He made sure my order was perfect and even suggested a new drink that I actually ended up lovinggggggg( will definitely be coming again for it) You can tell he really cares about his customers. Well lucky for me I have been helped by a young man named Alex. Answered my questions before i even asked them. Very patient and sweet, and extremely helpful with recommendations. Im happy when he's there because I'm always greeted with a smile and the greatest customer service ever.

Fast and friendly service. Currently there’s a lot of construction on the street but it’s still a popular Starbucks. Staff was outside on one visit during the morning rush to get my order in quickly.

WOW this location at the fountains is super busy! Saw the long line in the drive-thru so I came inside instead. Only 2 people ahead of me.... but apparently they had a long line of online orders that they were working on. The crew was working quick and getting out orders. It took a little while to get my order but they were very friendly and apologized for the wait, even though it wasn't really too long especially when watching how much work they were putting in.

Ordered pho with extra noodles, egg rolls. It was pretty good, but compare with other Vietnamese restaurant ( price and quality wise), it is pricey in my opinion ( it looks like they already made noodle while ago, when we got food noodles were swelled up)

Aloha my people ; so we all know how good Starbucks can be but usually it comes down to the staff as well. TONIA was amazing this morning , she was bubbly , helpful and just so genuine. This is a great location to visit.

The girl Vivian is currently taking orders through drive through, is really rude. I had never had an experience where an employee would speak to me with such an attitude. I thought Starbucks atmospheres with employees giving this type of service.

I tried to take a sip of my coffee and nothing came through. I opened it and this is what it looks like. Thick all the way through the bottom. Kind of like expired milk.

today, starbucks was PACKED. I understand there’s a lot of customers in the drive thru but workers need to realize there is people inside too that are waiting for 30-40 minutes for a drink. Not helpful at all and the drinks i got, they were horribly served seriously. Next time if you’re not gonna put effort into the drinks customers are ordering or paying attention to the customers don’t bother opening the store inside at all..?

Welp i came in to order a but i had urgent feeling to use the restroom first and wash my hands first.. I asked the overgrown kid Alex if it was okay.. Then he responded by telling me I needed to make a purchase first... 😂 So basically I walked out .. It offended me very much to know that humans treat other humans in such a manner.. Like a coffee or purchase just wasn't my priority before I relieved myself and wash my hands.. @Starbucks is this a form of racial profiling or what.. absolutely unacceptable.. and I will be reaching out to the higher-ups about this issue
