The cappuccino, the burger, the sincronizadas, and the service. The piña coladas were delicious.
The terrace has never been known for its excellent customer service, mainly due to its proximity to the city center and the lack of options for going out for drinks. Because the service isn't great, there's no parking, no emergency exits, and they lock everything up at a certain time, which poses a risk in case of an emergency.

The cover charge is 80 pesos per person (you pay, but they don't have change). The service is terrible; you have to go to the bar to order, or they only come around when they remember you're there. They charge whatever they want. You order something from the menu, and then they claim you ordered the large size, but they bring you whatever they feel like. They don't give you a receipt, so you don't earn a tip. There's no parking; you have to leave your car on the street. Overall, bad service.
Most of the people who serve you don't provide good service.
It's a place where sales are made to minors, inappropriate for its location.
Bad service, the manager was very arrogant and rude, the waitress was very lazy, she just sat there and didn't come near your table
I went to visit for the first time...and of the three tables that were occupied, all had their respective snacks...but at my table? Those snacks never arrived 🤔😒
