The day shift at this Subway is ON POINT. Glad Subway turned up their quality over the last couple of years. I've been eating here since it's opening on the 90s. And I think I just had the most nicely build Sub ever from this location. I had to take a pic of it.
Julie and staff are fantastic. We go regularly during basketball season to feed the high school team on game days. Everything is always 5 stars. Wonderful people.
The weekend staff is really nice, ladies in the morning are always welcome me with smile 😄
The person in the store was alone there was no one with her but she had a very good attitude... and she helped as much as she could and she made the order very quickly. thanks
Absolutely love this location since it is nearby. Always change their gloves and clean all the knives for me since I'm deadly allergic to dairy. Only a few times I have had a reaction but that was just from cross contamination. I do wish they would do the cheese last just so that I wouldn't have to stress about getting a reaction. Other than that I love it here and they're super friendly.
It's hard to communicate with the people behind the counter. To start with, they play the music too loud, the older guy behind the counter wears a mask, and it's hard to understand him, making you repeat yourself in order to make sure he got the order right!
Chain fast food stores are essentially the same, unless they are especially good or sub par, it's hard to find it noteworthy. I comment on this particular Subway location because its staff need some serious training: low energy, no eye contact, when they ask you menu-related questions, they look down, make it very hard to hear. The packaging of the sandwich is terrible, half way home, it's already loose and soggy.
I have been coming here for over 7 years. Paul and Julie, the owners, usually hire great workers but this lady is so rude and unstable. She always tries to up charge you for no reason and when confronted about it she started destroying my sandwich. You may see in the video how she was throwing in the trash bin the already melted cheese for which she wanted to charge extra. She then proceeds to throw the sub in the oven without any cheese. I didn’t ask for extra. There was no extra. I truly hope Paul and Julie educate this woman and provide proper training. So sad.
I've been coming here for the past 6-8 months about twice a week because its convenient location for my overnight job at LAX. I'm done coming here. Last time I visited I was jokingly told by the older Indian man to "not come in everyday" because I came in 2 days in a row. Now Ive had my share of customer service jobs with a range of chill relationships with customers, I would never think to ever say that to someone joking or not. He constantly tries to play with me like he will try to hide my preordered sandwich bag when I walk in the shop or makes say my name like 4 times before he gives me my sandwich. I've dealt with his behavior because I'm a very chill guy and the sweet lady he usually works with tries to tell him to knock it off but I'm over it after that last visit. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 10 SECONDS OF PLAY TO GET MY ORDER EVERYTIME I VISIT. Please retrain this guy on proper customer service etiquette.

Worst subway you can go to. Horrible service. They have no idea what they're doing. Food is sub par. Do yourself a favor and go to another subway.
horrible customer service, tried to over charge for the sub of the day which is originally 6.99 combo, I ordered two of the same six inch tuna sandwich, they were trying to charge me 22 dollars for something that should cost 14 with taxes. the guy couldn't figure out how to use the register and when I told him hey it's supposed to be the 6.99 sub of they day he raised his voice at me and said no its 7.99 I responded no sir it's 6.99 it says it on the app, he mumbled something about a promotion and it being 7.99, I again told him and showed him it was 6.99. they would not give me my receipt at all and when I request it they told me no there's no receipt and I pointed at the very obvious receipt that had just printed, they threw away my receipt and tried giving me the merchant copy of the receipt which doesn't show the transaction, once I said i was going to contact corporate they tried to riffle through the trash for it, I payed 14 for my meals but I feel like they are doing something shady smh do better
Wasteful attitude towards paying customers. When I pay for food, I pay for both the quality of the meal and the service. I wish I would’ve saved my money. Impatient.
They gave less than half portions on my philly steak sandwich when I used the bogo deal. When I called in to let them know they hung up on me.
Horrible service! I came in at 4;30am today and I just got off work. I was tired and hungry. As soon i walked into the door, It was the worst customer service ever! I came in with no greeting from the worker. She looks Filipino. I told her I couldn't hear because of my hearing loss. She kept wasting her time asking me the same thing and I needed her to speak loudly. I told her that I wanted honey oat bread. WE DON'T HAVE ANY! Then I asked Do you have any other sweet bread? Yes we have this SWEET BREAD. WHAT SIZE DO YOU WANT?! I was getting irritated with her poor customer service. Then she said WHAT DO U WANT ON IT? I told her what I wanted and I asked for cucumber slices. We have whatever we have here. She was rushing me too cause she was worried about other 2 customers after me who just arrived. I asked for the receipt. She didn't hand me the receipt in person. She just turned around and walked away. She dropped the receipt.. then came back and said what do you want? I want my receipt. She shouted, "I already give it to u! U didn't get it fast."Excuse me? My receipt was sticked to ur hand. U dropped it on the floor. She picked it up with an attitude. She have no good customer service skills. She is so rude and such an awful customer service. I was getting irritated already. Very poor customer service with horrible attitude.
I recently visited (30 mins ago) Subway past midnight, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The employee on duty completely ignored me at first because she was busy making an online order. I was also using the Subway app, which had stopped working, causing me frustration as I tried to access my rewards. Her behavior was far from professional. With a smirk, she rudely told me to "get off your phone!" Her tone was completely uncalled for. Later, as I attempted to enter my phone number for rewards, she yelled "NOT YET! NOT YET!" which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. To top it off, she walked away without giving me my receipt. This employee clearly needs thorough customer service training. Such poor service has made me reconsider visiting this location again.
Came in at 1:45 AM. A short woman with a strong accent had the rudest attitude with me. I walked in and she said something to me about the system I couldn't understand. I simply asked her to repeat herself and she really asked me "do you not understand English?". I understand working a job with English as your second language and I'm super okay with that. I will work with you so we can get through our day. But for her to ask that question to belittle me I uncalled for. She needs to get training in customer service again because I felt incredibly offended by her.
I had a disappointing experience at Subway recently. The employee making my sandwich seemed in a rush, ignoring my request for extra veggies and throwing the toppings on the sandwich without care. Employee tried stuffing both my footlong and 6-inch sandwiches into a small bag, resulting in smashed bread. When I asked about her day, she ignored me and was argumentative when I requested separate bags. This was the worst customer service I've encountered at Subway, and the employee refused to provide her name when I asked.
This December 3rd 2023 in the morning, the worker who was on that shift at 3 in the morning, was super rude, since I arrived I saw her that she was with her rude face, as if it bothered her that I arrived, but still I arrived with a good attitude with her, when choosing the sauce for my sandwich, I asked her to please add extra chipotle sauce, obviously when you ask for something extra you know that they will charge you, and she refused to put extra, she told me that she would not be able to close it And she said it with a super ugly attitude, when I went to buy before there and whenever I ask for extra sauce they add it to me and I told her that she didn’t have to be so rude with me, and she started fighting with me and she tried to insinuate that I was asking for extra sauce for free, and I told her that I didn’t care if I charged it, that I wasn’t asking her for anything for free, and she started fighting and saying that I didn’t respect anyone when the one who didn’t feel or respect was me, I asked her to talk to The manager and she refused, and I told her that the next day I’ll go talk to the manager because of her attitude and she told me that she did not care, and I asked her for her name and she refused anyway, and she denied me the service and did not want to sell me the sandwich, seriously that is nothing professional on her part, because I arrived with a good attitude and she reacted like this, at no time was she disrespectful to her, it was the opposite. I felt super bad because nobody had never treated me that way. I hope they take action on the matter
Bad customer service. Went in today and there was a lady and a man and none of them said hi or anything. I walked over and said hi and the guy said hi and started helping me. The lady seemed like she had an attitude. She started talking in a foreign language. And then he started talking in that language as he was making my sandwich. How disrespectful is that. You start talking in foreign language infront of a customer. We don't understand or know what you are talking about. For all I know you guys were making fun of me or talking bad about me. I mean they were both in their early to mid 50s they seem like they were a couple. Not sure if they are the owners but if they are, then I hope you read this review. It's great you guys are Indian and speak in your own language. But don't do it infront of paying customers. Specially when we don't understand your language. That is super rude and shouldn't be done. Also have some enthusiasm and have some customer service smile and be welcoming. Don't have an attitude and look grumpy and not even great or thank your customers. This place lacks so much hospitality and customer service, I will not be going to this establishment ever again. Plenty of other subways where they don't start gossiping about customer in foreign languages.
