We shamefully came in right before closing because the subway on twin cities lied saying they were out of bread when come to find out they just “say that” yet it’s stocked away in the back. Meanwhile, Manny at C St was super friendly and happy to accommodate us! We ran around all day and ran out of time to have eaten so subway was a last min on way home. Manny was not only friendly but just so patient and kind and we were so thankful for his wonderful customer service!
Great staff at this location. The girl taking my order was very polite and helpful. Also, the young man working the evening of 9/18 was very good with customers.

This was a pretty darn cool Subway... I liked the decor and the seating was very relaxing with a modern twist that was not a common Subway vibe at all... But was very cool... The staff was an awesome group of ladies that were handling the lunch time rush with awesome customer service and authentic smiles... The bathroom was very well kept... I was very shocked.. this isn't a common Subway!! Well done 👍

Umm because of financial struggle I sat outside and didn't even eat subway, the people around didn't even offer me a meal, very few people showed compassion these last 7 or so years. My profile btw went from no picture to all of a sudden having a profile picture.... The USA seems to have a day.... On side note the address is right but it's building C and they didn't post that but they do have real pictures.
Basic fast food, no biggie. They did change the hot chicken sandwich, it's now cut in peaces not a patty, harder to eat, I won't go back. Disappointed...

I hadn't gone to a Subway in a few years. It used to be my go to for lunch at least once or twice a week when I was working. This Subway needed a face-lift. Seemed run down. I had ordered a foot long chicken bacon ranch. The young woman making the sandwich was very stingy on the ingredients. I asked for the bacon to be well done. So she cooked it separately and it was still uncooked and limp not the way I like my bacon. She then proceeded to put ranch on the sandwich a few little squirts, so I asked for more. It was not a good experience at all. She asked if I wanted cheese I forgot that was extra. Well my footlong and a bag of chips was $16 plus change. I walked out and couldn't believe it. The worst $16.00 meal I've had in a long time. P.s my bf wanted a cold cut sandwich (which was on their billboard) the girl said "Oh yeah we don't make that anymore" So he didn't order anything. I just wasn't impressed at all. I doubt I'll ever step foot into a Subway ever again

I came to this location at 9:45 pm. Granted it’s late but, seeing as they close at 10pm I still should have been able to have ordered a sandwich. Anyway, the lights were off and there was a man standing counting money in the dark. I checked the door which clearly stated 10pm as the closing time. I pulled on the door to see if (because during business hours) I could have some explanation as to why they were closed. Very rudely I was told that they closed early because it was slow.... no “sorry” or “I apologize for the inconvenience”. An apology is the least I should have gotten for having to travel to a place that states online and on the door that they weren’t supposed to be closed. As someone who’s owned businesses, this is not a good way to bring in business if you just “decide” to close when it’s slow. Businesses have ebbs and flows. Deal with minor inconveniences to please customers in the long run, that’s how the big companies succeed. Maybe one day this franchise owner will get the picture. Don’t greet me with attitude when I am trying to give you money. That’s all I ask.
This place is loosing costumers because of the workers not doing they’re job they’re flies and gave me my order all wrong went in and said they couldn’t do nothing about it they wasted my time hey owner you need new employees this place is goin down on service and lost me as a costumer and I live in the city which sucks get it together you people who work there because You guys are garbage employees
This establishment has a roach infestation. I just had to kill a handful of roaches that crawled out from under the fridge in the lobby, and there are also tons crawling around outside the building. The staff was super friendly, but you can’t really look past roaches crawling around everywhere..
They let random people take your order they need double check there phones, anyone could walk in and take your food fake DoorDash pick up!!!!
All I wanted was a fake tuna sandwich and a root beer. The gangley teenager with long hair sticking out of his cap ready to fall into my Sandwich that I have to tell them how to make even though they call themselves a sandwich shop, was concerned about my lack of face mask. If I can eat at this Subway I'm pretty sure my immune system is well intact. If he had the vaccine and it works and he is wearing a mask and it works I'm a little confused about what his concern is about my safety. So I drove to Lodi which is another county and that Subway was perfectly happy to serve me fake tuna with no mask. Thank the sandwich gods that a virus knows how to read the boundaries of a map. Another $8.23 that i wasn't able to spend in Sacramento County.
Probably for fast food the two ladies working in there today are probably two of the most disrespectful unpleasant ladies that you could probably put in a restaurant. Plus the place is dirty they're sweating they're not wearing hair nets hair falling in your food worst possible place you can eat
Called in to place a party or a catering platter 10 minutes later couldn't figure it out. Told me on the phone "I dont know how to do this" Called the one on Twin Cities Rd. Order was placed in 2 minutes.

Update: gave them another shot. Again disappointed. Owner needs to give a lesson on how to use a knife or something or perhaps it’s a joke at this point. Ordered a sandwich via the app tonight and they missed half of what I requested veggie wise. I’m not sure how hard it is to follow a printed direction from online especially when they tape the receipt of what I requested to the bag so I know there was no confusion with technology . So disappointing for the price of food these days.
