My regular order is a venti chai creme frappe with heavy cream, double blended, no cinnamon powder and it's always phenomenal. The grilled cheese on sourdough is amazing as well

When you go in the store, they usually get you out really quick, I never have to wait very long for my drinks. Their oven was broken so I couldn't order breakfast. Had an acai strawberry ice drink. It was ok. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so Starbucks isn't really my thing.

Take a seat in one of the chairs and you'll never know who you may strike a conversation with. With a coffee and other desserts, the free wifi isn't really a problem for me, but it's super fast if I do ever need it. They can't spell my name right, but I go by a different make as a result so it's okay. :)

This is a great store. Staff is super friendly. They go out of their way to help. The Manager, a Noel, was super helpful with my order. I've been here a few times and they are all so nice. Sometimes it can be hit or miss with some stores, but this one has been consistent. I'm super surprised at how patient and kind they are with some of these self entitled rude people I've seen. I have been to this Starbucks many times, it's hit or miss if it's a long line but the day I went it wasn't long. I needed two gift cards and they were amazing at telling me which gift card designs they had. My drink was tasty and I got the gift cards I needed.

Before going down the hill, my bf usually stops here to get me something because I really love the Frappuccinos they make and when I ask for extra caramel in the cup they deliver. The employees are very kind and engage with you in small talk like a person instead of seeing you as another customer they have to hurry out the driveway. They were very polite.

This Starbucks STAYS busy, especially the drive thru. You're better off going inside for a shorter wait. Not really a place to go study, for this one is small and fly infested.... The four stars is for customer service and the quality drinks (although you'll have to wait forever to get them).

I ordered the white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew. I don't know what happened but it was very strong and very bitter. I ended up bringing it home and adding flavored creamer to it just to make it drinkable.

Needed coffee and this Starbucks was nearby. Only to-go orders. There is no seating. Service is quick, but I don't like drinking coffee in my car. This location has plenty of space for seating. Maybe SBUX should close this one?

This Starbucks is like 3 mins away from my house which I love but unfortunately this particular location takes FOREVER!!!! I hate it and some of the employees there can be sooooo rude! I know I can never go there and get out fast which has saved me money of course. Only thing I like honestly is how close it is! Drinks can also be off at times but what Starbucks doesnt do that!

Very friendly staff but they move so fast they make allot of small mistakes. My daughter is allergic to mint and they gave her a peppermint mocha. Thank God I smelled it before she drank it! They apologized and remade her drink....

I gave three stars because of the environment. I came at 6:30 am and it is constantly covered in trash. The inside of this establishment you could tell was not cleaned the night before. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty, and the entire outside is always riddled with trash. The staff is always friendly! I do however think they could be cleaning the inside at least instead of standing around when they are not busy.

This drive thru is always ridiculously slow! Run inside and you're in and out, go through the drive thru and you're stuck 20 minutes! When I finally got to order, it took the guy 5 times to get my order right, which was two simple items. Definitely never using this drive thru again

It says they open at 4:30am but they don't open until 7:30am. Staff only have to b there at 7am. They need to get it together. Not cool at all. That will make me late for work...Ig it's no Starbucks for me so let's see how this day goes...Wish me luck..

The drive through at this starbucks is amazingly slow. Took me 20 minutes to get through the drive through line. This is insane! It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. After coming here a few times it seems pretty evident that they are unorganized and probably not staffed with enough people. The best way to get your order fast is to order online. Of course I love starbucks, but this one needs some work.

Service was extremely slow and there were only 3 people ahead of me. Took about 20 min to get my drink. On top of that, the barista got my order wrong. It was a quick fix, but he kept me waiting for at least a minute before he got to it. Won't be returning to this location.

The only reason to come to this Starbucks is because it’s right off the freeway. If you can possibly help it go literally ANYWHERE else. We came here at 10:00 am on a Tuesday morning. Only 3 other customers in the store when we arrived, yet it took the cashier over 5 minutes to take the order of the person in front of us and we had to explain everything we were ordering because she obviously had not been trained on anything but plain coffee. The girl making the drinks could not have been going any slower, she barely speaks above a whisper when calling out people’s names for their orders, and I ordered a Grande Soy Chai with Add 1 espresso shot, also COMMONLY known by baristas as a Dirty Chai. She put in one shot of espresso but also only 1 pump of chai syrup so I ended up with a mildly cinnamon flavored cup of brown water. Of course because we are on the road, this was not discovered until we were 15 minutes down the road. The worst Starbucks experience ever.

Teagan at Target Starbucks is NOT what could EVER be considered the "NICEST" or most "HELPFUL" barista... quite to the contrary and I'm relieved to say, I ONLY find myself at THIS Target & Starbucks 1-2 times a YEAR... I asked for a ribbon of cream within a Venti mocha frappuccino and she looked at me like my arm had been chopped off! She had NO CLUE what to do and kept asking "WHAT do YOU want?... I don't understand"... This experience left A LOT to be desired! And THIS is what we got... Interesting...

I’m staying at the Holiday Inn express right across the street from the Starbucks so I decided to go get a coffee and I will say that this was one of the worst experiences I had at a Starbucks. I use the mobile app and when I got to the drive-in, the server who I was expecting to greet me, asked me the name on the order, and I gave it to her told me in the future do not come to the drive-through until the order says completed. I would understand if there was some sort of extreme line or if the wait time was ridiculous and it was a super busy time of day, but there was no one in line. It would be exactly as if I ordered at the drive-through. When I got to the window, I asked her name and why she was so rude and condescending. There was no accountability or ownership on her tag. It showed GiGi.. While I’m in this area, I will no longer be supporting the Starbucks. There is a target nearby. I will walk inside of target to get my coffee if need be. And on top of that, they didn’t even make my coffee, right!!

Usually never have a problem here but today they are making mistakes one after the other. First they gave me someone else's drink. Other customers they had there orders split to where they only got one drink when they would put the other drink to go with the drive thru orders. They wouldn't even try to figure out where it was. They would just say they only had the one drink.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. I ordered a hot Vanilla Crème with white mocha and strawberry purée, but I was given a completely different drink (a vanilla latte with coffee). When I tried to clarify, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of helping I also asked for a sleeve so I wouldn’t burn my hand and was told no, and when I asked for napkins the employee reacted in a very unprofessional way Customer service should be respectful and helpful, especially when an order mistake happens. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

This place makes you sit at the ordering board until the car at the window is handed their drinks. This location is the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. There can be 1 car in front of you in the drive through and it will still take 10 minutes. I'm in line right now ,and it's been 16 minutes and I still haven't reached the board. All the rave reviews for this spot are suspect!!! I pulled up with 4 cars ahead of me. Save yourself some precious time and pick a different location. Sad!!

Since their service is so darn slow I've been ordering through my app hoping that in the amount of time it takes for me to get their from my house which is 15 minutes that by the time I get there my order would be ready. But when I get there I still have to wait even thought he app will say ready in 4-8 minutes.

Today, May 29, I went to Starbucks and ordered a cold drink and a cappuccino, when I felt that the glass of cappuccino had no weight and I opened it, there was less than a 3rd part of the glass and its taste was totally bitter and it had pure foam, I always drink it. same drink but this time it was not the same

I came in on Friday morning for a Venti brown sugar Oatmilk iced shaken espresso and I request some cold foam on top. When Steven handed me my drink I quickly advised that I was missing the Oatmilk and the cold foam. The drink was brown with ice. I buy it often enough to know the difference. He took it back to "the girl" he said made it and just came back with cold foam. Again I advised they didn't even add the Oatmilk. He stated that she did and to taste it. I tasted the drink and verified the Oatmilk was missing. I told him it was wrong. He seemed frustrated and just stated they would make another. I was in a hurry for an appointment and stated I would come back. He said it would be fine and just to say Steven said it was okay to remake my drink. I came back and Mike and another girl stated that Steven was not a shift and that my name was not written down...long story short I had to pay again for the drink because I hate holding up the lines for other people at least this time it was made properly, but It was very unfair for me to have to be put through all of this. I will have to drive a half a mile more to the next Starbucks for future drinks.

This Starbucks needs improvement. Pick up orders aren't available? They ignore POCs who knock and try to ask and they rudely give us gestures instead of explaining. This isn't the Starbucks you'd wanna go to if you're heading to a place of business or are in a hurry. Expect 30 minutes of drive thru hell from outside the dangerous road to the narrow driveway drive thru of starbucks. Hope they get more staff cuz I'm sure the manager taking mad heroin shots working this job

Bad experience today. Asked for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew and the female barista gave me an Iced Coffee. When I told her that was not what I ordered she replied :”I don’t know what you ordered, I made an Ice Coffee” and turned away. Not the service I’m used to at this location.

Ordered 50 dollars in Starbucks for my entire staff. All drinks show up and mine is missing. First the man on the phone couldn't find my order.. lie#1. Second I'm thirsty and he told me I'd have to pay the delivery fee again for the one drink. I will not be doing this again nor will I purchase anything from Starbucks or its affiliates again. Sounds like a scheme to me. My whole staff is enjoying their drinks and I sit out 50 bucks with no drink. I'm going to make sure this particular Starbucks notices my disappointment.

On Monday 8/09/22 at 9:30am, I ordered a Venti Chi Tea Late, and food items. When I got to my car I saw half the cup was full with the rest filled with foam, I was late to Dr apt & very tired, I showed employee the drink and I said I’d return for a refund another day leaving the drink. On 8/10/22 at 1130am, a mgr questioned my integrity saying I should have noticed it before I got to my car the last Monday looked as if she doubted me. She said they have new employees & brushed me off said at the end I was taken care of, as if all is ok. It’s NOT OK to pay $6 for half the cup, OR 2 inches off the top is NOT ok either. Employees are generally nice but being nice does not make up for shorting me. It’s a regular thing at this store.

Terrible Starbucks. About two days ago I ordered two drinks and two chocolate croissants. The lady in the drive through repeated my order. When I got to the window and was give my order. The croissants were plain, and the guy looked at my drinks as if he was examining some scientific equation. Only for me to realize the drinks I requested were different from the ones I received. I went today hoping they would redeem themselves, the employees parked their own car in the drive through to block customers from coming. The audacity to even put a sign that the lobby and drive were closed. Yet, both of the ladies inside were standing and not doing nothing. Why would you close earlier then stated on the internet? Terrible starbucks and I hope their management brings this to their attention. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

First time I visit this Starbucks to order an ice green tea matcha and not only were they slow but also they didn’t have the matcha. And the girl mentioned they haven’t carry it for a while.also they are greedy with their toppings, our cookie crumbles bearly had only topped on top. This is the last time I ever stop to this location. Not good for business.

I’m surprised to see all the 5 stars. I walked in to a empty restaurant and didn’t get any acknowledgement. I stood waiting for almost 5 minutes and still didn’t get any service. At that point I walked out disappointed. My wife loves Starbucks but I couldn’t say the same.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 40 minutes. They averaged 10 minutes per car. It took 20 minutes to get to the order screen and they would not honor their holiday promotion even though we were in the drive through 330 minutes prior to it ending.

I ordered a sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra ice. The guy working the drive through was crabby and told me that the ice deactivates the nitro. I order my drink like this ALL the time and today apparently it was an issue. So he gave me a regular cold brew with sweet cream, but literally it was iced milk. I did NOT taste any coffee at all. Super disappointed, why couldn't I just get what I wanted?!?

I understand times are hard right now with Covid, but yesterday's service here was really bad at the window. When we ordered, barista seemed super nice. When we got to the window, I was paying with card so she stuck the machine out. She didn't give me enough time to even stick my card in when she abruptly pulled the machine away, dropping my card. Got out to try and pick it up and all she could say was "nice!" in such a petty sarcastic tone. Pretty sure it wasn't my fault. Then she made me pull forward and had to make my mom get down to try and get it. She then proceeded to shove our drinks from the window without letting me back up to the window again. Honestly really horrible service from this barista! Didn't even get her name!

Gone down hill, first they're only open on random days and hours. Now app said 5-8 minute wait, try 25 minutes!!! For 2 coffees!!! Rude baristas too. I told the barista we'd been waiting for our order for awhile, expecting her to ask my name and make sure it had gone through or hadn't been overlooked. Nope. She just says when it's ready it'll be on the counter. Then the 2 drinks were ready 3 or 4 minutes apart. No straw, my daughter stood there for several minutes trying to ask for a straw, several saw her but no one came over to ask what she needed. Ridiculous!

The people are mostly nice… but they can never get a drink right. At least in my experience, I have never once gotten something made the way I have ordered it. I usually also add caramel to my drinks and they NEVER put it in the drink so then I just pay extra every single time for no reason. Not trying to be rude, but the ticket says exactly what should be in the drink, and mine is usually a normal drink just WITH caramel. No other Starbucks messes up my drinks like this one does.

Go elsewhere! There is no bathroom, most of their food items were out of stock and their service was poor. The cashier was hung over and did not know how to work the register or communicate what food items were in stock. There were no other people on the store but it took the cashier 15 mins to finish our transaction.

I ordered a trenta vanilla cold cream brew. It took over 15 mins to be made the girl started it, sat it on the counter and began working on other drinks 5 customers came ordered and left in the time I stood there. When I asked where my drink was, she looked around and realized she started it and never finished, no apology nothing. Her name was Melo or Melanie I don't know couldn't read her name tag. Worst service ever.

I been coming to this Starbucks for quite some time , the problem lately is they fill my cup half with foam, Green matcha tea , I specifically ask with no foam, as the employees female in the back laughing as I request again with no foam when they hand me my cup, young man takes back my cup with no apologies and says disrespectful “that’s how we make them now” half foam and half drink , keep in mind the employees in the back are laughing at my requests, very disappointed I won’t be coming to this location again… my drink was awful when I got it back , hot and mostly oat milk… very disappointed , not the Starbucks it used to be

Albert is super rude. I switched my mocha frap to plain coffee because the mocha was never ready within the time frame they set. I figured coffee would be easier for them since it’s just a pour off but they still can’t seem to have it ready within the time frame. Today I asked why it’s never ready within that time frame and he said to try and order it earlier, I said, I have and it’s still not ready. I told him I switched drinks for that reason. I said, I don’t understand why it takes so long when it’s just a pour off and his response was, “it sure is”. He asked, “have you tried another location?” Why would I have to try another location? Just have the drink ready within the time frame that you guys set. But I have gone to other locations and other locations always have my coffee or mocha ready within the time frame. Sometimes I get there and there’s nobody in drive thru and just two drinks on mobile pick up and he’s just cleaning and my drink still isn’t ready. Once I asked him for a stopper since I don’t want it to spill in the car. The guy wasn’t doing anything and he barely looks up and tells me, “one moment” and goes to do something else…everyone else is awesome except for this guy. He’s terrible.

This is THE, I mean THE absolute slowest Starbucks that I have ever been to in my entire life.They have no sense of urgency. I can hear people all around me irritated by the length of time that it was taking. For the first time ever I left and asked for my money back after waiting 30 minutes and asking where I was in order to get my drink the barista didn’t know. When I went back to the register to get my money back they couldn’t find my order. Then the other person who walked up to cancel my order said that there wasn’t anything they could do. It makes me appreciate my local Starbucks!

Leaving my first bad review unfortunately. I’m not one to complain but given that my mom, who’s handicapped got turned away from using the restroom before their posted closing hours I’m sad to report that this is not ok. We bought coffee, but we’re denied the restroom. I checked the time and we had a few minutes. As I was leaving I noticed others were allowed to order drive thru past posted hours…I have no words. Aside from that I’ve always been happy to have Starbucks as my go to place while traveling, as they are typically very efficient, friendly and professional service. That wasn’t the case at this location.

When taking my order, I had to literally say what I wanted to buy 3 times, I'm not exaggerating. For the first 9 minutes after they took my order no one was making any food items. I then said a omitting then I made a video and still Noone made any food items. I was about yo ask for a refund and a girl began to make the food items. I had to get to work, had I had all day maybe I would not have minded the waist of time.

Bought two gift cards only to discover she only gave me one. The other card holder was completely empty the when my daughter went to write in it and no one will replace it.

I can't believe how rude and disrepectful the boss lady in the black jacket and the 2 workers I dealt with were. There were 2 or 3 other workers I had no interaction with. It was awful how mean and rude they were and I wasn't wven being rude. I can understand if I was rude, but I was trying to be helpful. I think the lady in the black jacket was doing something to create the bad atmosphere. I have my reciept number and all the time if it wants to be verified.

I love Starbucks, unfortunately Starbucks has to do much better! Employees always look unhappy and miserable. I know they are overworked, maybe unappreciated. They have to do better, this place in particular! Every time I come in and say hello or have a great day there’s never a response! That’s just that, it takes them forever to get to your drinks! Mobile or inside. Management needs to address this, it has been going for some time now!

I rarely give negative reviews but today I brought my son in for his first Starbucks unfortunately it was a bad experience. I was refused service for the simple reason I was paying with my hard earn cash a $50 dollar bill for a $10 note. Wow Starbucks really cares ... I don’t think so they let me walk right out . Even an unknown person approached me to offer to break my bill . This location just lost a customer and probably a future one too.

Visited this location with family, Google says they close at 10 pm, however, each time visited, they were closed almost an hour earlier than they were supposed to be. If starbucks is truly concerned,(they would appropriately address these issues regardless of submitting this incident on their starbucks website, which has already been done). Won't be supporting this location.

Poor customer service. Pulled up in the drive through and let them know I had a mobile order and the response was that I need to give them more time before arriving to pickup my mobile order. Not exactly sure what the difference would be ordering upon arrival or order on my way to the store, but I will be sure never to inconvenience this location by ordering anything from them again. Just rude and unnecessary! I simple "we will start working on you order" would have been a perfectly appropriate response. I wasn't in a rush and I didn't express in any way that I was upset that my order wasn't ready.

Corporate Starbucks has clearly changed their approach to make Starbucks follow the Subway model. No seating, harsh lighting. They clearly want your money and not your presence. They have removed the bathrooms here which was why we pulled off the highway in the first place. So we chose to take our business elsewhere out of need to use a bathroom. I used to love Starbucks but they are heading in the wrong direction.

I’ve ordered this drink before keep in mind I had already drank some at a different Starbucks, today he presented me with the half filled drink, I asked why and he proceeded to say that’s how I described it. Not my first time I had a problem here, their baristas suck I now just drive to other Starbucks.

I was badly treated at this starbucks, which is a shame. When i pulled up to the window, paid, the batista complained that there was a long line behind and refused to serve me my drink unless I went inside to pick it up. It was 45 degrees outside. She was also very rude. I then offered to drive back around to pick up my drink. My second time to the window, a different barista served me my drink and she was very short with me. She was also very rude. My drink was not was not well made either. Very disappointed. I do not recommend anyone coming to this starbucks.
