IHOP

Good food. They werebusy with a couple of large groups but our server made a special effort to keep us happy. We were!

The food was great and service wasn't as great as usual. They stopped refilling our drinks while we sat and chatted catching up long after we finished eating. Which we've done in the past and still re never great service. After all the restaurant was not full.

Great service. Very attentive. We were suprised how fast we got our order out to us. The place was full but the waiter kept making sure everything was great.

The food excellence. The personnel super nice and helpful. Easy to use the menu. Also you seniors don't forget to ask they do give a 10% senior discount and that helps towards part of the tip

We did not visit IHOP we were merely parked outside for a short time. This application needs some improvement and is an indication it is not completely accurate. In the interest of fairness however we rate this IHOP five stars. We have visited before and it is very good.

I am not able to eat here because I have celiac disease but I picked up an order for my mother placed in-app. According to her the food was fresh and warm very good and the customer service that I received picking up her order was very good, cook & severe very kind, got order perfect and gave me all the condiments needed without asking.

Love this IHOP! Service is the best. The staff always makes you feel welcome like old friends and family. I've never had a bad meal. Cooked and served just the way you request.

We decided to drive and see small friendly old town. And we came here before heading back home. The service is great, very friendly and accommodating to our request. Atmosphere is clean there plenty of parking spaces. So, next time we decide to see Old Fillmore again, we'll definitely eat here.

There were four of us for dinner and all of us enjoyed everything we ordered. I have the fried shrimp and french fries and they were delicious. Are young lady server was so sweet and efficient and kind and helpful.

Good overall The ladies' room needed to be cleaned but other than that, I really enjoyed this restaurant.

Mid afternoon visit. There was only one server (Francisco), one busboy, and one cook visible. 7 tables with customers, most of whom had gotten their plates. Still, we were greeted within a couple of minutes, seated, and polled for the drink order, which delivered in less than five minutes. After ordering, our meals were on the table in around 10 minutes. I had the roast turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, which tasted fine... I mean, it's not Thanksgiving! The other tables were getting occasional visits by the server. The party nearest to us seemed to be anxious about having waited longer than normal for their check. But this is what I expect at an IHOP. Kudos for keeping up service levels despite being understaffed!

This was my first time eating at this IHOP. The food was great and got to me quickly and Rosalba. The waitress was absolutely delightful. I don’t think there is a better waitress around. Great job IHOP, I’ll be back.

Recently road the motorcycle out to Fillmore, CA and once again stopped in at the IHOP for breakfast. I am always impressed and amazed at the quality of service and food at this restaurant. The team collectively is ridiculously friendly to the point of making you feel like family. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, sat down at the bar and ordered. Within 8 minutes I had my food brought to me at the perfect temperature. It feels kind of funny to gush over a restaurant experience, but honestly, this organization just knows how to do things right. Well done, IHOP! Thanks again for another outstanding eating experience. You all ROCK! 👍😎

Love the pancakes and steak tips combination. Yummmmmm.

Great service and very good food.

Ryan M!!! First let me just say his service was great!!! My three year Old spilt, his chocolate milk and without hesitation, Ryan came over with some napkins and a rag and tried cleaning it up. Shortly after my one year-old cousin knocked over his cup of water and there Ryan was again with rags and napkins, ready to clean it up. Every time the kids would drop a crayon Ryan would go find them a new crayon in the color they dropped. Ryan would joke around and talk to the kids every time he was passing by. Between 2 1year-olds A three-year-old a two day old and three adults, Ryan provided excellent customer service. The food was great. The service was even better.

Great place to eat or just think over a cup of coffee. Always pleasant

Traveling and stopped here late afternoon. The manager made us a fresh pot of coffee. We had breakfast food perfectly cooked and a very attentive waiter.

I had sirloin tips with eggs. Very good. Coffee was good. Service was okay. Good place to start your day. Here with my gorgeous nephew.

Always parking and food came out in 5 minutes

The food is always amazing here and the service is questionable since I had to walk up and ask for the refills myself but everything else was(is)great.

This IHOP is where we take our grandchildren. The wait staff is always so good, even when we walk in with 6 children. I love their harvest pancakes and my grandchildren love the happy face and chocolate chip pancakes.

I was VERY disappointed in this establishment because we were seated and guest who came in after us received there drinks and after 10 min we hadn't even got our drink orders taken. We asked the waiter who was handing out silverware to get our server that we hadn't even had our drink orders taken yet. He said ok and proceeded to go over and clean the entire counter and didnt tell anyone what we asked of him. We got up to leave and asked for a manager there was no manager onsite. 9-1-19 at 11am is the date and time. The ONLY reason we stayed and didnt give it 1 star is because of Rosalba. She stopped us from walking and and served us. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in this establishment. Thank you Rosalba for your service. Something NEEDS to be done about the rest of the servers as far as sensitivity training on how they put other people over others.

Ihop Filmore is exceptionally good service.

There were 3 tables (including mine) and it took almost an hour to get our food. And while we waited, they used the microwave to heat up part of our order that had been made, but cooled off. The food was typical of a greasy spoon. Nothing great here.

The eggs were good the hash browns could be more crispy it was a little cold in there overall everyone was friendly the food was good and I would recommend it to other people the bacon was real crispy I like that. The parking could be a little better for larger vehicles so don't plan and take your RV in there.

The prices went way up but the food and service not any better. One guy in our party ordered eggs over easy, they brought scrambled eggs, when we brought it to the servers attention he said, "so, do you want me to have it redone or..... is it ok?". For as much as they are charging make it right without making it awkward.

They were short handed, even the cook was serving and checking on tables. They were very friendly and it was a nice atmosphere 👌.

I had to ask for everything, including my bill! The young lady who was seating people was more helpful than the waitress.

I used to love i hop until they raised their prices so high!!! The food last time was not that good either, how can a omelette be worth 16 dollars and not even come with hash browns and toast? If you go to the one by Disneyland, the food is even more outrageously over priced!!! I mean, 14 bucks for a short stack of pancakes?? Is their flour made of ground caviar? It isn't that good. My homemade pancakes cost like, 75 cents for a short stack. And they are better.

Waited 20 minutes to get seated which was more than OK, it was a Sunday morning but then it took our waiter about 30 minutes to get to us once we got our menu's. This was NOT the servers fault this was managements fault for not having more servers on staff for such a busy day. I think our guy had like 10+ full family sized tables, poor guy, hire more staff please.

I love IHOP but this one smell so bad as soon as you walk in. Service is great, but that nad smells os really bothersome.

5 bucks? 5 bucks for this!!! I could get large fries for 3 dollars at McDonald’s. This is ridiculous. Never again.

There was only three parties at this location, we are one of the three. The other party only had one, and the other party had two. NOT BUSY at all. Our server completely ignored my daughter while we were ordering food. Not ONCE did he check on us while we are eating- I really needed a drink refill. My SO also needed a drink refill in the middle of our meals. The lack of effort in making the food look presentable was obviously ridiculous. Yes, she is going to cut up the pancake, but they could have at least tried to make it look nice instead of quickly putting the pancake together. They are not busy. We have been waiting for refills since I started writing this review. Avoid eating at this location if possible, find another IHOP to enjoy your food.

Waitress was rude by not providing me with kids meal of Mac n cheese, saying it was only for 12 and under!

This restaurant was very disgusting, it smelled of a sewage leak. The food was not good, I can not recommend this place!!

No greeting at the door. People in the lobby looked lost. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes till menus handed to us, no good morning or greetings again. After this, never served!! We had to leave after another 5 minutes waiting. Never going back again.

I found 5 long hairs in my crepes. I told the server and he pulled it with his fingers. And he goes I only see one. Does it really matter how many. There's hair in my food ! I went to pay, I saw the cook, who has long hair with no hair net. I wonder we're the hair came from. Hummm! I was so disgusted. I paid and left.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but come on this place asked for it. Took my mother while she was in town to eat here and they literally screwed up on every item we ordered. Lol. My wife ordered a quesadilla, it came 10 minutes after everyone else got their food. Not once did they ask for refills and when I asked them they got it wrong. Last time we will go here, stick to R&Q if your looking for a bfast spot in Fillmore.
