Opiniones de Antonio's Grill Houston
Jollibee, a fried chicken brand from the Philippines. My first time trying it, and the taste is perfect for Asian palates. The spiciness is good, and it's not too salty. The combination of fried chicken drumsticks and gravy is simply a perfect match. Its pineapple beef patty burger also had a lot of mayonnaise-like juice. Its rice is also cooked very fragrant. I'll come again next time. It won't be the improved version.
Jollibee’s chicken is always a solid choice. The spicy chicken is also a must try. For people who wont seem to like the idea of having sweet spaghetti. Trying the palabok is a good alternative for it. Tried the ube coconut freeze and its really good! I hope it stays in their menu. I dont know if you add boba. But it would be great if they could. Would always recommend this place to my friends and family. Would definitely visit it again
The food was good. The chicken was very crispy. It was actually, look like there was seasoning on it. I got the spicy chicken. With spaghetti.
Jollibee never disappoints! 🍗🍟 We had the best time, and the kids absolutely loved it! From the crispy Chickenjoy to the sweet Jolly Spaghetti, every bite brought big smiles and happy tummies. The place is always so family-friendly, colorful, and full of good vibes — perfect for making simple but special memories with the little ones. It’s not just about the food, it’s about the joy. Seeing my kids excited over their meals and enjoying every moment makes it all worth it. Definitely one of our favorite family spots! ❤️ Thank you, Jollibee, for always serving happiness on a tray!
Chicken, palabok, fries, and rice, all bringing back memories of home in the Philippines! We went around 7pm so it was peak hour, with a long line and were asked if we’re willing to wait for an hour for order because there was only one cashier. Good thing our order came in 20 mins. We spoke all the Tagalog we want in this place and felt less homesick after!
First time trying Jollibee. Staff were all attentive and very quick to take orders. Our food came out in a nice timely manner. The chicken, Mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes + gravy were all delicious!! The chicken was super juicy and the skin was nice and crunchy. Will definitely be getting these again! The spaghetti was meh. I probably wouldn’t recommend this one. I do wish they had a location on the north side of Houston as it’s a little inconvenient to drive all the way to the South side. Overall my experience was great and I look forward to returning for a quick bite to eat 😊
The bestest spicy fried chicken and halo halo . Who doesn’t love Jollibee anyways … always highly recommended.

Came on at 10 am on a Saturday morning. Not many people yet. The service was fast. I believe this service has changed for the better. I'll come back again here.

Tried the Katseye Korean BBQ special... It was good, but a little spicy for me. Their fries is always good. And the Pineapple quencher... yum!!!

Super tasty and fresh. I just wish there were more comfortable seating. The spicy 2pc chicken is the best when dipped in gravy. I really like the new spicy seasoning they use. It tastes like actual chili peppers and is actually spicy. The crispy batter is just right and hits the spot especially when you eat it fresh
The employees here are so attentive and kind when attending you. I wish other places in the area had such good workers that accommodate the customers! Great food and atmosphere that makes you feel welcome everytime! The food is even better and the dining area is always clean with staff always attentive to any need
I may be a bit bias, but the service is excellent, if you were missing something in your order, they will be willing to fix it! The atmosphere around the area is very nice, and it’s not too crowded for seating (depends if there’s an event) besides the lines. The food there is excellent, whether it be something as simple as a mango/peach/ube pie or some fries. The food served there are made sure to be hot and fresh to eat! Would recommend to others to try this out. I don’t think it’s ideal for vegetarians since this place serves chicken related foods, like chicken sandwich, chicken pieces, and spaghetti (uses meat too as well).
Whenever I’m in the Medical Center area, I go to this store. Has slowly changed over time. But the chicken is always fresh and crispy so I thought it would be a great idea to get the new spicy chicken. I will tell you this this is not no Popeyes spicy chicken. This is like Popeyes got dunked into an Indian flavor town of spice. I was mad at first, but I still ate it. I felt it 30 minutes past. Apparently they do catering now. I’m hoping they continue at this site and may expand toward the north post Oak area. Prices are reasonable in the seating is always updated and the stores around it are Filipino influence so that’s a plus.
Not bad, just wasn't for me, their tenders, sandwich, biscuit, and gravy, they're all good and I'm sure this location is great since it was clean, service was great, and everything was made pretty quality. But at the same time, it's just normal chicken, it's nothing that special, I think you'd be better off going to a Golden Chick if you want basic American comfort food. If you get the rest of the menu, the Filipino food, then I'm sure it's good, but that's just not really my type of food, so it's a pass. But the Peach Mango Pie is really good so there's that. Overall, go to it if you want Filipino fast food, if you want chicken, go to a Golden Chick instead.
It was pretty good here , 1st time. The chicken was really good. The spicy had a great heat , but they don't carry ranch for the tenders, only 2 sauces, BBQ and the house sauce. Mac and cheese was good, the spaghetti wasn't bad at all. It's a sweet ND spicy kind. The biscuit was kinda hard , had to tell them to switch it out. The service was fine, but they didn't understand me. But eventually they got it

I’ve heard about this place a lot online so I thought I would try it. Although I did like their frying method I felt the chicken and mashed potatoes were not seasoned well. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, even if you put honey on it. The only thing I did like food wise was their peach & mango 🥭 pie. The staff themselves were very quick and efficient. The place is big has plenty of seating, (I did see a homeless man and there was an obnoxious group of teenagers behind me using foul language - I think it may be the area).
Reminds me of the Philippines. Visiting this area is amazing. The other businesses like Bakers Son and Belles Asian Market are awesome. The food was good but nothing that was outstanding. I do love their Ube Pie. That item was really good. The place needs more staff to clean the tables and area. With how busy it is, it is hard to find a clean table. Also the wait for the order is a little longer than what you expect at other chicken places.
First time trying Jollibee. It wasn't bad but definitely not as good as Popeyes. Chicken was good but lacks in flavor. Mashed potatoes were better than KFC, but not as good as Popeyes. The biscuit was very dried out like a cracker. The pineapple quencher was basically pineapple juice, which is fine but nothing special. The peach mango pie was fire though. May come back for that in the future. But all in all not up to par with other fried chicken joints in my opinion.
We stopped for a late lunch at Jollibee after a long morning at the Houston Museum of Natural History. Jollibee is the largest fast-food restaurant in the Philippines and is known for its fried chicken. This location is in the Pinoy Corner shopping center. It was busy when we got there, but the order line moved quickly. My wife ordered the 2-piece Chickenjoy Combo with Palabok Fiesta. She asked for two legs, one regular and one spicy, and we were told it would be a 15-minute wait. When the food came out, she got a leg and a thigh. The order was quickly corrected. The chicken was good, but we liked the regular over the spicy. My wife did not like the palabok, because it had too much of a fishy taste, which is not what she is used to. The manager replaced it with an order of Jolly Spaghetti, which was fine. We were happy that they made the effort to replace the palabok. I got the Bacon and Cheese Chicken Sandwich Combo with Fries and a Drink. It was a good chicken sandwich, and I would get it again. The fries were okay. If you are looking for an alternative to the traditional fast-food restaurants, give Jollibee a try. I recommend that you go with the chicken as a safe bet.

It had been years since I’d had Jollibee, but I was excited to try it again. I had recently seen they had KBBQ fried chicken options that looked appetizing The line stretched (overflowed) outside of the to-go boundaries and that was because it was fairly busy, but also because the design for their to-go area wasn’t overly thought out It was initially difficult to hear anyone in the other end of the speaker. They person at the window was not very pleasant an would ignore me at times The food is good. It’s always been good. It’s not good for you with loads of fried and starchy options, but it’s tasty. The KBBQ chicken is no exception. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but I was impressed by the glaze, the crunch, the flavor, and the overall appearance of it. The quality of the food wasn’t the issue… The way the to-go comes out looks all tidy and together in multiple containers. We should have pulled off and checked the contents, but we were missing several items/they had messed up a few separate parts of our order, charged us for them, the were missing multiplied items and we didn’t realize until we got it home I’ve had good experiences with Jollibee and even this location, so, maybe this was a one-off, but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be coming back any time soon Some tips: While I did to-go, you can also dine in and have your meal. Also, the KBBQ chicken is a collab with girl-group KATSEYE, and if you haven’t heard their music it’s pretty catchy Cheers!!
I’m gonna give this rating, though I liked jollibee, this time i received a food that smells like plastic, tasted it and it tasted weird, don’t know what they did to this food. Don’t want to return it since it’s 20miles away from us. Just be cautious if this happens to you, smell it first specially if you bought it in drive thru.
For us (me and my wife), this place is way overhyped. First, when placing our order, we were told that there was a wait on the food, so we were asked to pull around into any parking spot. Okay, great, that means that it's going to be fresh. ABSOLUTELY NOT! Everything was lukewarm except for the chicken, which was actually cold, and the peach pie, which we ate immediately. We ordered spicy chicken, hence the little flags, but there was no spice at all to us. The spaghetti was the best thing about this meal. Only because it's so different from what we're used to it actually makes us want more of it. Overall, it's a no for us as far as going back, and if we do, it'll only be for the spaghetti.

Extremely unsatisfied with my recent visit. I used to love this location up until what happened yesterday. I placed my order through the drive thru because I was on my way to work. I didn’t get to actually eat and look at my food until a couple hours later but when I did I was absolutely mortified. There was a dead fly COOKED with my food. Like it was coated in the sauce and everything. I was so disgusted I had to throw my coworkers and my food away. I immediately called the location multiple times and no answer. I sent an online inquiry on the website and still no response. This is all very inconvenient and disgusting. I’m still nauseated and have an upset stomach. I haven’t had a chance to go up to the location but if they don’t care to even answer my calls then I doubt they’ll even care to refund me or make the situation right.
Would not recommend coming to this place. They were out of fries so when I made a decision for an alternative, they told me they were gonna have to charge me $1.50 because of their incompetence. The staff was not helpful did not understand what I was telling them and continued to mess up the order. The atmosphere is horrible. The music in here is loud and doesn’t promote a kind environment to enjoy eating. I would recommend finding someplace else.
I live 2 hours away from this location so I don’t get to come often!! Today I decided to drive 2 HOURS with my wife to get some of our favorite spicy chicken and guess what they didn’t have any!!! And it was STILL 10:23pm Not near closing time. I would have understand if it were 10:53. NOW IM NEGATIVE $120 for Gas I spent + NO FOOD, and also NEGATIVE 4 HOURS OF MY TIME. I’m absolutely upset that they don’t care about the customers… Like i said I told them I drove 2 hours for this chicken and I’m driving 2 hours back. The only thing the guy said was “Aw I’m sorry” like LITERALLY IT WAS 10:23 pm in the picture shows 10:29 because it took me time to comprehend my trip to this place was a waste of time… I would like for the owner or the manager to make it right like I said I wasted not only time but also money for gas which I wouldn’t have minded if I would of accomplish getting my food.

I politely accepted their request to drive into parking lot to wait for food after payment. They completely forgot my order and ended up wasting half an hour for a drive through experience. How could an order be completely forgotten AFTER PAYMENT?! They didn’t even begin working on my order at all!
