Every time I visit this location, the staff is wonderful. Punishable helped me this morning, what a gem to the staff. Se is very professional.
The location may be a bit hard to see, since the exterior is the modern box instead of the classic Whataburger bright orange A-frame, and it's behind some trees. The inside was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and chatty, and went around the lobby every so often to check up on customers and see if any customers needed anything. I made multiple custom requests for my burger and this is one of the few locations that got everything right! Kudos to them because some of the requests weren't in the ordering system so they had to relay it to the kitchen directly. I also got a pennant since they recently opened. Definitely worth coming back!
The manager Oscar is the best person ever food is empecable and the atmosphere is the vibe please come here for a good time and great friends 🌈🫰🤗💋‼️

This Whataburger is pretty good. The food comes out hot and fresh, the burgers are made right, and the service is friendly most of the time. It can get busy, especially at night, but overall it’s a reliable spot and does its job when you’re craving Whataburger.

Diggin the new store. Team members are welcoming. Would be 5 stars if I could get iced coffee black but was told it’s all premixed. 👎 note to the culinary team-use a cold brew base. That way your guests can choose flavor, cream, sweet or BLACK. Not every coffee drinker wants all that up in there. Iced black coffee on a warm early morning would be awesome 🤝
The new building is nice but you need more help for drive through You have 2 lanes but haven't staffed appropriately.....this is too much traffic for 2 young ppl to handle Beautiful building, great food (always hot and fresh), clean kitchen, super friendly workers BUT service speed not up to par Please staff more people!

I literally just went through the drive thru order # 703592. The guy that took my order didn't want to speak and when I told him I couldn't hear him, I annoyed him. I asked for no grilled onions in my patty melt and on purpose had them lather it the melt. He needs to fix his customer service skills and communication!!!
Since it is new, they got a lot of things to work out. Food took around 30 minutes and it was cold... My burger was still pink in the middle... I was going to complain to the manager, but I didn't have time to wait and I think she was stressed enough as it is...

It was 10:15am on a Saturday and the line was 4 cars long. It took me 23 minutes to get 2 honey butter chicken biscuits and a biscuit, then my order wasn't even fulfilled correctly. I asked the worker if they were short-staffed and they said no.They must have rocks instead of employees here.
Absolute abysmal service. Waited at the window for 15 minutes while 3 workers just kind of aimlessly waddled around inside. Never got my order because I had to give up and leave since the insane wait made me late for work

Alright I was giving this location some grace because the first time I went it was very new. I just went again and man they’re unbelievably slow. I’m not sure if it’s because they moved into a new building or what, but if you come here be prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the DRIVE-THRU. They definitely need new management.
This new team is not at all customer service oriented. Would not recommend stopping by here. The person at the register just stared at us when we walked in, she didn't greet us at all and stood there in complete silence til my mom had to say hello and even then she didnt seem to want to speak up. But when another person came up she immediately spoke to them and her whole demeanor changed. This is the first time I've been discriminated, and needless to say we will not be returning to this location unless absolutely necessary. (The manager is nice though.)
