Waiter served up wrong orders to myself and the previous patrons, but he corrected them when we complained. Food was good but overpriced. The premium lemonade tasted artificial. There were many other restaurants in the area. I could have done better.

No ice in soda machine and all the sodas are flat as if they ran out of Co2. People don't have the tolerance or patience to cook food to order. They prefer having it ready (sitting cold food) so when you order they can toss it in a bag and be gone. Thats why a.i robots are taking over and I can't wait.

A bit dirty but that's the usual for fast food places. The service was average but fast! Solid place to go if you're craving Popeyes. Two stars because I'm just picky at what I consider a 5 star restaurant BUT it's a solid and average place! Also there is a Chic fil A across the freeway though so I would go there if I had known.

Got order wrong, asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and received a classic chicken sandwich drenched in mayonnaise on top and bottom bun. So disgusting, looks like they added extra mayonnaise on purpose and of course no napkins included. People working there can be rude as hell. Avoid this place if you can. Last time I went there they also forgot my biscuit and drink, so careless

I never in my life ate chicken that i would literally spit out. There was no tenderness to it. The fries were cold i tried every piece in the box it tasted warmed up the only thing i was ok with was a soda with ice. I will never again spend or should i say waste my money a whole $79 on some crappy chicken from poppeys. They don’t even deserve my one star.

Did drive thru on the way home. Just wanted a quick bite and we had tried the sandwiches at the Popeyes in Watsonville which were crispy and moist, so we had been wanting to try the strips. Got the 5 pc strip and it was dry and not crispy at all. Actually looked and tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer all day. It was super gross, we didn’t even finish them. Totally skip this place. $16+ for 5 gross strips.

Popeyes is starting to rip off the customer. $40 for an 8 piece meal with 1 large side. 2 kids meals $11 for 2 pieces of chicken. And what put it over the top is a large soda in now a 20oz.. Wow

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was over $20… like what? Also, they got my order wrong and gave me a regular sandwich not a spicy one. Chipotle is next door with better quality food and prices. I won’t make the same mistake twice.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with only one person in front of us in the drive-through. When we finally got our sandwiches, they were both wrong. We went in to have them correct the order, and found out that they had run out of what we ordered, and substituted them without asking us first. Absolutely inexcusable customer service.

Poor customer service skills by employees who avoid you at all times now that they have the self ordering kiosks. Ordered the shrimp tackle box and was met with poor standards inside. Shrimp was cold and had a bad after taste once you bite into it. Fries were cold and soggy not to mention the long wait time it takes to get your food. Avoid this place if you don't want your money's worth

This is the second time I’ve been served paper in my chicken sandwich 👍🏼 Service is always terrible at the Gilroy location too. They’re lucky the chicken is so good.
