordered the 30 piece family pack nuggets and three hamburgers on the side. For this I ordered 6 sauces and 6 ketchups along with napkins, I ordered online at 12:30 I arrived at 12:50 when I was in the drive thru I showed my online order so they send me over to wait, they said we are just preparing your food so it’s hot. So after waiting other 20 minutes I got my bag and left the Restaurant, to come home to cold fries, cold nuggets, cold hamburgers and only 2 sauces of barbecue and two ketchup packets. No CFA Sauce and only two napkins. This is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to.

today i went to chic fil a and Cassie treated me like i was a complete idiot. She treated me as if i am stupid, she yelled at me, she wouldn't listen to me, she would ignore me when i was expressing my situation to her about my order being charged incorrectly. She ended up walking off on me when i was explaining myself. Luckily Ivana over heard cassie and myself arguing and immediately stepped up. ivana provided me with excellent customer service. I am a manager at scuds and suds on fort bliss. I know how to treat my customers. Cassie did horrible today. She does not meet the requirements that the chic fil a customer service standards has to offer..

Someone is playing with the food at this location and should be investigated, it's not the first time that food comes with something or messed up, I am tired of driving back to get missed food and get a new meal... only thing they do is giving me those free food cards and I can't even use them where I live, just 2 locations. I am grateful but someone has to be reprimanded. While someone will think this is funny, it opens doors to something else.

Store was clean. Food was good. I gave. 1 for service, there was like 10 people in line 2 managers available, and 1 cashier counter working. Managers kept looking at the line. Didn't bother to open an additional counter cashier. After nearly 15+ minutes waiting in line and still waiting for my food. Managers brought my food, no facial expression, looked like she didn't want to be there, I asked her for Splenda, she didn't acknowledge request, handed me the Splenda, no questions, no smile , no expression, nothing. This is not my usual experience at Chick fil a. Staff, especially managers are friendly, customer oriented, and willing to provide excellent customer service.
