Definitely one of the best McDonald's I've been too staff was really friendly fast and went above and beyond. Food was nice and hot 🔥 and I have to say one of the biggest parking structures for a McDonald's lots of trees 🌳 all around parked my car right under a tree definitely will come back

My kids loved this place, especially after my son hit the jackpot and won a meal, employees very friendly and food was very fresh and yummy 😋

Stopped over in Fillmore to grab a several combo meals. Meals were served fresh. Fries were served hot just the way I expected. Customer service with a smile was greatly appreciated. Drive through experience was quick and efficient.

The french fries were stated and the coffee i ask didn’t have any creamers or sugar it was horrible

We went on comedy open mic. It was actually really fun and some of them were really funny I was surprised it was so chill there I had a good time wasn't over crowded wasn't all old ppl lol was good variety. Definitely want to go on another comedy night or any night it was chill drinks were good.

Service is super friendly and helpful! They have implemented touch screen kiosks to place orders which can be a bit tedious and can take longer than ordering with any of their 2 regular cashiers. They recently remodeled this location and turned out nicely. Huge parking lot plenty of spaces and also have a drive thru. Bathrooms are always clean and when u ask for sauce they don't give you the stink eye :]

this location has a nice and large parking lot that can accommodate large trucks and trucks with trailers. the dining area is kept clean and the bathrooms are well maintained. to date i have not had any problems with my orders and offers kiosks to order if there is a line. as far as fast food goes this is a solid location and will not dissapoint. other then that Its mickiedees 🤷‍♂️

Always a great pit stop on the 126. There is plenty of parking lot room for trailers, rvs, and a large drive-through for trucks. We were quickly able to order. However, our order was incorrect, so double check before leaving.

Very busy in lunch time. If you want to order the old fashion way (at the counter), be ready to wait. I've waited for almost 5 minutes before someone walked up to see if I needed help. Food is good but it does take a while to get it because if the amount of people that go to this mcdonalds.

The main issue with this McDonalds is that it is probably the most expensive McDonalds I have been to because it is a franchise, not part of the actual corporation. As of recently from August 2025, this location must be understaffed because orders take forever and are often incorrect. Double check your order once you get it.

Food is okay. Sometimes orders are wrong. If I order a big Mac they just throw the sauce in there instead of on the burger. Would help if they gave napkins as well.

I'm visited this restaurant several times and the time it takes them to get food out is always the same. If you dine in, it always take them a long time to get the food out. Their Drive-thru goes way faster. So we know were their priorities are.

Hit and miss with this place. I ordered and paid for two double quarter pounder with cheese combos with added bacon. Received single quarter pounders with no bacon. They also almost forgot our iced coffees. Other days, they manage to get it right. Wish there was more consistent quality service here.

The restaurant was nice, clean, and right off Interstate 5. The employee on the other hand are very RUDE!!!! Opt for the thru drive. I was treated and felt as though they didn't want take my order or even want to help me. They had forgotten straw and other condiments so I went in. It took them what seemed a while, along while to get someone, really anyone to help and the restaurant was pretty much empty. Maybe management feels that since there isn't a lot of options here, customer service is not IMPORTANT!!!!

Sandwiches were barely lukewarm. Fries were undercooked. Disappointing as we were traveling.

There were signs up telling you to limit your time here to 30 minutes. Prices are sky high...but it's California. Both Soap dispensers in restroom were out of soap. I ordered from Kiosk, an order to go, it was shoved at me, and the employee made no eye contact. Just shouted my number. Shoved the order to the edge of counter and left. Not a even a Luke warm or even tepid experience. Go to Carl's Jr a block down the street, better service, better food

Placed our small order online for pick up in store, arrived 12 minutes later, order was not ready. No big deal. I see someone order in person a larger meal than what we ordered, theirs is ready before mine. Our order we find out was seemingly lost, nowhere in the system. They take a look at my phone and say they will get it ready, they bring out someone else's order. They actually take a look at the number finally, see that it doesn't exist anywhere and get it done 20 minutes after arriving, an eternity at McDs

store causes time fraud by marking orders ready for pick up when it isnt

I ordered the MC Delivery because they are promoting it right now. I ordered the big Mac meal, 10 pc nuggets and medium shake and I added a $5 tip for the driver. The order was delivered quick which was too quick because they didn't put the large fries in! I call them up and they tell me they are going to credit me for the fries in 7 to 10 days and if I don't see the credit I need to call back! Absurd. Not doing it again. Last time I ordered 2 big breakfast platters and they didn't put in any syrup! Not worth the grief to have them deliver. Don't do it you will be angry and still hungry.

Tried to order at kiosk and had some problems. Waited at counter about. Not 1 person came to see what we needed. After 10 minutes of no help, we left.

The girl taking the order was very snotty there was no Smiles at all from the manager or the person working the window. My fries were not fresh and I would expect my fries to be fresh since there was a fat line and we had to wait

Drive thru experience bad, checking order was wrong after attendant asked twice what we order. Forgot the fries, blew the hamburger, parked to wait for a correction. Had to go walk in because when brought out they blew it again. Very incompetent help. CHECK YOUR ORDER, don't trust it to be right. Better yet Carl's Jr is right there. Won't be back just bad overall experience

Service used to be good, but noticed a decline in the past year, specifically with wait times, accuracy of order and skimping of fries. Fully check your order before you leave, and if you do curbside pickup take a screen shot showing you chose curbside. Can't tell you how many times I called them after waiting about 10 mins, only to be told they show that I selected in restaurant pickup.... So anoyning

Bought an ice coffee and once I took a sip of it it tasted really bad. At first I thought it was just me so I drank more and it taste like cleaner. Nothing like iced coffee. What a waste of money and time.

Fries are always upside down. Been to other mcdonalds and they pack the fries! We got cheated🤣

Always forgetting part of the order, definitely check your order before you leave. Most of staff is nice. One of the female Managers/Supervisors I watched be kinda rude and mean to one of the register attendants asking for guidance on how to fix my order. Sucks that its the closest McDonald's.

Never get your order right, asked for fresh fries there always cold and luke warm. Burgers always warm never hot off the grill.

They Always miss something, always!!! This last time was my two hash browns, and they're not cheap, common $7.00 for two? And they were missing,,, found out about 5 miles away, waste my time, gas, and a hard time, you need to remember to ask for ketchup or they won't put any or ask you if you want any. I swear, every time, I personally would never go there but the kids... You know!!

Bad customer service. Ordered in the app for curbside pick up. Order was incomplete. After I complained and they replaced food. Food was inedible when I got home. Fillet o fish not fully cooked and buns were burnt. Very disappointed. Be sure to double check your order and the temperature.

The service is horrible and they constantly mess up on orders. This fillmore McDonald's needs to step up their work ethic. But they won't because they get traffic regarldess. Probably lack good workers due to high turnover

The drive-through at this location is the worst from any McDonald’s specially early in the morning takes them 15 minutes just to serve me one large coffee

Viviana was so rude to me and my kids. We went in and I have never been so appalled by a service workers attitude. I understand she’s young, but that is still no way to treat a paying customer.

The Fries Were Cold And Not Cooked Properly. The Coffee I Asked For Was 12 Sweeteners And Two Packets Of Sugar And It Was Straight Up Organic Cold No Sweetener No Sugar Coffee. The Chicken Nuggets Were Cold And Stale.

I ordered 2 meals through uber eats and only recived 1 drink. I could understand if they forgot a drink but all the food SMH. I've been trying to call every 5 minutes for the past hour and the line is busy like it's off the hook or something. Ill only Support the mom and pop shops.

Chicken nuggets were dry/chewy and tasted like they had been sitting out. French fries were cold and soggy.

Beware people ordering doordash. This location does not double check food before it gets sealed to go. I called 14 times because they forgot my mother in law's iced coffee and they never answered. This is not the first time they missed part of her doordash order

Don’t bother ordering the 20 piece nuggets; they’re just going to charge you for 2 10’s and say it’s the same price (it’s not).
