I had a company work event that we needed catering for and decided to try something different for our office. I reached out to Kris and he made the process smooth and simple for me. I had zero clue the best way to order wings for a large group of people but Kris explained their package options and asked me the necessary questions to help meet our specific needs. He put together a great bundle for me at a great value. He went above and beyond by communicating often and making sure I had everything necessary from food to drinks, etc. He also delivered the food to our office. We had a great and smooth experience! Thank you Kris for all your help! We will definitely cater from Big City Wings again!

Exceptional service! Really enjoyed the wings and the wing specials are good too. They have some unique wing flavors you should try. The deep fried sides need a little work. Didn't love the mushrooms, or onion rings but they weren't bad. Maybe you can try adding deep fried cauliflower to your menu, that's hard to find around town. Overall a great experience.

We really enjoyed our night out after going to the movies. Our bartender/server, Victoria, provided such a great experience. Our drinks were refilled quickly and she provided recommendations on the menu. Will come back!

She always remembers our orders, greets us with a smile, and has the sweetest personality. She truly makes my week every time we come in. The good is amazing, the wings were a decent size, they were fresh and extremely tasty. I ordered a few of 10 wings but was only able to finish 6 of them. They are a little pricey but good God everything is these days. I ate at the bar, the bartender was extremely nice and the food came out so fast. I would definitely recommend this place and I will eat here anytime I'm in Houston.

I came with a colleague for lunch and had my first experience. It was a slow Thursday afternoon at the restaurant, so the staff was very attentive. We received rapid service and everything came out great. My wings were excellent! I had the chipotle BBQ and they were a great flavor with the perfect amount of heat. Sweet potato fries were on point as well. Lots of TVs and projects to watch any sporting events. Great vibe. You have got to check it out!

The wings and fries were amazing! Our kid enjoyed her breakfast burger 🍔, she said it was sooooo good. we ordered all flats and got mixed but they fixed it right away. Would have loved to sit out on the patio but it was too humid. Patio was clean and had a giant connect four.

Food was good, their cilantro sauce is so good! Service was alright. We were told a few times "I'll be back in a minute to take your orders" with each being 5-10 minute wait time. Atmosphere was good, weather was perfect. We got the wings/tenders/salad. The tenders look like your pinky finger... so just FYI.

I’ve been here a few times because it’s super close to the gym I go to. So I come by to eat their salads. They’re salads are amazing… well WERE… apparently they have a new kitchen manager according to the server we had. Because we complained about how our salads were wrong… then complained about the portion being way smaller than what we normally eat here. They picked out what was wrong with the salad..because I still found a pepper in my food….the salad had so much water it had water at the bottom and made the salad watery… there were barely any slices of avocado… just like 1-2 pieces… the salad was way better before… chicken was overly cooked. Mind you, every time we come here their service is awful, there is never a host and the waiters and waitress are always just talking to each other… The front is EMPTY often…We waited for over 20 minutes for our sever to come back so we can get our check….we went to the front and instead of letting us check out… they told us to sit down while we wait on our server…waited another 10 minutes… I can deal with terrible service but the food is the major reason I kept coming back. The south western salad was AMAZING…. But not anymore that was the worse food experience I had there… Picture of empty front service… after being told to sit and wait…
