Thank you to all the staff for always making my visit great. The service is always great and the food is mostly fresh all the time.

The food here is always correct and fast to be served to me. Their drive thru service is always on point. They are always clean and have friendly staff. Thank you for always being there for me Jack in the Crack! You will forever be honored by Mr. Nobody.

I've been going to Jack in the Box since I was a kid. Growing up it was and still is probably the only fast food that you can get good burgers, shakes, curly fries, and dessert. Not to mention.. tacos, egg rolls, and a pita pocket. So no matter what the craving it's got options for you. Now this location in particular has been my go to spot for my random middle of the night/early morning fix. And since I was a kid.. let's say 25yrs ago. The same nice face has been there to great me at the window. What I love about JB is that they actually make your food when you order it. Nothing is prepared before. So it's fresh. Which also means it takes a minute so you have to be patient. Oh and if you've been living under a rock.. they are the original breakfast all day drive thru. With eggs they actually Crack open in a shell before they cook them.. not out of a jug. So yeah..

Wow I'm impressed! the ultimate cheeseburger was delicious as well as the nuggets with the sweet and sour sauce. The meat on the burger was impressively delicious with the melted cheese OMG! the night shift outdone themselves Great job! Definitely coming back

Probably the best experience i have ever had at any jack in the box. They where very busy when i walked in from drive thru and inside but they did not panic still very friendly and quick food was fresh and hot.! They knocked out the rush like nothing this is how a team should work!!!!! GREAT TEAM WORK and thank you for working on thanksgiving.!!!! No complaints at all keep up the great work team!!

Came on the late night..after being run off from the West Texas Jack in the box...service was great,very kind and polite.$ix buck box meal is the best deal in late night munchies run.

Very tasty food here, the drive thru attendant could be a little more patient. I just felt a little rushed to make an order even with no one in line.

Had to run in here to get a late night snack for myself because other places near this location aren't that great. I do have to say that I still miss that bacon bacon cheese burger from the 90's, I used to visit you guys all time for that burger. I hope that one day you will.

Quick casual and effective. I went one time and they didnt have jalapeno poppers but hey xhit happens. Always cool for quick bite if you have a car the drive thru is always open

My Breakfast Jack was one of the best-looking BJ's I've ever had. Friendly crew. Sure, you may see someone catching a nap in the dining room but, unless you're an elitist, it's no worries.

The restrooms are well guarded. No soap or towels but clean. Oh yes the 2 for 1 breakfast sandwiches were fresh and a great start.

The egg rolls are good only thing I eat there will be back for them don't know how good they are for you but they are good !

Great place for night time "After midnight" munchies! The homeless panhandlers provide amusement for the long wait in the drive thru

Some locations are are great. They serve your food hot off the grill others give you previously cooked burgers that are not even that warm.

A side note to start the Older African American woman at drive through is the truth. Nice lady and always makes orders on point. The rest of the crew, They seem to be getting Way better than before when it comes to the service. Obviously you have the track right there so at any given moment the locals can show up and put on some free entertainment. The food is Jack N The Box. I rate food chains by service compared to other Jack N The Box, decor etc.

I like the place, it's one of my favorites fast food restaurants. It's operated by teens and young adults, the service is fast once your order is in however you can find yourself standing for long periods of time to be waited on without any acknowledgement. The dining room is kept fairly clean and the employees are pretty cool judging by the things I've seen them do for other patrons. The environment is at times not kid friendly. You can hear the employees using adult terms and playing music that is more suited for adult listening only. WiFi is available and is fast for general surf. Food is served hot and fast the restrooms are opened by request only and clean. I've downloaded the app which makes ordering much better and as a perk the app always has free to you items and discounts given for ANY purchase.

I love Jack in the box I specially love their the ultimate cheeseburger I used to eat when I was very young can't handle it beef anymore but overall the food is good staff is always really nice and we will be back

Eeeeh..it's okay. A lot of the times my burgers are received kinda dry during evening/late night visits. There are a couple order takers I've spoken to though that are pretty amusing. They always make me laugh and as far as customer service, never had any issues so far.

The only complaint I have is when I ordered a strawberry milkshake I was given a vanilla milkshake it was white had no strawberry taste whatsoever and the worker told me that no no it's vanilla.

Price is right, I guess .we got the munchy meal for $13. It was alot of food .the cheesy tot burger was really good and creamy. But after that I was stuffed and cont finish the meal .I had like two curly fries and 2 churros.i gave the taco to my son ,I offered the fries as well but he was stuffed also.

Food good. But every restaurant I go to in Fairfield seems to be only Latinos working there. Isn't this a diversity nation. Why there are no other nationalities working THIS food chains.

Friday nights and Saturday nights, when the Munchie Meal is in full effect, you can generally sit in line for about 15 minutes in the drive thru sometime maybe longer

A cheesesteak without the cheese. Would have been pretty good because the meat has much flavor. I'm going to learn to say the heck without those behind me and check my food before driving or walking away because those fixing the food obviously don't care.

Don't order with door dash this place does not protect ure food like MacDonald does, this place should be ashame of then self especially the manager who do not care about customers safety, the food i order earlier today was cold, and the soda was not protected with a plastic sticky cover like MacDonald does, McDonalds covers all there drinks and seal all there bags of food, the dasher left the food on front of my door and the bag was wide open and the soda cup not protected and by the way i was missing food and extra condiments, first time i order food here threw door dash and last, I'll make sure to let all my friends and family so they never buy food here especially threw door dash....you guys should learn a thing ir two from MacDonald they take health and safety to the next lv. Order food from MacDonald people is safe healthier cheeper and tastier....never more frm Mr jack.

My food was hot. Bathroom was dirty. Some tables had trash left around. Other than that I'm happy I didn't have to ask for fresh food. Get it to go!!!

Food was tasty, especially the buttery Swiss one. Toilets should be cleaner. Too many restriction on the walls of the restaurant and neighbour feels unsafe to us.

Love the late night staff! Burgers are in need of more flavor, but I just add their taco sauce to fix it up. The loaded fries are much better than their standard fries.

Average for fast food, I just don't like cold fries, and most of the time I got curly fries somewhat cold.. as if it was prepared way ahead and kept in the hot pan , I guess you all know what I mean 😜 I like my fries crisp and hot 🔥🔥 out the pan to the container.

Fries were COLD and stale. Not even lukewarm, and so stale I couldn't even chew about half of them. Granted, it was the middle of the night but time of day shouldn't affect the quality of food. The stuff actually made in the kitchen was good. They also got my drink wrong and the lady taking orders wasn't very friendly.

Was alright. Very busy since it was one the few places open on Christmas. I have a feeling the person at the window was still pretty new because she was a little on the slower side. Soon after I got my food, the line was pretty long. Outside of that, wasn't the worst experience I've ever had. Fast food is fast food.

The food's good Services far as window cashier she knows nothing about what's in the refrigerator but every time I ask her for some salsa cup she said they don't have none ask someone else to get one and they walk right up to the refrigerator and pull out a couple salsa cups my thing is does she not want to serve me this inhouse item or not want me to have it period.....

Took long to be waited on, then the first method of payment didn't go through. People came in asking us to buy them food.

I try to steer clear of fast food but the bad habit always brings me to here--mainly because of the variety of the menu. Every time I do, there's always something wrong with the order. I guess I should have learned my lesson from this place. Also, high turn around on staff in fast food makes it inconsistent with customer service, especially with inept management that can't manage their staff properly.

For the third time lately…food was not as ordered, food had been under lights and reheated in the microwave and was dried out. You owe me three ultimate cheeseburgers and a sourdough Jack. This was a really good Jack in the box before the pandemic…sucks now!

They require purchase in order to use their restroom, and have it locked to only be unlocked by an employee once a purchase has been made. They say they are 24 hours but close every morning for like 2 hours for their "system to restart". And the employees are just extremely rude and lack basic professionalism.

Burger was ok even though it didn't look at all like advertised. Fries were hard and stale. Tacos also. Drink machine didn't work. Have to go to the counter for a refill which takes a long time. Bathrooms where trashed even though you have to be buzzed in.

Due to my work schedule this is the only place really open and I always order from DoorDash/uber eats my fries are ALWAYS COLD and stale. I always have my drivers ask for condiments and they do ask but they still seem to never make it to the bag. I’ve also had my last driver come very upset delivering my order saying they were treated poorly by staff

Very disappointed. I went through the drive through. There was a car getting its order. Once they got there I pulled up and waited for someone to come to window. By the time I got my food it was warm. There was only one person who walked inside while I was there. It wasn't crowded. When I arrived home not only did I not get what I ordered but it was a small and I ordered large. I was charged for the large and for curly fries but received small regular fries. I attempted to call but no one answered . If it wasn't for the price of gas I would have gone back for my money

Way better service at night then during the day. Night crew understand customer, day crew laughs in your face.

Three employees behind the encounter acknowledgment I waited there kindly for a while before someone else behind the counter help me said they was busy Guess they didn't know already checked the drive-thru there was one car there I have to use the restroom My reason for going in standing around talking about nonsense before I walked in is a spill red sauce on the sidewalk before you enter the store after I pay for my $10 meal I asked to go to the restroom as I have to return to ask her to open the door again to enter the restroom being dirty or maybe it's just me this is my experience

If I have to rate my experience of what did happened today, I would give it a 0 star. The manager and staffs on duty was rude and unprofessional, definitely need more help.

Foods always cold and French fries, curly fries and onion rings always taste and look like the day before refried. Refried only works well with "beans"

Food wasn't hot! Had a coupon for classic Burger choose the swiss/bacon had no lettuce tomatoe nothing,took it back told the girl that the picture on coupon and the order board showed lettuce/tomatoe etc told me that even though you have your choice of classic or bacon Swiss only the classic comes with lettuce and tomato etc. That is very misleading. Had also ordered a slice of cheesecake which I was not given a fork or spoon. They were not busy at the time

Amazing how the receipt can be perfect but the orders consistently wrong. Icing on the cake this time was the bacon ultimate cheeseburger that had no bacon. Done with this location.

I was the only customer in the place. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while 3 different employees ignored me and 1 came up to the register and mumble talked to other employees while looking at me, but not talking. Then finally some kid shows up that must have been late for work. Then food was wrong, bathroom was gross.

Terrible customer service. I know it's fast food and many are understaffed. I started as a teenager working fast food. This was out of line. I didn't even complete my order and get my food. I was in the drive thru and had four meals to order. I was on the final meal and asked what my kid wanted. Everyone knew what they wanted and no one needed time to figure it out. As they were telling me to repeat, the drive thru worker literally said to me, "Ma'am, I have a lot of orders and I'm gonna need for you to hurry up." Nope! I just told him nevermind and left. I will never go to this Jack in the Box again.

Just got home with breakfast for my hungry kids, I ordered at the drive thru, around 9:05pm ish, 6 sausage breakfast jacks, 2 bacon breakfast jacks, 2 large curly fries and a large sprite. I get home hand my kids their breakfast sandwiches and every one of the sausage sandwiches are ham. My kids don’t eat ham. Crying kids isn’t easy, spending money on something and not getting what you ordered is frustrating. I even backed up in the drive thru so they could re set the timer. Pay attention because the inadequacies of staff not paying attention looses you business.

Every single time I go to the one on N. Texas in Fairfield they always collect the money and then ask me to pull backwards so the timer that they are supposed to have the food out stops so they don't get in trouble for being too slow! That's not the customers fault that they aren't fast enough to beat the timer! Step it up Jack in the box!

I keep going back Because its closer to my house. But the customer service here is terrible and they almost ALWAYS mess my order up. The last time they forgot to put things on my burger and I didn't notice till after I got home ready to eat. I didnt want to go back so I called them to see what they could do about it. The lady in charge says I could come back and bring the food back and that was my only option. I advised her I was home and didn't want to drive the few miles back. She said sorry I'd have to bring the burger back. How sanitary is this place?? We're all wearing mask for a reason. No discount codes no apologies nothing. Never going back! Always check your food here!

Very slow waiting long time

Based on two years of using this location at all hours consistently because it's so close to where I live, I will now be taking my business to the Suisun location to ensure I never set my tires into this drive thru ever again. This is a consistent experience of misery. Your order will unfailingly be wrong, the employees will be either completely disinterested in their work, or outright just plain standoffish and rude, and you will be uncomfortable in your car while waiting for them to give your incomplete order to you, because they do not kick the transients out of the drive thru very often, so at all hours of the day you can expect one to be posted up before or past the window to ask you for money, cigarettes or a light. Good luck, it's not worth it.

The service was awfully slow for just a hamburger and fries meals. It is located in a really bad spot to get in and out of..... But, that should not be an excuse, almost 18 minutes for two jack combos when most other places is like 5 to 7... It is called "Fast Food"..

I don't eat out much, im a dedicated gym rat but I worked overtime and was exhausted, so I decided to treat myself to a cheat meal before bed. A cheat meal is a treasure and a rarity so understand the immense rage I felt when these people couldn't get 1 simple order correct. I wanted a chicken fajita pita and fries, it doesn't get more simple than that but I get home and nearly burst into tears because I have a dubble beef bacon burger in my hand, something I would NEVER order under any circumstances. So I'm stuck with the decision of either go hungery and waiste the $12! I just spent or stomach this god awful meal because I'm hungry and paid for it but live with the guilt the next 3 days. These people don't understand you're messing up some people's one meal for the day, someone's last $10 they had to their name or a child's rare fast food dinner treat. Im sitting here thinking I can relieve a little stress from my day and just treat myself for once and for go the cooking for the night. And it's so much worse now. You guys couldn't get the ONE thing you're supposed to do right. I'm tempted to brave the freezing cold and my exsustion just to scream at someone because I really don't think they care.

My order was taken and as i wait patiently apparently it was never made then i was lied to about it and as I was sitting in the lobby it is a nasty mess....from the soda machine, the floor, the walls it was just plan gross. I hate to see what the back look likes. Never again!

I stopped to go to the bathroom and eat. The lady told me I had to buy food before I could get the key. holding myself, down there I told her I would buy food, but had to go bad, I have a medical condition that caught me off guard. She refused to give the key, I don't beg, but this time I did because I was ready to pee my pants and I told her this. No key. I had no time to argue and dashed out, but couldn't make it to my truck. I ended up peeing in the parking lot. There is a law called Ally's Law that requires resteraunts to let customers to use the bathroom if the have a medical reason. I don't know if their aware if this or just no food no pee? It was horrible having to pee in the parking lot, fortunately the customers that notice me was another man.

I don't even know where to start. This place is disgusting. We stopped by after a day of arons and once you walk inside you get an instant feel of muck. It feels damp inside. When we order our food that manager there takes our order and she's rude, she seems like she hates her job so she takes it out on her customers. After we order I walk in the dining area to find a place to sit with my son, but can't sit because all the table and chairs are filthy. We we sit on a booth that I had to wipe down. My husband checks for sodas but there are none available for the dining area. There are no condiments or napkins out for customers so my husband goes to ask. He keeps saying excuse me to get their attention but they glance at him and walks right by and acts like they didn't see him. That on so many levels is rude. I didn't like the taste of fanta i asked for the orange one so I pour it out and ask for root beer since the machine doesn't have it. The machine for soda in the dining area smell like mold. You walk up to it and get a huge wiff of it. It's so disgusting. This place has very poor ethics and a horrible health rating. The health department needs to come investigate this place.

If you're getting food from their drive through during the night shift just go somewhere else. My orders around that time are literally always messed up somehow from wrong food items to my food being cold. If you're reading this just to to Mcds down the street or literally anywhere else if you want something at least edible

You seriously need to hire more people. Place is seriously understaffed, and the minor breakdown (like it happened today with your credit card machine) derails the entire thing. You had me waiting for an order that I never received for over 20 minutes (and that I hope you didn't end up charging me for). I'm not coming back to this location until you hire more people to avoid these mishaps

I buy drive thru 9/17/24 I order egg rolls and chicken wings the limited one. The egg rolls were almost burnt I ended up throwing them.very disappointed and that was my lunch for work.

It's annoying to be told with a hand gesture in the drive-thru to not pull up to the window with their flailing stop hand. I guess they are playing the deceptive game at work to make their numbers look good, I guess the camera doesn't mean anything. Grow up, people accept the consequences as with life choices. Owers do not care much. Otherwise, they would run better businesses based on integrity. I sat for 7 mins away from the window to pick my order up.

The employees are super rude and don't take the time to listen to their customers. I had made and order that got canceled and when I tried to request a refund. They told me I had to take it up with door dash. I called door dash and after the store refused to re deliver my order they told me to do it through the app. Which has no way to report anything or contact customer service. I called the store again to tell them this and a very rude lady got on my case. Is this really how you do business? I've been a fan for years even when the food came back cold. To be treated this way is unacceptable and paying for it on top of that makes me never want to spend a dime at this location or any jack in the box store ever again. Edit: There's no official way to put in a complaint so if you want try and request a refund you'll need to give them feed back in which they'll get back to you. At least that's what they tell you. It's been almost a week and I haven't even gotten a confirmation email that the request was put in. Now I have to dispute the purchase through my card. Which is projected to be resolved by April 10th. In short if you're hungry get it elsewhere

My experience at this location was good, the vibes in lside of the restaurant was wonderful, but, every time I ordered my usual breakfast sandwich from this location, my food would be burnt really bad. My bread would be hard, burnt and stale. I don't know what the problem is, but this was the second time my food was like this and I love Jack In The Box. I was extremely disappointed with them.

I went to this location around 10pm a few days ago and ordered Large curly fries.. they were old and greasy not crispy, don't y'all let all the OIL drain off giving it a few taps each time??? that's what I did when I worked at a fastfood job.. and like 80% of the fries were little bits N pieces.. they were just regular warm... Not hot at all.. so now I feel like I've been ripped off.. I gotta go repost this on social media now.. about this location.. not gonna be back anytime soon.. going back to Wendy's! And McDonald's! At least their fries are always decent.. I give their fries a minimum of 7/10.. "majority" of the time... And YALL fries I give an "average" of 6/10.. maybe the fryer person needs to be Re-trained?? Having fresh hot fries will make ALL the difference and cancel out other potential negatives...

I have been ordering tacos from Jack-in-the-Box since I was a teenager and now at 54 years of age can’t believe the young man named Abraham there who does not show 54 year-old men any respect, nor tell me who the manager is. All I wanted was for them to do what every other Jack-in-the-Box has done until today, put extra hot sauce on the tacos themselves. He told me “we don’t do that here.” I said, that’s the way I would like it, and he again said “we don’t do that here.” He said the only way I was going to get extra hot sauce, was in the package! I told him I would be leaving this review, so here it is. BTW, I left the drive-through and did not take a Tacos with me. :-)

Got DoorDash and ordered 2 tacos. Ended up with these. Where the hell is my sauce, lettuce, and cheese at?😤 To make matters worse, I ordered the tacos after getting a cold and not toasted breakfast sandwich.

I don’t know why I have to do this again. My son ran to the local Jack in the box to pick up some onion rings which I’m addicted to you. Figured I’d take a picture of the last one due to the fact that 3/4 of the order was half raw. I’m not gonna waste it I tried calling No response. Didn’t want to let this slide. Do a better job. Don’t want to have to go to the next town.
