I think this is my third or fourth time visiting this restaurant. One thing I always look forward to here is the fish sauce fries—they are absolutely delicious and worth trying. Today I came by myself, so I only ordered a bowl of pho. However, the great thing about this place is that they offer free noodle refills. If you finish your bowl and still feel a little hungry, don’t hesitate to ask for more noodles. Another helpful tip: you can choose between thin noodles and thick noodles. Sometimes the server may not ask which one you prefer, so it’s a good idea to mention your choice when you order. Enjoy your meal!
I’ve been a regular at All About Pho for years now, and it remains my absolute go-to spot in Fullerton. Even with all the new places popping up, the quality here never dips, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. If you’re looking for the best bowl on the menu, you have to try the Phở Xe Lửa. It is a massive combination bowl that comes with everything—beef belly, tendon, brisket, and meatballs—but the real star is the giant rib bone. It is seriously bigger than my face and the meat just falls off the bone. The broth is rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered to perfection. Plus, the value is unbeatable because they offer unlimited noodles for dine-in! A robot even brings the refills to your table, which is a cool touch. Also, do not skip the wings—they are absolute fire! They have that perfect crispy crunch and flavor that hits the spot every single time. What truly keeps me coming back, though, is the service. JUSTIN is hands down the BEST. He genuinely cares about the customers and makes every visit feel like catching up with a friend. It’s rare to find that level of hospitality these days, and he truly elevates the entire dining experience. He remembers my regulars and always makes sure we’re taken care of. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
I love that this place only used high-quality meat and their beef bone broth is cooked for 48 hours using Vietnamese Sá Sùng and Japanese techniques with rich umami flavors.the soup is flavorful and my favorite one is the perfumed fish sauce fries🤤 everything tastes good! Ambiance: I love that their custom-made decor from Hanoi and handcrafted dishware from Saigon support local small businesses. Service is great, fast and all the staff were nice and welcoming. They also have the little robot to help deliver food because this place gets packed! I had an exceptional dining experience at this place! Their pho broth is hands down the best - it's clear, flavorful, and a big plus, no MSG! The garlic chicken wings with three different sauces were a delight, and the fish sauce fries were downright addicting. The Vietnamese coffee was wonderfully smooth and milky. I absolutely loved it all. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delicious dishes. Highly recommended!

The wait was pretty short i came at 6:10 pm on a friday night and service was so quick and kind. The food was honestly so great this is my second time coming so I already knew what to expect. I got the pho brisket before and the matcha and it was so tasty!

Fullerton is home to numerous pho spots, yet most are ordinary, and I rarely feel compelled to revisit them. That changed the day I stumbled upon All About Pho in downtown Fullerton. At first, I was skeptical, but the moment the food arrived, any doubt vanished. The Galbi Pho, with a generous, perfectly cooked short rib dominating the bowl, immediately impresses—not just in taste, but visually. The rich, deep broth is soul‑warming, making it an absolute must-try. The Seafood Pho also stood out, clean and layered with umami depth that was surprisingly delicate yet satisfying. The Garlic Prawn Noodles defied expectations; instead of the Italian-style garlic flavor I anticipated, it reminded me of the garlicky noodles served at seafood boil restaurants—bold, buttery, and utterly indulgent. A standout surprise was the Fish Sauce Fries. Crisp, perfectly fried, and lightly seasoned with fish sauce, they provided a unique, savory punch reminiscent of the best garlic fries I’d had at a Hilton restaurant in San Diego. The Egg Rolls were another delight: visually impressive, crisply fried, and far superior to the standard, run-of-the-mill rolls you often find. On the other hand, the Spring Rolls were unremarkable—predictable, yet solid. Adding to the experience, small orders are delivered by a robot server, injecting a touch of fun and novelty to the meal. For days when the weather turns cold, the rain begins to fall, or you simply need a nourishing meal, All About Pho stands out as one of the best choices in Fullerton—a cozy spot where comfort meets flavor in every bite.
The woman who served us at 11 AM today had such a warm smile. Thank you so much. The food was delicious, but your kind and thoughtful service made my heart even warmer. I wanted to leave a bigger tip, but I didn’t have enough with me — I’m sorry about that. All the other staff members were also very kind. It’s truly a wonderful restaurant.

Pho was really delicious. Would recommend the best seller and the herbal tea (super bomb!) The unlimited thin noodles had a great texture! If ordering pho and want garlic noodles, I suggest ordering the noodles plain). Garlic chicken was yummy, especially with the honey sauce. Fair warning: this place is CASHLESS. Other than that, wow! their best seller pho really is the BEST! Absolutely worth every penny (and the photos speak for themselves). The customer service was excellent. Our server was friendly and professional. The restaurant itself is spacious, and I loved the fun little robot that delivers your utensils. Such a cute touch. Modern, clean and absolutely delicious! As someone who makes Pho at home from scratch, this broth is savory and rich. The service is top notch with smiles to brighten any day and a quiet patience to allow leisure lunches for full enjoyment of the pho and all its additional toppings. The meats were delicate and melted off the bones. Presentation was beautiful and brought comfort to a hearty meal. We were also pleasantly served by a robot (also with a smile) that carefully maneuvers around the restaurant and customers with ease and accuracy. Prices reflect the quality and flavors of these dishes and we will go again! Well done!
Visited Wednesday 6pm. Place was crowded but not full. Had the combo bowl, $19.50. Broth is solid, flavorful, you can taste the herbs. Choice between skinny and fat noodles. Free refill on noodles. Skip the fat noodles and go with the skinny. Robot brings you the Noodle refill. Parking might be an issue during peak hours. Servers are friendly and helpful. They have coffee and egg rolls etc. expect to pay $60 for two people. Seating for about 80 people. Vietnamese coffee was okay.

Enjoyed some great pho here last weekend. The servers were very energetic and the food came out super fast. My wife and I enjoyed our dishes, which were the perfect size. Drinks were great and the atmosphere and location are both awesome. Check it out!
We were so lucky to arrive a bit early for dinner at this pho spot—it turned out to be one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had. I chose it because it had the most reviews on Google Maps in the area, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The fish sauce fries we had as an appetizer were unique and tasty, and the beef bones were incredibly tender—clearly slow-cooked, and they paired perfectly with the pho. While we were eating, we were shocked to see a huge line forming outside—it really says a lot about the place. Their takeout system is well-organized, but there’s no call button at the tables, and the staff are so busy that it can take a while to get their attention. Still, it’s absolutely worth recommending to friends.
Bottom Line Up Front: This is my go-to pho restaurant in Northern Orange County. The Food: I'm super picky when it comes to pho (since I'm Vietnamese) and most pho restaurants outside of Garden Grove and Westminster offer mediocre pho for above-average prices. So I'm super happy to find a place in north Orange County that's actually great! The Good: Obviously, the pho! I usually get the Pho Xe Lua (AKA train-size pho AKA big combo) but the other variations are good too. The chicken wings are delicious. But the showstopper is the Fish Sauce Fries! It sounds weird, but trust me, it's yummy. The Bad: Nothing bad about this place. Well, the only flaw is that the prices are a tad high. The Ugly: Nothing ugly...except the wait time during peak hours. But it's worth the wait. Overall: My true rating is 4.5 out of 5, but since Google Maps doesn't allow half stars, I'll round up -- that's how much I like this place. All About Pho has a simple menu so it's easy to decide what to get, excellent service, good sized portions, and authentic pho outside of Little Saigon.
I recently tried their new menu item, the ribeye steak garlic noodle, it was good and flavorful. The garlic flavor was perfectly balanced, not overpowering at all. The fish sauce fries are a must-try appetizer, and the pho with unlimited thin noodles is a true 10/10 for pho. This place is one of my go-to spots for pho and Vietnamese food. The servers were also funny and attentive.

Came in around 2:30 so there weren’t a lot of people. Lots of servers though! Got seated within seconds of waking in. Pho chin - thin noodles = unlimited! Their soup was good! Doesn’t taste any msg which was nice. Their brisket was soft and not hard to chew. I’d recommend this one! Fish sauce fries - it’s not what you think, fries dunked in fish sauce. It’s very subtle. It’s thin fries and a mountain of fries. Definitely can be a 2-3 people kind of appetizer. The fries were more crispy. I’d recommend if you are craving fries or want to try something new! Herbal ice tea - super sweet but you can taste the tea. you can get a free one if you check in on yelp! Parking - it’s the hard part. A lot of them are paid parking but some are street parking. Since we came on a Sunday, most parking lots are free but check all signs!! We circled around 3-4 times to find parking. You’re most likely walking to all places. Price - it is a decent price right now. Inflation may change it in a few months etc. Didn’t think I’d pay $10 for fries but it is unique so I caved in. We checked in on Yelp for the herbal tea so it was “free” not sure if it is unlimited refills.

A nice hidden Pho shop in downtown Fullerton with plenty of parking spots. Our server was amazing and super friendly. we had an amazing time. The soup was tasty and everything was great.
All About Pho sits on a prominent corner of Downtown Fullerton and always has a fair crowd of people. After eating here a couple times, I can’t imagine why. I’ve had the premium wagyu options, and honestly don’t think it makes much of a difference. The regular pho options are decent. Sure, you get free refills on your noodles, but I don’t think it’s that good of a deal. For starters, your initial bowl of pho comes with less noodles. Good luck asking for a refill from your absent server. Flagging one down already takes long. Then, you have to wait for the refill to actually come. By the time you’re done waiting for the refill, you won’t want another one. I got better service from the robot. The appetizers are pretty good though.
The food for me was Eh… I’ve had better Pho for lower cost. Maybe I didn’t order the right thing? Server (who was great, btw!) recommended the beef belly Pho, the broth and noodles were pretty good but I did not like the taste of the protein. I like chili oil with my Pho and they did not have it but instead they had chili paste. The paste did not enhance or add flavor just made my soup spicy. I hardly right reviews but the cleanliness and service were SO BAD that I had to leave a comment. These are not things that this place values. If the cups, plates, utensils that they provide have crap stuck on them, what are they cooking with and serving the food on? Food was ok. Bone-in rib pho: meat was ok. Broth and noodles were meh. Best items were the fries and perfectly cooked prawns. Didn't care for the garlic noodles themselves. Not garlicy enough to call them garlic noodles.
I would probably avoid this place again. The service was okay, but as soon as I got here we got sat at a table that was wet with wet menus it was my first flag of I won't like this place. Then the condiments were in a small jar with a spoon I posted a photo it is clearly ignored and unclean because of the drying houses sauce on the lid. Then the noodles for the pho are super hard to chew let alone almost impossible to bite off. The open kitchen is nice but it kind of makes the whole restaurant stay kind of hot. And the garlic noodles weren't worth the price they were asking for at all they lacked garlic. And the portion just looked tiny on that plate I was definitely very disappointed especially with the price point I will avoid coming here altogether and just stick to very good hole in the wall Vietnamese places. I also forgot to mention they didn't have the first 2 things I tried to order on their menu.
