When in Texas, stopping at In-N-Out is always a must for a terrific burger, fries, and shake. This visit I went with a protein-style burger—and honestly, who says you need a bun? Still just as satisfying. I always order my fries well done 😋 and paired them with a classic strawberry shake. That combo alone is reason enough to stop in. Service is consistently friendly—you’re always greeted right away—and orders come out quickly. Of course, timing matters anywhere, but this location clearly has it figured out. A nice bonus: the staff even comes around to clear your trash once you’re finished. Tables are always clean and the place runs like a well-oiled machine. What’s not to love about In-N-Out?
This was only my second time eating at In-N-Out Burger after living in the area for over a year. I wanted to wash the debate regarding whether What-a-burger is better. Well, I still think both places are equal in ratings. But, I must say the In-N-Out staff provides great service and are extremely kind. Staff members such as Nate were extremely helpful and took great care in making sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be back. The food is great as well.

Excellent In N Out location. Service and food are top notch. I appreciate the lower prices for a quality cheeseburger that this chain offers. This particular location has excellent service. The employee Cade in particular seemed to go above and beyond the typical expectation of a fast food restaurant, seeing that we had kids with us and willingly taking the food to our table for us. 100% recommend this spot for a quality cheeseburger

Always a plus cheeseburger with everything. Hot fresh n filling. Hubby got a double double and fries. He said fries are fantastic! I said probably because there are no preservatives. The whole meal was 10.45.
God bless in and out, I wish we had one in Decatur and I didn’t have to drive all the way to Denton. It’s such a blessing to be able to go order food get it in a timely manner. I’ve never had them mess it up. I have celiac and I order everything Protein style, which is incredible and it’s nice to be able to have the french fries because everything is safe. They always have great attitudes. The food is always amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.

Excellent experience overall. This was my second time to an In-N-Out Burger, and it was the first time my wife has ever been. She enjoys Five Guys, but said that she enjoyed her experience even more! I’d say the fries were a little dry, but the burger was excellent.
Went here on September 15th, 2025. It was my first time trying In N Out as we don’t have one in Connecticut, this place was amazing! It was the one restaurant I was looking forward to the most while visiting, and it does not disappoint! I got a regular burger that’s animal style, and the animal style fries. Both were very tasty, almost reminds me of the Big Mac sauce from McDonald’s, but better! Hopefully when I visit Texas again, I will come back here! Great experience overall
Best burgers in town. Always get mine just how they come except I have them grill the onions. I get two for 12, my roommate eats three for 18. Their shakes are good too. Extremely good prices. I just wish they delivered. Definitely my favorite burger place!!!
We stopped to eat on our way home from Six Flags. The food and service was great. Also one of the co-workers gave my kids stickers and a hat.

In-N-Out is hands down our favorite burger spot! We always go out of our way to stop by whenever we’re in a city that has one. I had a cheeseburger protein style, which swaps the bun for fresh, crisp lettuce—so good and still super satisfying. My husband ordered his usual 4x2 (four patties, two slices of cheese, also protein style), and we shared an order of fries extra crispy—perfectly done! The quality is always high, the food is fresh, and they’ve never messed up our order. The employees are always friendly, efficient, and professional. In-N-Out continues to be a top-tier experience every single time!
Trying In-N-Out Burger again after 6 or 7 years. Back when we lived in Cali, this was my husband’s and my favorite burger. The food looks exactly like the pictures, tastes amazing, and is reasonably priced. The staff’s service is quick and attentive.
Moved to Texas in Mid May 2023. I was Impressed that this In N out was better than California's In N Out places, which I've tried for 33 years. The fries came crispy & perfectly done. they were also large, with integrity. The burger was very tasty. The service always is the best compared to all other burger places. Price is reasonable. Food come out fast. Great Sunday lunch.
Consistent food, atmosphere, price, and service. You can't go wrong. Only thing I can recommend is if you can convince your family not to get onions in the burger if you're on a road trip with them because everyone will have onion breath in the car and it's not preferred.

Udpate: 04-09-23 I went back hoping to enjoy my meal and give a better review, but unfortunately that was not able to happen. The Customer service was awesome but the food was just not it for me! ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS COLD, we had to heat it up as soon as we got there (we literally live down the street). This will be my second and last visit. The building was really nice and they have good customer service, but we took the food to the house, it was less the 5 minutes away and the food was cold. The fries were extremely cold not good at all. And this was my first time at in-in-out.
