Everything was good! Only downside its that I order a broccoli soup and I got less than half a cup of soup cause that was "all they had" and still got charged full price, literally got theee spoons out of that soup 😅

Visiting Hanford for an week and called to make an order because my app wasn’t and still isn’t working properly but whoever answered the phone hung on me TWICE in the middle of conversation! VERY RUDE!!!

Ordered two sandwiches at 8pm, no one else was in the restaurant, but it seemed like employee was making mobile order. As soon as we started ordering she already had attitude with us. We specified we didn’t want either sandwich toasted and she still toasted one of them. When we told her we said not toasted she just said “oh” and just stared at the sandwich, we got uncomfortable by her attitude and silence and told her it was fine that way. She continued to not say a single word even after I added a drink and chips. The only other time she spoke to us was to tell me the total. The toasted sandwich ended up tasting fine, but her attitude towards us and ignoring us was really disrespectful especially considering there was no one else there and it was a mistake on her part.

I definitely will give this subway location two stars. I hardly openly post reviews. I’m in transition in intaking healthy foods. I was so exited to order my sandwich that I planned to consume late afternoon. Planning early! The employee started with good presentation. Followed by pulling out my 6 inch Italian bread. Then to pull aside to play with her hair. Yes, she washed her hands and apologized. To then place my rations of add on’s. Each add on the employee kept leaning on to my sandwich. I post this to speak for those who don’t speak up for themselves. Do not allow people or individuals to treat you any kind of way. Especially with your food. It was so disappointed and disrespectful. I remember when I was a teenager working for long john silvers while in high school. It does not matter what belief system you practice. It’s human being to know, you never play with someone food. Especially if your service is to serve. Peace with love.

My husband and I walked in at 9:45pm and ordered 2 sandwiches. The indian girl helped us so poorly that she didn’t even toasted the sandwiches enough, the frozen veggie patty was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I understand that you guys close at 10pm but you should at-least warm up the frozen patties so that it’s edible. Extremely poor service I would never go there again.

My husband just purchased Subway sandwiches. Sarah who attended to him tried stealing my husband's gift card stating it had "Pennies" on it and he checked receipt and it had $19.xx! I am trying to eat this nasty flat bread but it's harder than tortilla chips!! Who in the hell trained this lady?!?! Sarah you gotta do better!!!

I went to buy a sandwich at 9:45 PM with my kids. As soon as we walked in, it was clear the employees were already preparing to leave, even though it was still 15 minutes before closing. Their body language and expressions made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by coming in. The service was very rushed and unwelcoming. We were pressured to hurry while ordering, and I was even charged before my sandwich was made, which made it obvious they just wanted to close and go home. Their attitude was unpleasant throughout the entire interaction. While we were there, another customer came in and was treated very rudely, and the same behavior continued with yet another customer shortly after. The employees repeatedly exchanged looks and made faces whenever someone entered. Overall, the service was extremely poor and made what should have been a simple visit to Subway a very uncomfortable experience, especially with my children present. The employees were an Indian girl and a chubby medium skin tone girl with black hair.

Service was horrible, employees were practically fighting infront of us, and my food was made very sloppy with 1/2 the ingredients.

This has to be one of the worst Subways in Hanford. First time I went I thought ..maybe it was just the workers. But no I tried it for a 2nd time and it was way worse. They never have their veggies stocked. The employees look and act like they hate their job. I asked for more lettuce and guy rolled his eyes cause they had to go get more from the back. (SMH) I'm done with this location

I went there to get two sandwiches and a pizza. When I walked in the workers were just sitting down chit chatting. They all looked like they had poor hygiene. Didn't wear hats or anything to keep their hair in place. The lady working seemed like she was rushing me. She had made one sandwich already and the pizza. Then the costumer behind me noticed a cockroach on the glass. The other girl working just gave her a napkin to kill it. So I walked out. Very disgusting.
