They're missing so many things 😭 It used to be my favorite store... it's a shame because they were always very attentive in terms of service, and most of the people who worked there were excellent, compared to the competition, which isn't Asís because Asís is awful haha

It used to be amazing how well-stocked it was, but now that they've moved to the shopping center, the store is bigger. However, when I went, it was poorly stocked and the service was bad. I hope they fix this because we went from buying $3000 worth of groceries to only getting some chili-flavored gummies.

They should pay more attention to their staff, because last Saturday, August 20th, around 7:00 p.m., the guy they have closing the shift followed my sister around the store at a very short distance, and more than attention, he made her feel harassed. Well, he stood behind her, almost breathing in her hair on more than two occasions. We're still considering filing a complaint; it's a shame about the name of the business for the type of staff they have.

I'd like to share my experience with the puff pastry I purchased from you. A neighbor recommended the product, and I bought 2 kg, but when we started working with it, we noticed several problems: the dough had visible lumps of butter, it wasn't rolled out properly, and none of the pastries rose during baking. My neighbor had had a bad experience before but thought it might have been due to the weather or other factors; however, we now know the problem is indeed with the dough. Furthermore, when I contacted you, you suggested that "perhaps it needed the final fold," but the bag clearly states "ready to use," so we had no way of knowing it required more work. I would appreciate it if you could review the product quality and the information on the packaging, as this is confusing and affects the final result.

The service is excellent, the staff is always very friendly, but for almost a year now, every time I go, I find less than 50% of the things I'm looking for (their regular products). I don't know what's happening with their purchases or inventory, but even the most basic things—sometimes not even flour or a single package! It's sad because it used to be an exceptional store; I hope it becomes that way again. Also, the parking lot is so far away, which is quite inconvenient when you're buying several kilos of product...
