The reviews here are undeserved. I have extreme anxiety and have a hard time talking to people alot of the time. But i can say i felt welcomed and comfortable. The workers are sweet and helped me with my order, its clean and has a warm atmosphere i love this place ^^
The girl who served me that night was super friendly. Excellent service, very cordial and attentive at all times. It's a pleasure to receive such service!

Just visited and I can say that service is really good. They made the sandwich just like I asked them to. They toasted it but there is only so much you can do with that oven I guess because it gets cold pretty fast. Ingredients were fresh, not bad atmosphere. Food gets like 3.87 points in my opinion but basically solid 4. Good place for a quick bite, convenient location
Does what a subway does - necessity food, you dont go there for a great social or amazing food. However surprised that they did not have a Veggie patty available - it was a printed sign so clearly not a one day issue - so veggies, that day could only have a veggie delight (basically bread with salad). crazy is that for the size of shop it is, the number of tables is extremely limited... Overall clean - does the job.

The good: The sandwich was a normally good Subway sandwich. The employee was competent although he did not say thank you. The place was clean. The not so good: The tables and chairs were stacked on each other. I asked if I could sit there, and he said yes, but did not unstack them, so I unstacked them. It was cold inside. The bathroom is "out of order", and blocked off. So no bathroom. Judging by other comments, it's probably better if you order in person so you can see what they're making. They did a good job making my sandwich.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! This is the WORST location to order Subways. The Subways Franchise should shut this place down. So many people are reporting this same issue I encountered. I ordered a Cheesesteak from here and the it came basically empty. If you're going to order from this place, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. You're going to spend $19 for this... Please Note - Uber Eats doesn't care what store your order goes to - they will tell you its up to the merchant to decide the portions.
I placed an order on their app. Went to pickup the order and was notified rudely the order was cancelled upon arrival. He then proceeds me to hand me the receipt that he voided and refunded me the amount. The amount he refunded was less than my order total. He thought I was stupid and didn’t notice. Employee was very rude and the other reviews here backs up his consistency of horrific customer service. He was on his EarPods and this person shouldn’t be working in a service industry with his crappy customer service attitude. I rather starve and wouldn’t order from here if you paid me to!! Disgusting!!!!
If I can leave them negative stars I would. This place is awful.and workers and manager are nasty. This place needs to shut down. I don't normally eat at subway but I was in a mood since I haven't ate subway in 2-3 years. Anyways, I placed my order on the subway app at my closest location which was at exchange place and my order went way wrong. I ordered a veggie for a friend and for myself I got a tuna, I also got a footlong cookie. Anyways, the order went wrong since I asked for some more veggies and when I got my sandwich I didn't even get veggies nor cheese. They claimed 4 cheese slices there was 1, I asked for veggies and more of it, and hardly anything. I asked for tuna. It looked like there was one scoop of tuna. The footlong cookie was literally half. I called them within 20 mins. I live on grove and so yah. Anyways he started cursing me out and I heard them laughing in the back And then accusing me and then a different story and was saying oh I have a camera in my resturant blabla. And then he went on to rant on how Muslims like me deserve to die etc. Anyways, I already called the credit card company and wrote an email to subway, going to call nj consumer affairs. What else can I do? This place needs to shut down. Stay away at all cost
All the remarketing attempts in the world isn't going to change the perception of subway until they do something about their pathetic franchisees like the one that runs this location! I Stopped by to try again but I couldn't wake the guy up I yelled at him a couple of times but he never woke up so I couldn't even place an order . This place is a joke! The employees cannot understand English and do not have the ability to listen. Especially the really sad person that works the morning shift. The guy who works in the afternoon at least makes a valiant attempt at understanding English, but the morning staff doesn't even make an attempt. Everything has to be repeated multiple times and she never gets it right. She is also hard to hear because she wears a mask just covering her mouth, but not her nose. I understand people are trying to make a living, but if you can't understand English, this isn't the business for you.
How is this place still open? It's damaging Subway's reputation. The quality and service are getting worse and worse. They only put three strands of lettuce. Where's the meat? And no cheese at all? For real? Be better. They don't even put 1/4 of the regular portion.
If you’re looking to wash your hands before you eat, or dine in, don’t bother. This place never allows access to the restroom. It’s been like this for years. it’s aggressively anti-customer and I’m positive whoever owns this place has no training in the hospitality business.
We placed a BOGO order including a Titan Turkey sandwich. The Titan Turkey sandwich had barely more meat than maybe 2 slices of turkey in a footlong AT MOST. I disputed this with the store workers, and they said “this is what you get for ordering BOGO; next time don’t order BOGO”. I say this is not mentioned anywhere in the deal, and they say “yes I know, but this is how it is, don’t order BOGO”. I ask to please to add more meat, make it a normal amount (for god’s sake, there are 2 thin slices of turkey in the entire sandwich and the sandwich is supposed to have many turkey slices!!), they say “no, want more? pay extra”. This store is a SCAM! I am reporting to Subway corporate and charging back on my card.

I ordered online on the subway website for a pickup at this store and the store canceled it directly. I had to call and ask the reason and they mentioned it’s because I used a coupon code. Terrible attitude and customer service.
Just left this establishment about five Ago Wasn’t even acknowledge for the first two minutes despite me being the only customer there, then when I was finally able to order, he had my order wrong. I wanted a meatball sandwich and he gave me a turkey instead and when I told him of his mistake, he snapped at me and insisted. I told him I wanted turkey sandwich, then aggressively threw the sandwich into the trash bin and told me to never come back to “his” store. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I insulte this man to receive this type of treatment. I would avoid this place at all cost they clearly don’t value customers. I will be contacting the establishment itself to report this. Not sure if it will make a difference after seeing all the terrible reviews

Ordered veggie sandwich twice, thru online order, with toppings i wanted. Both the time they were wrong, lettuce were off, didn't get jelepeno as i hoped, same as other ingredients. For veggie person mostly we dnt get option, but if they lack on those portions on vegetable sandwiche then i am not sure what to say.... Its all good as long as they can make vegetarian sandwiches right... Its pretty simple

I placed the order on the app which allowed me and they accepted promotions, which is why it allowed me to select this location in the first place. And after placing the order when I go there, she says we do not hon your request and cancel the order on me. After which she is not even apologetic about that, but says we do not honor any promotions. How pathetic can anyone be in a customer service industry, to not even have any sort of apology for having somebody place an order and cancel on them just because they don’t honor any promotions? She wouldn’t even request me to place another order or something they could work it out for me on the next order right place which shows how dim they are and how less they care about this. Just because you have a good location does not mean you don’t have to provide customer service and it is clearly proven in this encounter, and that does not reduce the fact that after this review like you can see the previous review reviews, they don’t care, and also does not care about the Subway like the company or the corporate taking any action on them.
The prices in store are higher than on their website. The owner is clearly trying to steal. The footlong veggie delite costs $9.99 online but $15 in the store. All chairs are perpetually of limits and the bathroom is always out of order.
They cancel the order if you apply promotions via App. Do not recommend this store.

I went to ask can I use the restroom the girl talking about it’s not working& if it’s not working the shouldn’t be open because how are they washing there hand.
