Staff is top tier at this location. Obviously it is a chain so the food is as expected, but the staff makes me want to come to this location vs other locations. So friendly!

Panda just panda everywhere you go right? WRONG! This location, single-handedly, makes the best food in all of North County. I have had fresh food here, crunchy orange chicken, and my chow mein is never veggies with chow mein, but rather, a ton of noodles with veggies. I have catered from them 3 times already and have also ordered pick up at least once a week for friends, co-workers, and family. Staff is great and it's always clean.

Love love love this Panda Express! The staff is wonderful. Shoutout to people like Antonio, Zeltzin, and Jocelyn that make my boyfriend and I's bowls. They are generous in hospitality (and in giving us the tiny pieces of chicken that will otherwise get thrown out). This Panda Express is better than the one in Vista by far. I saw how someone commented on their broccoli...I actually like how it has a raw crunch to it. I work in the fitness industry (my boyfriend does as well) and this is one of the only "fast food" places that we can eat at that leaves us feeling good afterwards. Thank you Panda!!

Great place for a quick in and out bite to eat!

In a pinch I prefer panda over most Chinese in the area. It’s quick and easy and hits the spot. I appreciate that they were out of walnut shrimp but made some just for me at the end of the night. Thank you!

Amazing food for the prices!! Best orange chicken I’ve ever had. The walnut shrimp is over the top. They’re rices are as amazing as they’re chicken. The portions are great for the prices. In every meal they include fortune cookies as a little dessert. 10/10 great fast food

I usually like it there. The staff was excellent. Just something about the food tasted off or they have change seasoning maybe. But I didn't finish and even keep to finish. I basically get the same thing . And was charged $11.04 really wasn't paying attention as I was very hungry. All I got was a 2 item meal not drink. Thought bit higher than I was used to paying.

Their food has always been fine, not great, but fills the hungry pangs when in a hurry. Today this location’s food flavoring is failing, just didn’t taste the same as I remembered it. The chowmein had very small amount of noodles compared to the amount of cabbage they add. The orange chicken was way too sweet and cold and the broccoli beef had literally 3 tiny pieces of beef, just all broccoli and cold. Even the fortune cookie I got was crushed into little pieces. No line and it still took several minutes for the cashier to show up and charge me. I won’t be going back to this location.

For fast food served to you buffet style, it is decent, but it is still fast food. This location has a line out the door just before 6pm. Fortunately, the line moved pretty quickly and the volume of customers before us ensured the good we got was fresh. Family members like this location, but did note that the portion sizes fluctuate and further pointed out that the portions ordered by the women in our party were smaller than those ordered by the men- the difference was noticable. Overall, the flavor and quality seemed good for fast food and the service was polite and efficient.

Gross curly hair in food. Worker poured the water from the vegetable pan into my container so it soaked through and started dissolving as I ate. Asked for 3 hot sauce with fingers up, dude gave me 2. Weird vibes lol

I come in here almost daily. I keep coming back because I love panda and I hope it’ll change. Everything is always basically out, hard and dry. Disgusting. The staff was rude…. Portions were small because they need to make it last for other customers?????

Horrible Horrible customer service first time at this location and not a pleasant visit Salome gave a nasty attitude towards us as we ordered a bigger plate just gave us 1 side and as I asked for my other two sides she raged with a strong voice I said that's it that's it. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier that had her upset but seeing other customers get talked to in the same energy I knew she was just a unfriendly staff please panda express remove her from representing the company I hope others give their reviews if ever encountered with this lady. Some customers just get out of work and just want to enjoy a nice meal. Other staff around her must enjoy her behavior to not have spoken up or deesclated her behavior. Perhaps she didn't take her meal break to have been this upset . Locations shut down due to poor staff because the food quality was perfect but how to enjoy when you have staff like Salome ruining your appetite

I'm not sure that I need to say much more, but the past maybe 5 times I have ordered Panda the Teriyaki chicken is burnt, but cold like all the other items, containers are filled with 50% less food than previously. So I stopped ordering on the app, thinking they just screw over app order... Well I got a fresh 3 item meal with burnt chicken, cold chow mien and veggies and the 3rd item was literally half full. To top off my frustration I bought $90 of gift cards on a holiday promotion, of which I have used maybe $50-$60 and my balance is ZERO. I don't know how many way Panda can screw you but this seems like a pretty good list.

This location leaves the food sitting around too long and then they serve the old food to the customers. The beijing beef is supposed to have a crisp to it. It’s not supposed to be soggy. All the food in my order was cold. It doesn’t seem like the people that work here really care about the food being fresh or hot and they don’t seem to care about the customers not getting food poisoning. I’m so disappointed. The last five times I’ve went here the foods been really bad. There was a woman who worked there a few years ago and she ran this restaurant so well and everything was fresh and yummy. You could tell that she really cares about her job and really took pride in serving fresh food to the customers. She would always welcome you and make you feel at home. Since she’s been gone this place has went down hill. I guess I won’t be going back. I don’t want to take a chance and get food poisoning and the food is no good.
