It's mcdonalds. Food tastes the same :) Edited review from a year ago. McDonald's needs to do something and quick. Don't get me wrong I like the brand and the food (every now and then ). Nice McDonald's, pretty friendly staff. Nothing special about this location. Just all your childhood favorites. Sometimes the homeless can be a bit much in the afternoons and evenings. Just to be clear, the homeless are outside. Not loitering inside...

As like most locations, the food is as expected but the level of service has dropped dramatically since the introduction of self service kiosks. I’ve stood at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a staff member to approach me to take my special order. #painful

If you arder for delivery they're always missing condiments, even though you ordered from the condiments section on the app. So disappointed

This was the worst service ever. I ordered takeout, and when I received the package, it turned out it was missing the sauce (which I'd selected in the app and paid for!). I told the employee, but the employee insisted my order didn't include sauce. No problem. I started pulling out my phone to show that I'd paid for the sauce, and then the employee casually tossed my sauce at me and walked away. As if he'd given me a gift. Where's the apology? I could have left without checking the package.

Came here around 4 AM with a few friends and tried ordering through the McDonald’s app. The staff told us “cash only” even though the app was clearly working and connected to their location. After several minutes of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to give us our original order through the app — but when we added two Diet Cokes, they suddenly refused and said we’d have to pay cash only and that it would be $7. It was pretty obvious what was happening — they were picking and choosing when to accept mobile payments and trying to pocket cash transactions off the books. Completely unacceptable and likely illegal. At 4 AM, you’d expect basic honesty and professionalism, not staff trying to scam customers over sodas. Management seriously needs to look into what’s going on during the late-night shifts at this location. Avoid this place unless you want to argue just to pay normally like any other McDonald’s

This McDonald’s was recently renovated, and when it reopened the service was great. They would bring your order to your table if you had a number, and they offered sauces in case you forgot. But as time passed — not too much — the quality dropped to the usual level of McDonald’s in the U.S. Very disappointing

This location needs employees that have attention to detail first and last time I order from bs delivery apps as a customer am not Mc loving it.

This is the worst McDonald's. The hamburgers were cold. They didnt throw away the trash. The kiosks dont give out receipts. I doubt this place is clean!

a female stuff who worked 8/25/25 morning around 11.30 was very rude to me. i don’t kno how this kind of person are eligible to work at a brand like MacDonald. they should be more concern about their stuffs behaviour and they should teach Their employees first how to behave.

Very disappointing. There is a poster clearly advertising the Granich meal, which is the only reason I came in. When I tried to order it, I was told they don’t actually have the meal. This is misleading. Please take the poster down if you’re not offering the meal.

The lady who served food to me was too rude. i asked for kechup she said i am taking to much time. then she abuse me by using some spanish words. MacDonald should train their stuff how to behave and respect with the customers. i just delated my MacDonald app today.
