I can't believe how long it takes to prepare a juice; at other locations, they deliver the juice quickly, even with people in the area. Here, it took 15 minutes without any other diners. This isn't the first time this has happened to me; it's already recurring and annoying.

Me encanta la comida de Jung restaurante pero es una lástima que las empleadas del área de comida tengan tan mala actitud... Parece que están enojadas con el cliente en todo momento ya hasta me pongo tensa cada que tengo que dirigirles la palabra, en serio recomiendo ampliamente a la dueña o el dueño hablar con ellas o cambiar de personal, hacen que jung ya no sea mi primera opción.... :( es feo que te traten mal incluso cuando tu tienes buena actitud.

As a first experience, the food is delicious, but unfortunately, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I waited at the register to order. There were about five or six girls, and none of them spoke or were polite enough to serve us until I had to speak. They give you dirty looks. It makes you wonder if I'd ever want to visit again.

I personally love the food here and always eat it, but the service I receive always leaves much to be desired. Today was one of those days. Usually, we just see the girls giving us dirty looks, but today, as I was leaving and needed to use the restroom, one of the employees rudely yelled at me, "IT'S OCCUPIED!" I understand that because nobody likes having their door knocked on when they're in the bathroom. The problem is that as soon as she came out, she washed her hands, shook them, and splashed water all over me. It's not the first time we've had situations like this, but today the level of mistreatment was a bit higher.

I went yesterday expecting a good experience, but it was the complete opposite. I was alone, and from the moment I arrived, the service was poor; the staff seemed uninterested and had a bad attitude. The service was inadequate throughout my visit, with no follow-up or attention to the customer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. It's a shame because Jung Real Food Plaza Dila had promised so much more.

Bad service, bad food, and high prices. If you want to avoid a bad dining experience, don't come here. The customer service is TERRIBLE, the food is BAD, and the prices are INFLATED. Just because it's healthy food doesn't mean it has to be so bad. The bowls are tiny and tasteless, with very little protein and bland rice (there's no way they're worth $190, maybe $100). The side portion with the burgers is small. I would definitely never return to this location, and it makes me wonder what the other ones are like.

I've been coming here for 2 years and the girls still have such annoyed faces. I really can't stop coming to the restaurant just because the girls are so grumpy! I hope they take this comment into account and fix this huge problem.

Today, Sunday, we went for breakfast at 11:00 am. Upon entering, we smelled a strong sewage odor. Because of this, we went upstairs, but the smell was also strong there, so we had to go outside, enduring the heat rather than the stench. We were surprised to find that they no longer have self-service coffee machines. I asked one of the employees for coffee, but it wasn't hot. I asked for honey, and they sold it to me for 12 pesos. When we went upstairs, there was no sugar (you have to go back downstairs to ask for it, and by the time they brought it, the coffee was already cold). The table we sat on outside was dirty; it looked like it had honey stains on it.

Terrible value for the price. The Buddha bowl costs 180 pesos and is tiny—just rice with very little protein. I initially ordered tuna, but it was bad and very frozen. They had to replace it with chicken, and the portion was minuscule. Honestly, very bad.

All the food from this place it's from usa Sprouts, overprice nothing special. The salads were without flavor, this is not a real vegan place.
