The cleanest friendliest staff here. Theres so much room to sit at and you can pig out without someone across the table staring at you here. The food here is the best and amazing and one of my favorite burgers ever.

The cashier was very courteous. I ordered the California double burger. It smells so good and the crispy lettuce and juicy tomatoes made it really better then the burgers at McDonald's. I'll be going back to Carl's Junior.

Even though its a smaller carl's they never disappoint, they park you when their busy i've never spent more than 4 minutes before an employee comes out with bags for seperate cars and i've never gotten a wrong bag, best part the employees are always glad to see you, you hear it in their voices, the part i love is their never condescending or make you feel like a choir. As a Toyota tech I have very limited time for my break and the fastest place where I get my food is Carls Jr. They have great customer service and great workers like Areli that creates a confortable zone and is very friendly, another plus is that I get my food within 5 minutes max. I recommend this place to my fellow technicians all the time.

The store has gone through a recent remodel, making the outside more modern and up-to-date. Haven't had a chance to go inside to see the details of how it's changed, so I won't comment on that. Overall the drive-through is your standard routine. The team as a whole is very courteous and will do what they can to make sure your order is 100% correct should there be any mistakes. I tend to get chicken stars from my kids along with a couple of kids juices or Waters and it's a quick in and out never stayed more than 5 or 10 minutes depending on how many people are in front. On the rare occasion I do have to wait for my food they have me pull up to the front and always walk the food out to me when it's ready. I only go on Wednesdays as it's convenient on the way back home for food, one time they forgot an orange juice I went back the following Wednesday and they had no problem handing me a free one as a courtesy.

Well I was traveling back to Hollywood in Fresno and then send them getting off my bus downtown Union Station I got off in Glendale one stop before because just so happens it's closer to my apartment then Union Station anyway blah blah blah but the main reason I got off was because of the Carl's Jr Hollywood no longer has any so if I want Carl's Jr I have to go either to Burbank or Glendale. So it's been since before pandemic that I've eaten at Carl's Jr I'd say like 5 years when I lived over in Los Feliz I was here all the time. The jalapeno cheeseburger was so good I also love the fried zucchini forgotten how much I really like Carl's Jr I'll be coming back sooner than later

Everyone here is pretty friendly, from drive thru to inside. More importantly, they are very consistent with their fries. I've never been disappointed. It's always crispy with the right amount of salt. Not to mention they fill up the fry container all the way.

First time at Carl's Jr. for my kids, and they loved it. My son likes his burgers plain, I let the cashier know, and she let me know that they indeed have a plain burger. Many establishments frown when I order a plain one. My son gave the burger a 9.5... he said that's the highest rating he has given a burger. Mind you he is only 10. We were welcomed upon entering the establishment. The food was warm and filling. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and she loved them. Jesús, the manager was very friendly and ensured we were happy with our purchase. It was very clean and the food was brought to us in a timely manner.

Connectivity is I think extremely important in days like these and my biggest reason is the automated drive thru AI devise the company desire to incorporate that feature and disconnecting the social interaction of human being is crucial in these days. I’m truly impressed that the company decided to remove it and have people have hope not to lose their jobs of Aracely, Jenny, and the rest of the Crew at the Glendale location. this carl's jr is on los feliz and san fernando. it shares the parking lot with cvs. i got a spicy chicken but in the past I've tried the oreo shake and this location does a splendid job (presentation, flavor, time) i recommend this place for a quick bite. (they have a drive thru) they are always willing to make the fries without salt (another carl's did not) so i like this one best.

I always come here on Tuesdays for lunch, and Jenny always helps me out with a smile and is very attentive. Restaurant is very clean, talking about the floors, tables and chairs pretty clean. Very rarely I go through drive through but when I do, service there is fast as well. Who ever the manager or GM is I hope they recognize the amazing work the staff have done

Very delicious breakfast burger and French toast sticks. Momma and I had the breakfast burger and I had tomato and onion on mine. Fresh, quick, hot and delicious. The food was brought out to our table by the very courteous Jesue, who also was at the front counter. There is plenty of safe and well lit parking and lots of ADA parking and inside seatings too.

I had to leave a review for the Carl's Jr. on Los Feliz because I had such a great experience there today! I was craving a classic Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and they absolutely nailed it. The burger was hot and fresh, the onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the BBQ sauce was just right. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. The whole restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which I always appreciate. It's definitely one of the best-run Carl's Jr. locations I've been to. If you're in the area and looking for a quick, delicious, and satisfying meal, I highly recommend stopping by!

Usually the food is good here, but today the burger was on the cold side. The tables were clean and the service was pretty fast and accurate. Although they did try and give me someone else's order.

Food is good but the people who run the driveway were..... weird. They kept repeating questions we already answered to. They switched off people from the window in mid sentence. And gave our food to us in a Wendy's bag?!

Prompt Service I usually use the drive through here. It goes well even when it's busy. My orders are perfect with nothing missing or wrong. The best thing about is the way they put the food in the bag. No smashed burgers or fries spilled out the container.

The food is made well but the staff is not friendly and quite indifferent. I feel like it comes from the shift leaders who do not care much about customers service. One person that I should mention who is AMAZING, her name he Ilham. She was born to be a sweetheart, always smiling, helpful and engaging.

I visited for a quick morning breakfast and took advantage of their 2 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuits for $2.50. The order taker was friendly and professional. My food was delivered to my table after a wait of less than one minute. The breakfast sandwiches were hot and tasted delicious. The dining room area was clean and comfortable. I would definitely return to this particular Carl's Jr location.

Ok for a quick bite, skip cooking dinner, or saving time during the holiday rush. Their Santa Fe Chicken burger continues to be one of my favorite. I have to say the overall quality of the food is better than other fast food restaurants, but it doesn't taste quite fresh.

This place had no straws?!?! Who manages this place?!?! I ordered, then looked in my bag to check my food . My order was not correct, they had me pull to curbside to wait for chicken tenders?! Say what?! No apologies😫

If your cups aren't made to drink without straws then you should at least ask if we would like straws among all the other extra questions you asked (i.e. upgrades, desserts, bla bla bal)

The drive through line was long, 15 minutes long. So I gave up and went inside to the counter, which was faster, but they got my order wrong twice.

I was really disappointed with the service at this location. It took almost 10 minutes for a simple breakfast burrito, and there was no line at the drive-thru. I had to flag down the server just to check on the order. To make matters worse, the manager had to step in and remind the employee to even start making it. Not the level of service I expected.

After navigating here because they are 24 hr drive through- NOPE- not taking cash! Wasted time, gas, and money! Ridiculous!

The staff is competent however their burgers are sub-par, especially the pseudo cheese they are using which has a mouth feel of a sticky oily plastic melt. The chicken tenders are are soft and offer no crunch. The biggest gripe however is that they don't have any napkins outside, so when we accidentally got some ketchup on the table and on our clothes we spent 5min scrambling to find napkins and another 5min waiting in a line in order to request more. They are happy to say that they would clean it themselves and defended themselves saying that this was a company policy but nothing bothers me more than an establishment cheaping out on napkins to help the bottom line. Just make me think about how else they are cutting corners!!! Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Walked right by me when I asked what’s goin on with my order after she made me park when I went through drive through. She walked pass me to my car looking for me n I said I’m right here. To top it off she brought out the wrong order n told me to go back in n ask for it. I was confused, she’s the manager (name:Aralie I think it was, hard to pronounce )n couldn’t help me out? I highly suggest not to come here after 6pm unless you want to be waiting in parking lot 20 mins for your food after you order through drive through. The taste of the food is awful, they changed to cheaper brands of food the meat patty is 20% smaller now. The server seemed stressed out and insisted I do an in house review only because she would be fired if she didn't like seriously corporate greedy jerks.

Dear Carl’s Jr. Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. Recently, Carl’s Jr. placed coupons on car windows advertising a Free Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger – No Purchase Necessary. When I presented this coupon at the register, the manager, Beatrice, told me I could not redeem it unless I purchased another burger, and then I would only get a second one for $1. This directly contradicted the offer on the coupon. When I asked why Carl’s Jr. would distribute coupons that could not be honored, the manager dismissively said, “I don’t know, go get it somewhere else.” Her response was not only unhelpful but also very rude and unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I felt misled by the false advertising and disrespected by the way I was treated. I kindly request that this matter be addressed, and that Carl’s Jr. provide clarification regarding the coupon policy.

Saddest burger ever... asked for no pickle and I guess I'm lucky they remembered to put ketchup on it... little bit of ketchup.. two onion pieces... cold slice of cheese.... nothing else... no lettuce nothing.... fries felt like they were microwaved.... at least they got the bottle of water right.... and this is the most expensive plain cheeseburger combo you can buy at a fast food place too..... just go to McDonald's at least the plastic in their burgers taste good..

If that’s the case than maybe she needs training as she misread the order, argued over handoff and refused to acknowledge app coupons. She also tried to blame my partner for her mistake in forgetting our soda. I told her she was rude and shouldn’t be in charge if that is how she runs the establishment. As we departed from the window she reached her hand out to give our reciept and because my partner had his back turned to hand over food, she quickly took her hand back as if he took too long watering her time while she took another order disregarding our whole transaction. So sad to see such a bad attitude when Glendale is such a nice area. Will not return
