For fast food this place is awesome. The workers are so attentive and are willing to help. As close to fine dining as you can get. Yes the prices are higher now like every other place.

This was my first time at a chick-flay. I had a great time it looked hectic at first, but the young lady in the drive through helped me with the menu and made recommendations I think her name was Desirae. They were fast and efficient. The chicken nuggets were great and I havent tasted nuggets like that before. The order for the 4 people in the car wasn't to much and the food was amazing for the price. Definitely have to stop by!

This place has got it down!!! They have such a good system and so many quick, efficient nice employees. It is mind blowing how fast they are even with a line of cars. There was about 8 cars in front of me, and it took less than 5 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I left the drive through!!! These people are next level!!! And the food was amazing!!! Best chicken sandwiches ever!!!

Great service, food and atmosphere. Restaurant and amenities were clean and well kept. Very family friendly, especially families with smaller children with their kid play-area and high chairs. Restaurant was busy but food was timely and fresh. Parking is easy in their lot, access is interesting when coming off the freeway (if you ate not familiar with the roadway there). Great visit.

The food is fantastic, like every Chick-Fil-A I've eaten at. This location has really stepped up with the increase in drive-thru and mobile order traffic. The first few weeks were rough but it is much, much better now. The traffic flows smoothly even during busy times and more staff are out in the parking lot directing people where to go.

2024.12.28. I'm still amazed at how well this place is run. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are super clean comforting and welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious. As a matter of fact the Cobb salad reminds you very much of the Tupelo salad that you could get at Hard Rock Cafe when it was in downtown Sacramento. However the Hard Rock Tupelo salad was almost three times the price of the Chick-fil-A salad.

The BEST Chick-fil-a, or restaurant, for that matter. I asked one gentleman if he was the manager, or district manager. He was constantly smiling, greeting everyone, opening the doors, bringing out food, cleaning up tables, and refilling drinks. ALL with a smile on his face. He did a fantastic job! I told him the reason I was asking if he was a manager was because, as a business owner, that's the kind of person you want running your store. He's actually the owner of this store. He did a great job leading by example, and I would stop at this location any time we travel through. My kids even commented on how clean the bathrooms were too!

I love it when restaurants have high chairs but Chick-fil-A has the Rubbermaid high chairs, sanitary wipes and a table mat for the little ones. I shared a chicken noodle soup with my son and ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich. This place never disappoints. Outstanding service and hot food.

I am sure eating chicken is healthier than beef. However, chicken sandwiches are not as good as beef burgers in most sandwich or burger restaurants, except Chick-fil-A. They have the best chicken sandwiches compared to all the fast-food restaurants. Of course, they don't have burgers! I think they will have the best burgers if they do sell them! Lol

Hot & tasty.. I ordered a Combo meal. It comes with a sandwich, hash browns and a coffee.... however I do not drink coffee so I asked the cashier if it could be substituted for something else. She said yes, tea, orange juice, soda, etc...and I said I will take the orange juice.. After I got home, I realized I was charged extra for the orange juice.....ugh......I wish I knew that there would be an additional charge, I would of not ordered a combo.... ..I wonder why they would do this and not tell me of the charge... I know it is a small charge, but times are tough, and pennies count.........please give me the charge back......DO THE BUSINESS REALLY READ THIS BEFORE SENDING A AUTOMATED COMMENT.....?

I think I was a bit harsh on my initial review because I rated the atmosphere low. I don't really go to fast food places for the atmosphere though. I always use the drive through and they are usually very good. As for the food, the menu is a bit limited, but there are good healthy options on there, so Chik Fil-A is one of my frequent go to's -- despite its politics.

I have been to this chick fil a a few times and the food always seems mediocre. The fries were nice and hot, but the sandwich and tenders were lukewarm. The tenders were tough like they had sat there for a while, even though they were very busy.

Customer service was good. Very polite staff. I ordered 5 meals and 2 were wrong. Of course i didn't notice until I was already home. I had ordered two 6 piece kids nuggets and one 4 piece, and was charged and paid for what I ordered but what I received was 3 kids meals of 4 piece nuggets.

It's busy, busy busy, but they do have multiple working the lines so you still get your order nice and hot. However, I've watched them throw out food because they got my order wrong, and it was such a shame, when they could have easily allowed me to keep it or given it away to the homeless. Especially with so much homelessness in the area; such a pity!

The food itself is good if you get the correct order, but the service has definitely gone down at this specific location. The teens during the late afternoon and the evening stare at you blankly (don’t greet you) as you walk in and stand there. Other locations don’t let you just take food, and I wouldn’t want them to. That’s how orders end up missing. This location didn’t always let you do that, so the workers need to lose the attitude when they come across someone who isn’t aware of the pick-up order policy or lack thereof. They look snobby instead of hoping to help someone. A couple of the young ladies are always mean-mugging and side-eyeing people. That’s a horrible image.

This was a very awkward experience at Chick-fil-A for me. I don't often come here this is honestly like my tenth time visiting a Chick-fil-A. I order a sandwich ask for extra pickles the sandwich came and there was no extra pickles so I asked the young lady who helped me if she can get me a side of pickles she apologized and said yes let me grab that for you she asked the manager lady for pickles and she says you don't have to yell for extra pickles and yells at her in front of customers and other staff. I mind you I never got the extra pickles so I just walked out. Instead of yelling at the young lady who is just trying to get me what I wanted why don't you yell at the employees who are reverse parking their sports cars in front of the store and a nuisance way.

The last time I was at chickfila, I ordered a chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. They gave me breaded chicken?? They didn't have a menu that i could look at, and I had no idea the chicken was breaded. Would have been fantastic if the employee had informed me of this. Also, apparently, you can't buy gift cards in the drive thru?? What is up with this place!

I rarely eat fast food but decided to this day and didn't want to sit in the drive-thru so opted to dine in. As I stood inline a employee came out with this large, VERY LOUD cleaning or vacuum machine. He was pushing it around where you stand in line to order. As I tried to order I had to practically yell and I could barely hear her. Found a table and now this employee was pushing this thing around the dining area where people are eating. I'm pretty disgusted as the food and cashier were good but this whole loud machine being pushed around while people are eating food was not my idea of a pleasant dining experience. Don't get me wrong. The restaurant was spotless but there could be a better way or time to do this. Will not go back as I don't know what could of been pushed around while I was eating. And it was extremely loud the whole time I was there. But it's fast food so I should not expect anything less. BAD ATMOSPHERE Remember what you eat now will make for a better life when you get old. These foods are not good for you.

My order was two hashbrowns 4 ct. minis get home and only one of my hashbrowns was half full now I know all fast food prices have gone up on food, here the hashbrowns used to between .99 and 1.29 now up to 1.69 all I'm asking is GIVE ME MY Money Worth especially when you dealing with small kids that measure everything 😏 will check bag in the future

Well normally we eat at Chick-fil-A and get a great meal, at this one in Elk Grove was ok. Maybe the workers on duty just didn't care the nuggets picture should say it all. The crumbs from bottom of the fryer, and you can't blame that on the delivery driver. Simple answer.... manager doesn't keep a watchful eye on the employees, and the expo is not checking out going product. Supervisor please supervise, your turning a great name terrible.

Stopped for breakfast ordered 8 count of chicken nuggets, hash browns and large ice tea unsweetened like I have done on multiple occasions. The horrible person on the drive up window informed me that they don't serve lunch entrees until 10:30, you're already cooking chicken nuggets for the biscuits sorry you can't order entrees. One of the worst Chick Fil A I have been. The line is long like most locations. If you try to order take out from mobile they will disregard you. Waited over 40min because the kitchen doesn't know when to put the food out that's done, the cashier doesn't bother checking with the kitchen where the food is and relying solely on the poor computer that gives false information. This location runs by high school kids with no real adult supervision. At the end of the night foods are cold and better off getting a refund. Rather visit another burger fast food than here waiting for cold foods.

Honestly, I love Chick-fil-A however, I have been upset at this location for a minute now. I came one morning to get breakfast and very salty fries they were inedible, there was more salt than fry. A few times coming I asked for Chick-fil-A sauce and they said if I asked for extra they had to charge more, which I understand but even when I asked for some they gave me no sauce. Another time I asked for a spicy deluxe meal, I ended up getting buns and chicken. I didn’t get lettuce or cheese or tomatoes just buns and chicken. And although they were friendly i don’t know how it could be this horrible. Very sad:(

Had to wait in line for insanely long time making me miss breakfast. I mobile ordered but apparently that doesn’t mean anything since when I finally got helped at 10:31 they decided it was too late for breakfast and all their breakfast food got thrown away. If your workers are going to take 20+ mins to help anyone maybe have a separate area for pickup so that people don’t have to wait for the food they already paid for.

Bad experience with customer service and quality has been getting worse. I went to ChickFilA a few weeks ago on a late night and got multiple orders of food. I absolutely should have checked the bag before I left but I decided to trust this location and went home. At home, I realized they forgot to put in an order of nuggets and all the sauces we asked for. I had to drive back and went through the drive through and said my order wasn’t complete. I was told to park and get off to speak to someone at the front of the store. I chose the drive through the first time for its convenience. I don’t understand why they couldn’t remedy the issue through the drive through. I got off and was coldly greeted by Ania. She asked me what we needed and I said I didn’t get my complete order. Mind you, my entire order was completely cold by this point but I couldn’t leave anything at home or they would’ve assumed I was lying about the missing items. They looked through all of the bags we had and she left without a word to get the nuggets and sauces. She didn’t address the issue nor had anything to say when she handed me the nuggets. All of the sandwiches and fries and nuggets were cold by the time the entire ordeal was over. Not surprised this happened. The quality at this location has been getting worse. Every time I order a sandwich without ingredients, they’re always left on even after I emphasize what I want on them. Won’t be returning- I didn’t appreciate the interaction.

UPDATE: Upon establishing telephonic communication to inquire about this interminable delay, I was met with an even more infuriating explanation. The staff averred that my consignment had been misappropriated by an unknown third party. Rather than rectifying this breach immediately, they instructed the courier to interface with support—a directive the driver ignored, choosing instead to simply abandon the assignment and leave me in a state of indefinite limbo. ​Consequently, I was compelled to personally solicit DoorDash support to secure a cancellation and restitution. However, while the monetary transaction has been reversed, the egregious duration of this ordeal represents an irretrievable loss. The location needs to rent a place for mass interviews, especiallyduring the dinner rush. This is not nice to people trying to dine-in or headed to through the drive thru. I left without ordering. If they don't treat customers right imagine how they treat hourly employees. Also, older male interviewer asking young girls about their hobbies and personal family details. Creepy predator vibes. Not very Christian. I wouldn't let my daughter work there and I won't be back.

There wasn’t a long line in the drive thru but had to park and wait for the salad. After waiting I received old greens in my salad and only was able to eat the toppings. Not ideal for $12. They also didn’t scan my app for points and when I asked the next employee I spoke to about it they said “add the receipt in the app but next time don’t forget”…. I didn’t forget the order taker saw my app and did not ask to scan it

I drove all the way from Natomas to Elk Grove this morning just to grab breakfast for my pregnant wife, only to be told I couldn’t order because it was 10:32 AM — just two minutes past their breakfast cutoff. I had already been standing in line before 10:30, patiently waiting my turn, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee showed absolutely no compassion or understanding. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable — just a breakfast item I had been waiting for — but instead I was met with a cold “we’re not serving breakfast anymore.” I ended up leaving with nothing, completely livid and disappointed. For a brand that prides itself on kindness and customer service, this location showed neither. I understand policies, but sometimes a little empathy goes a long way — especially when someone makes a special trip just to bring food home to their family. Chick-fil-A on Bond Rd, Elk Grove — you can do better.

My wife and I came in and ordered to original sandwiches and they were lousy. Chewy, gooey and tasteless. The service is always great. But the sandwiches were terrible 😕 A little confused. Because of their reputation.

Never had a bad experience here until now. My bf ordered a spicy deluxe with bacon, but was given a sandwich with no chicken in there. Only bacon, lettuce, and cheese inside. If I could give this review a zero, I would.

I was craving Chick-fil-A and I stopped at this location in elk grove, my experience was so bad. I'm so disappointed 😞 This location is crowded, inside and the drive-through. I decided to go inside. It was dirty, with floors and tables. We got our order placed, and it came out very fast but the food quality was so poor. The sandwich was saggy as well as the french fries. The food has a taste of boiled or pre-heated food. I mean disgusting 🫣 Very disappointed Left the location sad. Will avoid it and won't recommend it.

Sandwich was too dry. Nuggets-have had better, the fries were good though. Also the guy who took our order at the drive thru was not friendly (which shocked me) we had to greet HIM and ask HIM how his day was going, only to be ignored and asked us what to get for us. Oh well, I’ve been getting delicious chicken from Raising Canes a lot since they opened up not too far away anyways.
