I think they may just have the best trivia in town, we won a bunch of beer, Alan the host was so much fun, and we loved the format. Will be going back. Tuesday nights.

Great beer! Esp. Stout and Porters. Cheaper and better than other local microbreweries. Lounge with tv upstairs, tv bar downstairs. Only neg is no outdoor drinking

Local brewing company. Great selection of rotating beers with unique flavors. I'm not a huge fan of IPAs, and they have a great selection of beers here that vary.

Up and coming microbrewery has a great selection of their on-site made beers. The offeeings run from a Belgian ale to a palette of ipas and porters and stouts. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and even new visitors will feel like regulars.

These guys brew some goddamned great beer and their space is gorgeous. I look forward to drinking a lot of pints here! Naming the porter "Meat and Potatoes" is a disservice to the porter because I'm pretty certain it will become a more important staple of life for me.

Love this place and their beer. The Awesome Possum is probably my favorite beer ever but they've got so many great options here.

Best brewery in SB hands down! location is a bit out there, but the vibes and especially beer are well worth it!

Santa Barbara has a lot of good breweries but Draughtsmen is my favorite! Awesome Possum is my go to! Great trivia night and yoga nights.

I can't say enough good things about this place because I can't remember them, and the beer is probably to blame for that. Not a bad beer on tap and you can even get their rotating good karma beer, if being generous and giving to charities is your thing. Fun loving staff and entertaining names for the brews. A must visit if you're in the Goleta area.

A lot of microbreweries are run by opportunistic hipsters and crank out mediocre suds. This is not one of them. Draughtsmen is a top notch production and all of the beer I've had here has been crafted with great attention to detail. They also have a very varied tap list and offer something for everyone.

Great beer! Brewers r very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to chat beer. Great atmosphere, cool building, food trucks total plus. Definitely worth a stop if driving through or make it ur destination@

The beers I tried (Red and Porter) were both delicious. Staff was super friendly. They have done a great job transforming their industrial space into a welcoming comfortable setting that I can't wait to go back to.

Great beer and great people. Meat and Potatoes porter is my favorite; it sets the bar for what a porter should be. The beers are well balanced and full of flavor. The owners are great people and dedicated to their craft

The Goleta Brewery scene is getting better and better and this place my be my new favorite. I liked every single one of their beers. Although my two favorites are the Crimson & Clover (Red Ale) and the white dwarf (white ale). The IPA (Severance) was just hoppy enough to not be over powering to allow the flavor of the beer to come through. You can really see the attention to detail they put into their beers down to how to how they clean their glasses. You can really see the attention to detail they put into everything. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. Basically, you need to make your way out to Goleta and try it for yourself. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Draughtsmen Aleworks is by far the best brewery in the area. Every single beer is delicious, and whichever beer is on nitro is a whole new revelation. There are tasters, flights, half-pints and pints, so it's easy to try new beers, pop in for a quick afternoon drink or go the long haul and really indulge. In addition to growlers, they have these really cool "crowlers", 2-pint cans that they seal on site for you to take home and enjoy! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the space is really well planned, with outdoor seating and plenty of tables (dog and kid friendly as well). I've been there every week since they opened, and I intend to keep up the trend! I highly recommend Draughtsmen to anyone who likes excellent beer and good company.

Good, solid beer. Their double IPA was my favorite. Very welcoming environment. Website said they were open until 9, but was really lady call at 9 and I was still able to get a beer to go at 930p when we left on a Friday evening.

Awesome staff, tasty beer, great atmosphere and location, good rotating food vendors, and welcomes dogs. What more could you ask for?

Ambiance is low key and non pretencious. It was our first time being able to order 2 beer flights (at any brewery) because this place has so many good options to choose from.

Draughtsman is our local brewery in Goleta and they have what I consider the best beer in Santa Barbara by far and some of the best beer in the state. I've drank beer around the world and they stay true to beer recipes and styles, while also adding new spins to classic brews. The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion, whether your grabbing a pint with friends or hanging out with family, there is usually a good catering company and games for the whole family to go along with the fantastic beer and service.

What a hidden gem!! Felt like we were in a friend's backyard. With so many places leaning hard into IPAs these days, it was refreshing to see a place with a robust and diverse selection. And the boys working were very nice.

Great quiet little location with a nice view, outdoor seating, and a great vibe to boot! Every single beer they have is delicious and very reasonably priced, and the owners are dedicated to their craft and also their customer service. Great attitude from the friendly staff, various food vendors on occasion, and dog-friendly! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a new local brewery and have an awesome time as well :)

Damn delicious beer! Their IPA and double IPA (Severance and Ogre) are beyond outstanding! Plus it's really fun to watch an oversized beer can get filled for you as a to go growler! The staff is so friendly and the environment is really open and relaxed. Discovered more parking around back!

We came mostly for the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck, but were very impressed by the beer as well. I am not a big beer drinker, but I enjoyed the sampler option and hard cider as well. I can't wait to go back when they are fully re-opened.

Exceptional quality draft beer and non-alcoholic options on tap! Low key atmosphere with down to earth people. Great hangout spot when you need a refreshment after a long week. They support the local cycling community and give back to non-profits in town. Wholesome owner who has endless knowledge of beer. They do group rides for cyclists every Sunday starting at 9:00am. Fun times!

Let me start with Scott, the owner. The man is the friendliest, most down to earth person. I would buy beer from this man even if it tasted like crap, thank god it doesn't!! By far the best beer in the area. My favorite is the Dingo but I also like the red, the tripel and the belgian. Oh yeah, and their bread, oh their bread! The atmosphere is very very chill, plenty of street parking, dog friendly. Thai food truck 24/7, I like their pork belly, fries and wings. Honest to God, if I could give this place 10 stars I would. A true local gem. Do not forget they have another spot downtown if you cannot make it to Goleta.

Expanded patio with heaters. Trivia night Madonna and rolling stones. Music strings and arrows, jazz and rock. Thai food and heaters.

Perfect spot for happy hour. Big back patio, lot's of space, great beer and great people too! I love that they have different activities through out the week for the public. I highly suggest checking them out!

Love it at Draughtsman. Some of the best beer in town. The atmosphere is great, the bartenders are always amazing, and it’s an amazing place to spend a Tuesday night (Trivia) or Thursday (Free Bingo!). Hazy Swayze is my go to beer there.

Live, chill music on a December Sunday with a great beer selection, BBQ, and football audibly enough to enjoy. Our toddler fell asleep on the way and soundly slept upstairs undisturbed so Mom and Dad and pup could socialize. Great atmosphere. Very dog and family friendly.

My wife and I live locally and have been to Draughtsmen Aleworks before, but it has been a long time. So just recently we stopped by for a couple of beers. It wasn’t busy because it was early afternoon, but we happened to strike up a conversation with some other friendly locals and members. The beers were great and the atmosphere along with the company. It’s dog friendly and very welcoming. So , on a lark, I highly recommend visiting Draughtsman Aleworks with its friendly staff and local customers !

Great beer. Lots of styles. Great Wine, great cider, all made in house. Comfy setting. Huge back patio with a stage. Dog and kid friendly. Live music, Pool table, shuffleboard, and games for kids.

Beer is brewed with passion. Fun environment. Difficult parking, but not a deal breaker. Needs a happy hour.

The beer is great but why soo expensive feel like $7 a pnt. is a lil’much, some guy bartenders are moody sometimes and it can ruin the vibe. Great local beer hang-out!

I do enjoy the beer that Draughtsmen produces, but it is expensive. Parking, yes its a bear, but you can park a little ways down the street. Staff have been friendly and polite to me. Went there the week before Christmas 2025, the meat and potatoes beer is one of the best beers I have ever drunk. Tue 10-14-2025 The Meat and Potatoes porter is one of the best porters I have drunk. It is as good as Guinness, and like Guinness they serve it with Nitrogen. As you can see I am still using the establishment,

I ordered 2 empanadas. Took 20 minutes to reheat them. People before us got them. It was 2 cute guys

The establishment was well kept, and the beer was good. Lady on the bingo mic was drunk, drinking from the taps, and deliberately interrupted the bartender and I as he was trying to provide customer service.
