Very convenient if you're visiting the aquarium and looking for a place to have something eat quickly. The store is very small inside but there are plenty of tables to sit outside. The food was on par with most BK I 've been to. My only complaint was that I 've been waiting to order the ice cream for my child and the staff were talking to each other ignoring me for like 4-5 mins. I don't think they did on purpose though. 3 stars.

Poor quality of the food, sandwiches are too dry. Employees barely take help the customers in any way. Tables are not cleaned after customers leave, so this is enough for me not to come here anymore

I love onion rings and Oreo Milkshake in Burger King but this place just ruined it. Rings were cold and not crispy, Oreo Milkshake is really bad. There was no proper maintenance and quality. Burgers and drinks were fine.

Worst Burger King ever. I order menu and get something like sparkling water with yellow color instead of fanta. And prices.. with this prices better I go to Mac.

Ordered my food at the big touchscreen, put my card to the terminal to pay and it went through, then the machine gave me a transaction failed reciept but still charged money to my account. When i pointed this out to the employees they said it would take 30min- 1h to get my money back. I explained i had a bus to catch and couldn't wait in genova for that long and he just said to trust him. 6 hours later still nothing. Horrible

I got the food from just eat delivered but they left out items and the food also didnt taste like in other burger kings absolutely horrible. DO NOT GET DELIVERED. Always check what you get!!

Beautiful location ruined by sheer anarchy of people behaving like animals in the outlet. It’s not BK problem but they could add more security in the place or throw out the bad behaving people. This review is not about BK’s fast food but peoples behavior at this location.

My drink was extremely watered down, forgot all the sauces. Vegetarian burger was awful, just patty and lettuce, would not recommend and would not be back. There are many other spots in town that offer better food for less money.

Terrible. Not recommended. Subpar quality and quantity. We ordered kingsize fries (largest). But recieved the smallest ever paper bag with some fries in it. After asking the staff if it was correct, they informed us that it was in fact the kingsize €3,30. Curious about the small size they showed us a bag that would fit 10 fries as their small size. It was difficult not to laugh out loud because of the ridiculous situation. The hamburgers we ordered tasted of salty cardboard even with cheese and bacon. We have been to BK before but this was ridiculous.

I'm a BK fan. This has been the worst European BK I've ever been to. The food was not fresh. I got their most expensive hamburger and it felt like throwing money to the garbage. 12.7 euros for "big fries" that were medium size, the hamburger's patty looked like it had been cooked hours before and the ingredients were not fresh. In sum, avoid this place.

Very poor service. Two times they 'forgot' to give all the items I ordered. I'm starting to think if it's a mistake or bk trying to loot us. Anyways double check your order after you get it from them before you leave the counter. Cheers🍻
