I dont know why the large latino manager alaays seems to acknowledge the guest around us but never us. It's feels a bit bias, an as their leader thats why i only gave atmosphere 4/5. With that out the way we love the service from the other staff especially Lee & Zakaria who make us feel like were visiting with friends. They took amazing care of us. We briught our baby with us and high chairs are available and well maintained. They are also the high chairs with seat belts. They have plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, a great selection of food and validated parking. Highly recommend this location for good food and great service.

We came to Fogo de Chão for brunch today and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding—we truly felt taken care of by an entire team. Ari, our busser, kept our table perfectly clutter-free the entire time. Wagner, the gaucho, made sure we got every cut we asked for and then some. Pamela and Kate, our waitresses, were both incredibly attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Even the manager, Margarita, stopped by to check in and make sure we were enjoying ourselves, which really says a lot about the level of care here. The salad bar was full of variety and absolutely delicious—fresh, beautifully presented, and perfect to start the meal. As for the meats, everything was excellent. Our favorite, as always, was the picanha, and the bottom sirloin was especially juicy and flavorful. Even our little kids loved it, which is always a win. We ended brunch with the molten chocolate cake and the papaya cream for dessert—both were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Great food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

David was our waiter on a Saturday night and the place was packed, but that didnt stop David from providing world class service. Thanks! Our water was always full, we always had clean plates and the side dishes were always replenished. I love the cheese bread so I was very happy. All the meats were also fantastic, of course. Atmosphere is contemporary upscale corporate restaurant with Brazilian theme. Large groups of employees from local businesses having holiday parties here today. Comprehensive, premium salad bar. Sandard high end AYCE Brazilian BBQ meat selection. Good meat, quality and seasoning. Several meat selections including picanha, sausage, chicken came around regularly. Picanah was not as tender as I was expecting. I did have to request the lamb and filet after waiting a while and not seeing then being served. They were brought to my table a few minutes later. That has been the case the other two times I've had lunch here. I've heard from other people that they have had a similar experience. Overall, very happy with my experience here. Servers Pamilla and Elsy we're very attentive.

Whoever the older bartender with the blue eyes and grey beard is… terrible service. He was extremely rude and spent the entire time flirting and conversing with the host while we were sitting at the bar. His whole attitude would shift whenever the host came by, acting overly flirty but rude towards myself and my mother. (You can see in the last picture where he was talking to the host). The worst part is: it wasn’t even busy. We were the only two people sitting at the bar, and he still couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us or provide basic service. Every time we asked him for something it felt like I had to ask super nicely so he wouldn’t get mad about doing his job. He had an attitude every single time we needed something. We had to ask for the complimentary bread ourselves, were never asked if we needed anything, if we wanted another drink, or even had our water refilled. I had to practically beg him for everything. It felt like we were invisible even though we were the only 2 people sitting at the bar but ignored completely. I wouldn’t come back here solely because of this experience. I couldn’t even enjoy taking my mom out for her birthday because of this situation. 0/5 stars.
