I was at this location today a little after 2. The chicken is dry and old! There is a law in ny. You should probably start following it! The chicken definitely exceeded its hold time should have been thrown away! I paid 44 bucks for garbage! Thanks again kfc!! It will now be quit a while before I return to your location!

needs attention. The food I received was old, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The chicken was rubbery, the sides were cold, and it felt like no care was put into the order at all. On top of that, the workers were rude, unprofessional, and acted like customers were a bother instead of a priority. The service was rushed, and no one even tried to fix the issue when I mentioned it. This location needs serious improvement—or it should be shut down until it’s cleaned up and staffed with people who actually care about customer service and food quality. I will not be returning until changes are made.

I ordered the 2 piece meal. I picked up 1 piece and there was a layer of oil underneath it. I picked up the other piece of chicken and there was a layer of oil under that piece too. I went though more napkins due to so much oil on my basket and on my hands. It was so greasy I couldn't eat it. It was terrible. Go someplace, ANYPLACE else for food.

I would say bad experience there when it comes to food and timing and if this is continuous then potentially it will be shut down. They need to check the reviews because if they never acknowledged this reviews then hopefully a restaurant inspector will investigate the problem. I don’t see any improvements so yeah it’s a no-go!

just went to kfc and the got the $7 fill up. everything about it tasted weird then i looked down and seen a huge bug in my box. my husband got chicken thighs and it was chewy and discolored.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times and it’s always a hit or miss. I guess it’s our fault for always giving chance after chance. The chicken sandwich today was absolutely AWFUL!!! It was either overcooked or old. The fries were no doubt old, hard and obviously had been sitting out all day. Now let’s speak customer service, the guy who waited on me today rushed us at the speaker and even had our food dangling out of the window before we could pull off from the speaker. Who does that!? It’s rude and very much shows their lack of customer service. Needless to say I’m not the only customer they’ve done this to. However, this is definitely my last visit to this location.

I would like to start off by saying I had never been to this location before, until 6/25. I had family in town from AZ. My grandma didn’t want anyone to have to cook so she wanted to buy dinner from KFC since it was outside the main gate. She spent between $70-80. We were so surprised at how fast our order came out. I’m talking 3-5 minutes, if that. I had just finished filling up the drink my grandma wanted when it was already bagged up and in my grandma’s hands. I was HORRIFIED by the condition of the chocolate cake my grandma had gotten for the grandkids. After seeing the cake, I assumed that our large order was ready so quick because it was likely sitting under a heat lamp. Please, if you’re reading this do not come to this location!

Paid $21 for 7 nuggets, got a bowl full of gravy with only 4 nuggets, ended up paying $35.72 in total for entire meal. The kids meal was fine other than they threw in the cold drink in the bag with hot food. 8 piece nuggets were rang up as tenders but I received nuggets which leads me to believe this establishment does this to get more money for less product. I asked for a drink with no ice and I got more ice than the drink. I order a famous bowl and I got half of the bowl with 4 chicken nuggets! Famous bowl is my favorite from KFC and so far the worse order I have received.

I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating. My order is always wrong. Staff is rude and tries to rush you through your order. Nine times out of ten the chicken is old, even at peak meal hours. They also conveniently never give you a receipt, so no chance for a review there. And if you order a sandwich it will probably be dry since they can't squeeze the bottle hard enough to get sauce out I guess? And of course the drink. I hope you like trying new flavors because you won't get what you ordered and it's mostly carbonation anyway.
