ordered take out and the large was the biggest pizza I've ever seen. I barely fit out the front door, had to put it in my trunk for the way home and call bulk trash pickup for the box (kidding). The pizza was great and I'm having a slice of leftover right now.

So delicious. Quick service and pizza was fantastic. The huge pizzas are even not terrible price wise (I believe the cheese was $24, pepperoni was $26 and 3 toppings $34) We probably should have got one of those for our family as we only had 4 people there, but sadly, I don't want all meat on my pizza and my carnivore boys don't want mainly veggies.

I ordered a slice of pizza with 3 toppings. I requested the server to make it spicy and he blew my mind( with a lot of options- ghost pepper, scorpion pepper, carolina pepper). I loved every bit of it. I will know tomorrow morning the after effects of it. Yogurt and milk in desert for me. Flavor was good and a very friendly crew. Its a good place to bring your family and try different slices of pizza. I will be visit again for sure.

Pizza is amazing, there is not a NY style pizza restaurant around that comes even close. Employees were friendly and food cooked fairly timely but could tell staff was overwhelmed. Noticed they have about 5 different mobile apps people can order from (DoorDash, grub hub, etc.). Think logistically speaking would make more sense to stick with one delivery service so not getting bombarded with orders coming from all directions. Just my 2 cents! Hope they will figure it out and stay a long time because food was great!!

I absolutely love this place. I come here often (about once a week) and it has NEVER disappointed. The fresh ingredients, the hefty portions, the service, not to mention the to die for dough make your experience 20x better. Do yourself a favor and come try this pizza, and pair it with a great beer. Your taste buds will thank you!!!

At 4:30 New Years Day my wife ordered a 24 inch 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom pizza to be ready at 5:30. I arrived about 5:20 and after waiting a few minutes for the lady to finish pouring a beer for someone in the dining room. I paid and was given my fresh and hot pizza. The nice lady apologized for any delay and informed me that they were short on employees. The pizza was great! I will order from the Frisco, TX NY Pizza and Pints again. I will ask them how long before the pizza will be ready and plan accordingly.

We went here for lunch. My son had the pepperoni sliders which was on French bread and easy for him to eat since the pieces were cut smaller. My wife and I built our own 14" pizza with artichoke hearts, feta, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and spinach. It was very good! They also have a good selection of beer on tap. I got the Tupps IPA!

If you care of the quality of what you eat, I would recommend ordering your pizza from here. Finding good pizza is not easy and since this location opened in our area we have not ordered the "usual brand" delivery type. The big plus is that they sell individual slices, so you can mix 'n match. People, the slices are also HUGE! I truly hope that they can stay open for a long time. We order via Doordash and it always arrives fresh.

I have been disappointed lately with restaurants with 4.5+ stars and decided to give it a chance for a NY pizza place with low stars and I loved the pizza! I Ordered DoorDash. I do recommend!

I grew up in Queens NY. I LOVED the local pizza in our neighborhood. Since i moved to Texas i have not found a place that can make a classic NY style cheese pizza until today. I came to NY pizza and pints with hopes of eating pizza from my childhood and it didn't disappoint. I absolutely loved it. Not only was it a beautiful cheese pizza but it's flavor brought back memories from my childhood in NY. I will definitely be recommending this spot to all my friends and family.

To start off the atmosphere of the place was so nice could not be better in my opinion. We got a Pepperoni Piezilla with Italian Sausage, this thing was HUGE and it tasted so good. We also got buffalo wings, omg the wings were AMAZING. The man who helped us (Aaron) was so nice and helpful ! I'd deffinitly go again.

The pizza slices were huge and very tasty! They had several options for the pizza slices so you could choose the one you like. The bathrooms were very clean. The music was good and it provided a nice atmosphere to hangout with friends and enjoy some good pizza! The staff were very kind and patient! 10/10 would recommend.

Great place!! Only been open 14 days so far. Tried the garlic knots bc of a low review but they were delicious! Google should take that other review down (lol) Also, had the 5 meats - equally amazing. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait till their liquor license goes through. This will be my go to place to bring friends and family moving forward! :-)

a gentleman hit the nail on the head with the pizza being as close to a true NY style pizza & it being as good as it gets for the area. this will be my go-to when i’m in the mood for pizza. he was also spot on with the atmosphere needing a little extra oomph. a lot of other reviewers have been fairly dramatic, if we are being honest. for example complaining about light sauce but you’re going in to eat a NY style pizza … cmon. anyways, if you could get somebody in this store to spic up the vibes & properly run the place, this place would be A1! 🍕

The man at the counter was very nice, my pizza was fantastic. I got a BYO Slice with Italian sausage, meatball, and salami. I also had a pint of Half Life beer and that was incredible. I highly recommend this pizza place. It's small and the vibe is amazing.

Pizza is the bomb and employees were very courteous. Came here on a recommendation from a friend and don’t regret it. I will definitely be back!

We moved here from Florida and have a hard time finding our "pizza spot". Finally, we found it! We usually do takeout because it is easier for our family (little kids) but we ate in last week and it was delicious! Pizza crust and sauce is by far our favorite in the area. It's always cooked to perfection and the staff is really friendly.

Hands down the best New York-style pizza I’ve found in Texas! As a pizza lover, I’m always on the hunt for that authentic, thin, foldable slice with a perfect ratio of crispy crust, rich sauce, and gooey cheese and this place nailed it. The crust has that perfect char, and each bite takes me back to my favorite NYC pizzerias. They don’t skimp on toppings, either, and the flavors are just right without being overly greasy. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and the taste makes it absolutely worth the visit. If you’re craving real NY pizza, this is the spot!

First time here and can't wait to go back. Ordered meatball, onion and mushroom slicezilla with half house salad. Salad was a great size for half an order and the ranch was delicious. Pizza came out quickly and was super hot. Decided to eat all the pizza and take the salad home for leftovers. Pictures don't fully show how large the slices are. This is great NY pizza.

If you love NY style pizza, this is the spot for you!! We stopped in for lunch and decided to try their lunch special. You couldn't beat the price for a salad, a slice and a drink. I wasn't expecting much to be honest but I was amazed by the amount of food we received as well as the quality. Most pizza joints offer a pretty boring and basic salad. Probably with lettuce and a tomato wedge at most. Not here. Fully loaded salad with cucumber, onion, tomato, cheese and croutons.....oh, and it's huge. Then, they bring out our slices of pizza. Believe me when I tell you that the slice of pizza is the same size as an infant!! Two hands are definitely required. I'm not ashamed to say that I didn't even put a dent in it and had to bring the rest home. Which by the way was just as fabulous reheated in the air fryer oven later! They offer other specialty pizzas as well. I definitely would check this place out...I don't think you'll be disappointed. I only wish I lived closer.

I’ve gotten the lunch special twice now - a slice, salad, and drink for $8.99. Love that they have Stubborn sodas. Ask for easy dressing on the salad or it will be overdone. Pizza is thin and crispy with good flavor. Slice is large and plenty of food for lunch. Friendliness of staff was 50/50, but everyone has bad days! I will go back for sure.

First time here and was impressed by the taste of the food. My wife (from Conneticut) was impressed with the marinara. It really reminded her of NY marinara. The Pepperoni Sliders were amazing! The Pepperoni Slicezilla was very tasty. Garlic knots are "knot" to pass up. Its a great place to bring the kiddos or to have a nice cozy date. We will be coming back.

I love this place! I think only people that are truly from New York would appreciate this environment the food, the music, the whole vibe. I’ve been coming here for years and it is the only pizza that you will ever have that taste like a New York sliced pizza.

I moved from NY (Buffalo) a couple months ago and have been fairly disappointed with pizza here. And wings, ugh. I saw this place on Google and gave it a try because of the name. Pizza was pretty good for here, The wings were good, too. I will pickup from here again.

This place is awesome. Pizza is Huge and tasty. Wish they had one in San Antonio.

In the past, there have been a few problems with my pizza deliveries from Pizza hut. That being said, I will be the first person to change my reviews/opinions if a restaurant "redeems" themselves with either new staff, new training, raising the quality of their food/service, etc. and this is definitely a time! I ordered two large pizzas several nights ago from this location and a 2-liter of beverage. I was surprised to see how quickly the order was delivered, in addition to the fact that the 2-liter was ice cold, which rarely has happened in the past. In the past, the pizzas would frequently arrive with the top of the boxes pushed down into the pizzas, causing the majority of the cheese and some of the toppings to be stuck to the inside of the box cover - leaving very little in the actual pizzas. This time - not the case! The boxes were intact, handled well, and the pizzas retained all of their toppings! The only suggestion I have for this location is that if they could extend the toppings all the way out to the crust, the pizzas would be perfect! The pizzas were cooked to perfection; not too crisp, not too soft - they were just as I have always loved my Pizza hut pizzas to be. I can't wait until the next order! I also include a note in my online order that I appreciate them and to stay safe - it is my desire to make sure they know how appreciated they are in this time of a pandemic, and I am greatly appreciative of the care they take in bringing our food, as well as keeping themselves safe.

Love the people that work here first of all. Always friendly and always get the orders right. We order quite a bit from here. Prices are amazing and food is always good. We pick up most times and deliver from time to time. Guy answering phones tonight was super professional on a busy night and driver was courteous and extremely nice kid. I put "make with love, please" on the special instructions, kind of as a joke since me and my friend both have chronic pain issues and were in a lot of pain yesterday. The girl who made our pizza made a smiley face with the pepperoni and took a picture before she cooked it so we could see it! She brought the pizza to our car and showed us, and it made our day so much better. I'm not even joking when I say we could taste the love in the pizza.

It's Pizza hut, which is great. This review is for the driver, however. We get to enjoy having one of the best delivery drivers every time we order. Such a nice, and cheerful guy - this means a lot to the customer. Take care of your drivers, they are the first and last impression. :)

I've ordered from here several times both delivery and pick-up. The drivers are always fast and friendly. I like that they always offer me cheese and pepper (unlike other chains that you have to request at the time of the order.) My order has been correct every time so far (about 8 or 9 times). I did experience someone in front of me complain one time that their pizza was incorrect. I watched as the cashier was friendly, apologized, and quickly made them a replacement pie. It's good to know that if I ever do have an issue I know they will fix it. I love the stuffed crust pizza, boneless hot wings, and chocolate chip cookies. It's also a great value to feed my family as they always seem to have some kind of deal going on.

Everything was correct, delivered hot and in good condition. Upgrading to 5 stars for this interaction. ------------ Previous review: Consistent readiness of food for take out is a plus here. The quality of the food is also consistent at this location. A year ago we had all but given up on Pizza Hut and Yum Brands in general. Since they have moved this location, we gave them a try and were pleasantly surprised. Pizza take out is simple, have it on time and get the order right. They do both very well. Staff are friendly and efficient. The small dining area is always clean and well organized. Pervious review some months back. This one is 8/25/17. Orders are starting to consistently be late. I'm not talking about a few minutes. Today it was 30 minutes. This location seems to be slipping as this is it the first time.

I walked in, ordered the slicezilla, and had it in my hands in LESS than 10 minutes. Fine service. I told the guy I liked an extra 30 second cook and he said no problem. I’d say this is some of the best pizza in Texas especially if you like that big NY style.

I think that this place had a rocky start. I just had my 2nd visit on takeout. They really are trying to please. It took some time to get their beer licence, and now they are trying to work out the kinks on their beer cooler. Now the pizza. I think it's great. The cheese they use is really good just like NY/NJ pizza. The slices are huge. I would definitely give them a try. Keep in mind that this is a new startup during hard times with covit. Supply chains are struggling. Labor is hard to come by. Give this place a chance and try not to tear it down before it has a chance to thrive. Once the kinks are worked out it can be 5 stars!

Came here because it’s one of the few places, based on research, that sells NY style pizza by the slice. Looking at the menu, I thought the Slicezilla was pretty overpriced. Until I got the store and saw the monstrosity inside the pizza box, waiting for me and daring me. Slicezilla is aptly named. I got two slices but I honestly could only finish the first and 1/4 of the second. Taste was super decent. The only thing I would’ve liked more was probably a sweeter marinara sauce and/or basil on the slice and a low mozzarella cheese (the slice seemed a bit oily). Would definitely come back for it.

Solid Pizza and Salad. Homie in here working by himself was holding this place together! I’m always inspired by guys working by themself and serving people timely. As a New Englander, this pizza passes. It’s a 7.1 TX slice.

Loved the pizza. I picked a bad combo. Intrigued by lamb gyro, I chose this as my meat. I added chopped garlic (unfortunately, not fresh chopped ) and wicked peppers. Wicked intrigued me, thinking heat, but they were chopped pickled cherry peppers. I'll be back to play with their topping combos

This is pretty close to authentic New York pizza that I was able to find in my area. Not bad at all. I appreciate that you can customize your slice, and their pepperoni sliders were good. Big portions. Will come back again.

Staff was really nice and made my meatball alfredo mozzarella sandwich. it was delicious. Stopped in for lunch, it seems like more of a take out place; due for update.

Pizza delicious, staff very friendly. Big NY style slices. You can actually hear it sizzling in the oven. Crispy delicious crust. Nice selection of beers, not the usual stuff, on tap. Prices reasonable. When not busy, staff could keep the unoccupied tables cleaner, faster. Other than that, no down side seen. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Worth a try!

The pizza is great! Ordered the giant 24" pizza twice now. The 24" large is so massive you can barely fit the pizza box in the car! 😎 Ask to have the slices double cut unless you want gigantic 2 hand slices. So far the only downside to this place is they cant keep up with any type of customer volume and when they get busy they turn the phones off and you have to drive up to the location to put in an order unless you order online and want to pay for door dash or grub hub to deliver it. I have ordered from here 2 time and the first time was over the phone with pizza ready in 30 min and the second time they cut the phone lines and I had to drive up to the store to order and the pizza was ready in an hour.

We got the margarita pizza and NY style pepperoni. The NY style pepperoni was huge and delicious. It was oily and salty in a great way that I feel pepperoni should be. Crust was soft and a little crispy. Sauce was also pretty good. One of the best NY pizzas I’ve had since moving to the area from NY about a year ago. The margarita pizza had a great smell but didn’t have much taste. The tomatoes we watery. Will definitely go back but probably only get one pie 😅 SO MUCH food for a reasonable price.

Pizza was good and fresh! Their cinnamon sticks are also a great add as well. I would say, the wings are lower tier. That would be my only negative comment. Overall though, pizza was great and employees were friendly.

Well, for pizza, it's ok. I did enjoy the fact that I was well taken care of. They could not find my order so I wasn't charged as it had to be made from scratch. I was impressed. I left a good tip, naturally. I believe people are more important than food. I try not to let food quality get in the way of that. I may not go back if the food is bad, but to show the people appreciation if the service is good is paramount. My two cents.

Okay, so the reason why I am giving this place a 3 star rating is that the price of the pizza is ridiculously high. For one slice, you're looking at around 7 dollars. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is pretty decent and the slice is relatively large, but even after having it, I was still hungry and not satisfied. I would honestly pay about $4 for a slice like that, and not 7. Kind of a rip off.

Slices are huge and so delicious. Marinara is also so good. But they are either super understaffed or poorly managed. When I call to pick up a curbside order, I was put on a hold for like 5-10 minutes. If you hang up, there is no other line, so you just get a message that the number isn’t set up for voicemail until they come back to the phone and end the call. Another time I called and the phone was picked up and set down with no greeting. If the food wasn’t so good, I would never recommend.

Pizza is good, but not great. Prices are a bit higher than comparable places. Time to get a slice was excessive, it took about 25 minutes from order to receiving my slice at the table for dine in. Also, I didn't notice any "pints". I was there for lunch, so I didn't think about ordering a beer, but I didn't notice any taps and no beers were posted on the menu board. Maybe I missed it.

Toppings need to be cooked a little longer. Seems like a salad on top of a pizza. Toppings should be intermingled with cheese so they don’t fall off the slice while trying to eat it.

This place has a lot of potential. The pizza is as close as you’ll get to NYC slice in Frisco. Beer is good too. The atmosphere and vibe is just not great. No energy inside the dining room. This place should be packed in weekends, but only a few customers eat inside. Again, the pizza is good. A note to the owners: get a great operator to run this place and you’ll be printing cash.

I love this place. But my last two order have been absolutely terrible. Both incorrect orders (like none of the staff speaks English) And tonight when I came in the cook tried to make it right, but rushed the pizza and it was so soggy when I got home the kids didn’t even want it anymore and I had to recook the whole pizza in my oven. Plus, I’m pretty sure I was over charged. Huge waste of $45. Management- I’d like for you all to make this right. I’m happy to give feedback. We really love your food but the last two times we have come in have been very, very poor.

Their daily special is great! Pizza was ok but big slice. It's too thin for me, but not bad. Loved they had black cherry soda on tap! Meatball sub had no meatballs! Just small pieces of meat and sauce. That I did not like but I didn't order eat. My friend didn't either.

The good part is the pizza. Giant size for $7. I ordered the custom with sausage, mushroom and tomato. The bad part is the atmosphere. We were there 4pm in the afternoon on a Thursday. This place was dirty. Almost all tables had crumbs and dirt on the floor. Bulbs were out in several of the hanging Edison bulbs. Not sure if the NY sign should have more than 2 working ? Anyway, order pizza to go, because they are yummy!

Tonight must not be the night to come here. We ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and 2 beers. Beer was poured a bit poorly, but it tasted great!We have been waiting on our 2 slices of pizza for 25 minutes so far. I'm not sure what is going on, but the takeaway orders are flying out the door. We were just told that they are making house pies and it'll be about 10 more minutes. Another 15 minutes added for 2 slices of cheese pizza. Total time would be 45 minutes for 2 slices of pizza. Man with glasses came out from back to refund our money. Total attitude, but come on! Patrons there were all saying that the pizza is the best! It's a shame. We will try again another day. No excuses, just get it together! I'd love to be able to change my review!

Got a nother order with mine, and part of my order missing. Food was great!

The pizza is fine. I did take take out, and the credit card machine defaulted to a 20% tip. I thought 20% way too low for take out…they actually put my pizza in a box for me to take out, and they did it WITHOUT me asking! So, I boosted the tip up to 40%. Great service !

I called at 5pm for a pickup order for 6pm for a large pie and garlic bread. Get their at five minutes before 6pm and my order wasn't ready. Told me another 15 minutes as they were busy and the dining room wasn't even busy which only had about 3 tables occupied. They had a full hour notice for 6pm pickup, worst service ever. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Only reason I keep coming back because my kids love their pizzas. They really need to improve the service.

We went the first few times after they opened and despite the slow service, we enjoyed the food. Seemed to be pretty good despite the wait. Went back today...what happened?? The cheese tasted off...like they had gone to using the cheap stuff and the pizza was a bit undercooked. That was us picking it up. Good thing I showed up 20 min early vs the pickup time they gave me as it was already sitting on top of the oven waiting for me under a stack of other orders. Not sure we'll go back. Too bad.

This was the most awkward dining experience ever. We walked in to dine in and was told it would be 40 min for our pizza to cook because there were to go orders in front of us. We placed our order and they told us to come back that they would call us. We came back, was handed our pizza in a box and told to sit down and eat. We went back to the counter to get our desserts that we ordered and they handed them to us in what looked like a used walmart bag. There were other diners being waited on and served normally. Good food but bad service. We won’t be back.

The little Edgar was working hard but pizza was gross and under cooked. Place was dirty and understaffed. All of the Parmesan shakers were empty half of the Coke selections in the fountain machine were empty floors were sticky, just gross. The one over in the Allen outlets is much better..

Only go if you have at least an hour to kill. Very poor staffing job; kitchen staff are extremely slow. Anyone who ordered waited a minimum of 40 minutes for their pizza. Some people were waiting an hour or more. It wasn't that busy when we were there...at least not for the total capacity. NY style pizza doesn't take that long to bake so not sure why they were struggling so much. The crust was not as crisp on the bottom as more typical NY style pizza, so possibly their oven isn't hot enough? The pizza was very good when we finally got ours. I will add that those ordering a slice of pizza had the longest wait times; the two orders ahead of us (for dine in) had slices as part of or all of their order. They were still waiting when we left which meant they had waited significantly more than an hour. Card reader was broken. Half of the sodas were broken. Regularly staff couldn't find where in the line up people's orders were, and at least one order had been lost. The cashier was the only one who seemed to know how to get things done. As stated, despite the name no pints; they don't have a liquor license and can't sell alcohol. All in all, if I know ahead of time by an hour or more that I want a pizza and order it to go this would be fine...assuming they could give me an accurate pick up time which I highly doubt. Very disappointed.

I called in advance for two slices of pizza. Once I arrived, I totally expected my order to be ready. Other than a couple at a table, I was the only customer. Once I paid, I waited. After 15 minutes I asked for an updated. This same person walked by me twice without mumbling a word! It eventually took 45 minutes for my order. I actually took off to run a nearby errand instead waiting and being ignored. The slices were good and huge but the pricing seemed high. Overall, did not like my experience

Weird vibe. Everything came out at once. Salad & pizza. Wings much later. Slow service. The pizza itself was decent. Nothing horrible just not my thing.

My wife and I came here on their soft opening. It was their first day opening, so I know there are going to be some kinks to be worked out. So, here is my review based on our experience. We ordered to go at 5:46pm. We ordered the garlic knots, a full Caesar salad, and a Bronx 14" pizza. We got our order at 6:13pm and the young man working there accidentally dropped our Caesar salad. He quickly made a new one. Great job! When we got home, we discovered that our salad was missing the garlic bread and that our garlic knots (some) were burnt. The pizza was in good shape. 2 out of 5 stars for the Caesar salad. It was over dressed and was nothing to write home about. Flavor of the sauce was good. I personally think it was a little pricey for what I got. 3 out of 5 stars for the garlic knots. Half were burnt. Marinara sauce was tasty! 4 out of 5 stars for the Bronx pizza. It was awesome. It definitely reminded me of NY pizza. They nailed it. I gave it four stars because $18 is a little too pricey for the 14" size. I would order the Bronx again. In conclusion, I would give this place another shot. I really had high expectations and they were not met today. I really wanted this place to be my local pie joint. They also did not have any beer today.

Update 3/10/24 Decided to comeback now that this place has been open fpr a while. Ordered a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza & garlic Knotts The "2 pizzas were ready & I was told they need 5 min for the Knotts. Reason? The oven doesn't have enough room! As im told this lame excuse, the place is COMPLETELY empty & so is the oven! To make matters worse. My pizzas were wrong. They gave me a Supreme & cheesy bread. Pros: The food! My son & I had garlic knots & a cheese pizza. Great, fresh tasting sauce. Good cheese. I give the food 4 stars on their own Cons: Ambiance, staff & NO PINTS!!! Came to watch a soccer game & have good pizza & beer. Muted TV with 25% of the screen being blocked by the captions. I asked staff if they can turn on volume. They said no, because they play music (which you can barely hear) When I ordered pizza, I asked for it extra crispy & the lady looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language! I asked for a beer menu & they said they only have Modelo! Lol keep in mind the place is named NY Pizza & Pints! The Modelo was free at least cuz they dont have a liquor license If you're looking for good pizza I recommend take out. Eating there sucked

Went there a few times right after they opened. Like everybody else, they were short on help. BUT, the pizza was great. Can overlook a lot when the product is that good. When calling in the order, received recorded message that message box had not been set up yet so I went there to order in person and found dinning room empty, two of the employees listening to the radio and visiting AND the phone ringing off the wall and nobody answering it. Ordered my pizza. Took it home an enjoyed it. Next week called in. Same thing. Nobody answered. I knew what was happening but really liked their pizza so I bit the bullet and went their to order and wait. Same thing. No manager anywhere. Kids running the store. Two customers. Pizza not the same. Lack of leadership/management has finally taken it's toll on the product. Complained via email to their other units (this is a franchise) but nobody cares. Won't go back. Sad...

Ordered and paid for a pizza online. When I arrived to pick it up the employee was extremely rude. She tried to make me pay a second time for the pizza. The pizza itself was missing sauce, and two other ingredients. Not to mention part of the crust was burnt black. I will not be getting pizza here again.

Went tonight 03/21/24. My wife and daughter had arrived slightly before me and put in our order of 1 slice of cheese, 1 pepperoni, 12 garlic wings. After arriving and sitting with the family, an employee walks up to my wife at the table with a receipt and tells her, as he points at the receipt, “the wings are not there”. Confused, we look at each other and then back at him. He repeats, “the wings are not there.” “Oh, you don’t have any wings”, I say. He says, “yes” and just stares at us. “Okay”, the wife says, “let me look at the menu again and choose something else.” She settles on a meatball sandwich. 25 minutes later, no sandwich and mind you, we have been sitting in the restaurant ALONE. I go to the counter to ask where it is and a guy in the kitchen asks if I’m there for carry out. I’ve been sitting in the dining room for 45 minutes! Then, the employee that took my wife’s order, told us “the wings were not there”, looks at me as if he has never seen me and asks if he can help! I say, “yeah! We ordered the meatball sandwich 30 minutes ago! Where is it!?” They stare at me blankly so I yell at my wife across the room, “you ain’t gettin that sandwich! Just get a refund!” Then the 2 guys hustle in the back and come out with the sandwich. The guy that took my wife’s order said, “sorry…we thought it was for carry out”. Yes, that’s right the employee that physically spoke to my wife MULTIPLE times, after letting her order wings that they didn’t have, selecting a different menu item FROM HIM, seeing us in the dining room for 45 MINUTES, he packs it up as a carry out order for SOMEONE ELSE! And on top of all that after my wife ordered a fountain drink she told, “no ice.” Sorry for the rant. TLDR: This place used to be decent. Now it BLOWS.

On Saturday night I waited over an hour at the store for my pick up. There were 3 people working. 1 cook, 1 kid getting boxes and 1 woman taking orders. People were coming in to place orders and leaving because the woman at the front was on the phone the whole time and ignoring her customers in the store. It was utter chaos. When I finally got my order I asked to speak with someone to voice my opinion on what transpired. I was told I would have to wait for Monday because no manager was there. I basically got no where with her either after talking with her today. I’ve been to other Pizza and Pints and had great experiences. I would steer clear of this location.

Today was the most horrible experience. I went there with my family with 2 kids. After order they told me 30mins. Other customers were complaining it's been an hour and they were still waiting for their pizza. I ordered 1 14" pepperoni and mushrooms, a slice of pepperoni and wings. It took over an hour and the kids were getting hungry. The thing that is disappointing is that no one came to give us an update or told me it was gonna take an hr when I ordered. I would of went somewhere else. I had to go ask and the worker told me another 15mins. Another customer that was also waiting with kids just got their refund. When the food finally came out 1hr 15mins The pizza was burnt. The wings came out 15mins later and it was soaking in oil. The quality was horrible and after we had to ask for the pizza slice pepperoni. It also came out burnt. The thing is if you know your busy at a certain time, you should have a better system. They were so unorganized. I would never go back. There are so many pizza places to choose from and we chose here. Never again.

Pizzas were okay. But the owner or whoever was on counter was really lack or up to some extent senseless. Doesn’t understand order, no water - water machine is broken. Pushes to buy drink, doesn’t carry any standard Pepsi and Coke products. Useless cheap soda which taste horrible. Pizza slices priced differently on menu, when you order it comes out with different price. Overall not friendly environment for okay food.

I honestly think their oven thermostat is broken. Ordered the cheese bread and when I asked if they could remake it I was told “that’s the way the bread is” and offered a refund. We ordered slices and when they came out they were just as burnt.

Pizza has a good flavor... Service was terrible. Curb side is non existent when they won't answer their phone. Staff was rude and unprofessional. We had to wait 30 minutes past the time our order was supposed to be finished. After all that, the pizza was cold. The prices are for a xl or large pizza but the pizza is the size of a medium. If you want to feel bad about spending your money this is the place for you. I won't be back! The current 3.5 is too generous. When I shared my experience with chownow they weren't even able to get them on the phone.

I called to place an order for my children and the manager picked up then asked me if I could wait. She set the phone down before I file answer her. Then I could hear he take other peoples orders for 10 minutes and 47 seconds. She never came back to the phone. I eventually hung up never getting to place an order. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a problem the last two times I placed my order and it took over 2 hours to get my order while I waited inside the pizza place. The manager is not fit to run anything.

As someone who has loved this place for awhile it has become unbearably unprofessional, very very disappointed… over Father’s Day my family had ordered food online for our event and when we went to go pick up all the way from Celina they were locked, lights off and no one there; even though they were supposed to be open. Finally got ahold of someone after HOURS of trying to resolve this issue and she had apologized and given us the offer of a free pizza to accommodate the time and issue. However, today we went to order over the phone to order a large pizza and also our free comped pizza and when we called they said “English not good” and hung up on us 3 different times. Never coming here again and warning everyone about this place.

Writing this review after my final experience with this location. The food when actually prepared correctly is good, but not worth the hassle and wait it takes to get it. My last time ordering with this location, I placed an order for pick up for a 14 inch pepperoni pizza and wings at 1:15pm. The employee took my order and stated “15 to 20 minutes”. I was slightly hesitant as my last experience the employees stated the same thing and I ended up waiting an hour for a take out order. But i still ordered. I show up 30 minutes later, the staff stated that they didn’t have wings readily available and it would take 40 minutes to prepare. I asked why didn’t they at least attempt to contact me about it but they gave me a blank stare. I told them I’d just take my pizza, the staff stated that it would be another 10 minutes for the pizza. Now I would understand a long wait time if the restaurant was busy, but no one was inside. In fact it seemed that some employees were going through some training, not something a well run restaurant would do if they were busy. Finally my pizza comes out and I inspect the pizza, The crust was barely cooked and the cheese didn’t seem like it was cooked either. I left their uncooked food and their location almost an hour later extremely unhappy at how unprofessional and poorly run this establishment is. My experience before this was very similar with waiting almost an hour for a regular pizza. I do not recommend this location at all. I called the McKinney location and they even stated that kind of service is unacceptable and even offered me a free pizza.

At first glance it looks like a cool establishment, but after the tasting it went downhill. I'm not wanting to roast on them but it's definitely not the best pizza in town. My family and I all agreed it tasted like a frozen pizza from the grocery, I also couldn't get it out of my head that the crust tastes like the outer edge of a pot pie, and the cheese was gritty almost, and in my opinion lacked authentic flavor. (Avoid the meatballs 🫣) All in all it was a little below basic Sadly won't be back but good luck guys

Walked in to pickup an order I placed by phone, the guy stares for good 30 seconds and says, "oh you place order"...um yes thats why I'm here. He checks and says 10 minutes, they started making the pizza 5 mins AFTER I got there (order was placed 30 minutes earlier over the phone). The guy was wiping his sweaty face with a dirty rag and was boxing pizzas with his bare hands right after. Gross! Not sure what happened to this place but will not return. Poor service, place felt dirty and pizza didn't taste the same.

Called on a Tuesday to place a pickup order. Was put on hold for several minutes. Hung up, called back and was put on hold again but this time for about a minute. Placed an order for 1 pizza and had to ask how long till it would be ready. Was put on hold again so the call taker could go find out, was told 15 minutes.... Showed up in 15 minutes but waited an additional 3 minutes due to the fact that the 1 customer in front of me had their order messed up. Finally gave them my name for my order and after going to check and some confused faces I was told it would be an additional 8 minutes (my pizza wasn't even in the oven). Told them to keep it and left to order from my normal pizza spot with no issues. No idea if this pizza is worth a dam or not but I can tell you for what it's worth, not a single person working in this place has ever eaten a real NY pizza or even been to NYC for that matter. That doesn't automatically mean the pizza is bad but this feels like a typical gimmick type place charging high prices and using ingredients from Kroger. Could be wrong about that but I am 100% sure the customer service is bad and they are not even close to running a pizza joint correctly. Imagine.....had I initially been told on the phone that they are short staffed or busy and "sorry, but my order would take 30 minutes," they might be getting a great review right now instead.

Waited for 50 minutes for 3 slices of pizza. There were no other customers when we ordered. We finally got up to ask (along with another couple who ordered shortly after us and also hadn’t gotten their food) only for them to realize they never even put the slices in the oven. So frustrating. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving.

Absolutely horrible service! We went in for dine in and ordered 3 slices of pizza. Manager told us it was a 20-25 minute wait. We ordered, sat down at our table, waited over AN HOUR, People after us were getting our food. When we confronted the manager, she didn't apologize at all, she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. Not a good business in my honest opinion. If I could I'd give them 0 stars!

Decent pizza, but my family and I cannot support horrid business practice. We've been twice over the past month-and-a-half and both times the act of just getting the pizza has been anything but positive. The first time was an order over the phone. Were told the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes after that at 6:15. Arrived to pick it up at 6:15 and were told that the pizza was just going in. Ended up in the store an extra 20-30 minutes while the pizza was cooked and prepared which is apparently what happens when you arrive when the pizza is supposed to be ready. The second time, tonight, was even worse. We ordered online tonight, through Slice which is a provided ordering method on their website. Showed up at the designated time, and again there was no pizza. We were told the order hadn't been received, but after confronting them with the emailed receipt from the online order, they were suddenly able to find the order. This apparently happened to someone else also in the store at the same time. Seems more likely they weren't checking the online orders they were getting. So then there was a wait for the pizza to be cooked as it obviously had not been prepared at all, about 10-15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready now. After waiting 20-30 minutes, one pizza was presented for an order that was supposed to have two pizzas - one cheese and one pepperoni. Now they somehow couldn't find the order again, despite having already been shown the paid receipt and having "found" it before. They refused to make the second pizza that was supposed to have been ready about 50 minutes earlier at this point, and we weren't going to wait for one pizza to be made anyway as the one they did make would have been stone cold. Didn't even let us take the pizza they made for our order, but at least we got a refund. Honestly, it doesn't matter how the pizza here tastes. The service and business practices are absolute garbage. Don't waste your time here when you can get pizza that tastes as good or better at a different establishment that will at least try to respect your time for the money you give them. We give second chances, but this store has wasted it. We won't be back.

We started frequenting this place a few month's ago on the recommendation of a friend. When we first started ordering from here it was fantastic. The Piezilla slices were giant and nicely covered in cheese. The pepperoni Piezilla was the same with plenty of pepperoni. Sadly over the past 2-3 month's this location has been going downhill. The slices are getting smaller. There's not much cheese on the slices and they've been over cooking them as well. Today was the final straw. Ordered 2 pepperoni and 2 cheese Piezilla slices to go. They were smaller and almost burnt, they hardly had any cheese on them and they had bubbles in the dough with blank spots on the pies. We were in a hurry and hungry or we would have refused to take them. Another note, they charge you extra for using a credit card. They never told us that, we had to figure it out for ourselves. We saved around $3.00 an order by paying cash. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have ordered the White pie pizza 14’ for 28 USD and it’s the worst pizza that I have ever tasted. Dominos makes 200% better pizza than these guys.

My family and I have eaten here several times, and while the pizza is good, the customer service is consistently terrible. During our first visit, I showed up to pick up an order only to find that it hadn’t even been started. Apparently, a cook took our order in the back but never wrote it down! Most recently, we ordered a pizza for delivery at 6:09 PM, and as I write this at 8:10 PM, there’s still no sign of it. To make matters worse, I tried calling to check on the order, but no one answered the phone. Good food alone doesn’t make up for such poor service.

Over an hour later. Two slices of deli meat and asking no green peppers, guess what’s on it. Not only was the pizza cold it def doesn’t remind me of NY pizza. It’s a first and last order for me!

Ordered through uber eats and it took almost 2 hours before the order was ready. According to our Uber Eats driver there was only one person making the pizzas. If the order is going to take forever to be made at least try to make it correctly. We even paid extra for extra sauce but there’s clearly no sauce at all. This is the simple anniversary dinner my wife and I wanted and y’all really dropped the ball. If this is the type of experience you offer I will make it my life’s mission to tell everyone I know not to waste their time and money on this subpar meal. I could’ve gotten a frozen pizza from the grocery store that would’ve been better and I could’ve saved time and money for something y’all have the audacity to call “pizza”

Our recent order was deeply disappointing, with a wait time of nearly 90 minutes leaving small children hungry and frustrated. The pizza arrived with overcooked, heavily pitted cheese, and the cheese bread was so burnt it was inedible, necessitating its disposal. Such a lack of care in preparation and a significant wait time for food that was ultimately unsatisfactory made the entire experience a letdown. This level of service and quality is unacceptable and a disservice to customers looking forward to a decent meal.

The only reason they’re getting one star is because the pizza was decent. The staff, however, is extremely rude. The cashier had an attitude from the moment we walked in. They served us burnt garlic knots and burnt bruschetta, and when we politely mentioned it, he responded with, “So do you want a new one or what?” About ten minutes after we finally got our food, he came over rolling his eyes and asked if we wanted to-go boxes even though it was 3 PM, nowhere near closing. When he handed us the boxes, he just walked away and waved his hand like we were an inconvenience. This was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had and a complete waste of money.

If you want to waste your time, come here. The staff is extremely slow, and they seem to just pass time when they get an order. A delay of 5–10 minutes is understandable, but they made me wait 40 minutes for a pickup order. The person who used to work here earlier was very good – he always made sure everything was done on time. My question is: why make customers wait so long when the order was already prepared on time?

This is my favorite pizza place, but the Frisco location doesn’t have the same standards as the other locations. Food isn’t good and the staff aren’t friendly. It really sucks having to drive 20 minutes each way to the Allen location instead of just 5, but it’s worth it because it’s much better overall.

This experience was highly unfavorable. My order was to be ready for curbside at 4:25pm. At 4:35pm another car pulled up and received their order. I sat in my vehicle until 4:50pm before getting out and going inside to find out what the delay was. This was after the "manager came out at 4:30pm to inform me it would be a "few more MINUTES." When I entered there were several employees standing around and none greeted to say they would be with me. The person who took the other vehicles order out was trying to process their payment. Not even sure how he got his order without paying first. Anywho, when someone finally decided to acknowledge my presence they said, "we don't have an order for Denise." The guy who came out to tell me it would be a few more minutes pulled it out of the warmer. So my order has been sitting there for nearly 30mins while I was sitting on my vehicle waiting for someone to do their job. That guy said he was the manager who was nonchalant about the entire ordeal, then blamed an employee. Robert has no customer service nor managerial etiquette. I then asked for the franchise owners number and name, no one had a pen, they used a marker. Then I asked for this persons name and Robert refused to give it to me. He finally said her name is "Nancy," but I'm not even sure he was telling the truth. I will never order from this location ever again! The customer service is lack luster and the employees stand around. I tip every time and this time I'm mad that I even provided it. Oh, and my order was incorrect. My pizza was burned, all 3, the wings were dry and my Edge pizza was cut normally.

I would not even give any star for this store. It seems franchisee has changed. Here is what I have ordered. Large Original Pan® Pizza Whole Ingredients: Classic Marinara Sauce, Green Peppers, Onions, Extra Cheese and look at the photo how they made. I actually complemented to that pizza guy before go home and actually looked at the pizza. :-)

Honestly go ahead and order if you'd like to never have the delivery processed or your call answered! I understand the aversion to having late orders, but what's the point of having an opening and closing time if you are just going to place the call on hold for 45 minutes until the location closes? Might as well list closing time as 'at employee's discretion'. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here, go to a competitor who wants your business.

Tell your employees to take care of the customers. When I went into the store it took at least 5 minutes before some one helped me. At least 2 different guys looked right at me but continued to stand around waiting for their orders to come out of the oven so they could make their delivery. Not the first time we’ve had horrible service from this location so maybe it’s time to witch to the new Dominos that just opened!
