At first glance I thought what is this place trying to knock off subway but it’s actually reverse subway knocked off them! This place is Amazing 10/10 would recommend hate it’s the last one standing in/around Houston.

When I walked in the place was super inviting and clean. The atmosphere was great. I ordered a turkey sandwich and everything on it was fresh! I will be back. 10/10

I've been here multiple times. Each time the food tastes really good and the restaurant is clean. It's one of our favorites for a stop-in or take home meal.

This is our go to sub shop, owner is always there and always friendly, always knows how we like our subs! It’s a no hassle experience every single time, his staff is always professional and friendly as well. He is what makes this place awesome, always consistent and bread is always fresh out of the oven!!!

Love Blimpies more than any other sandwich shop! Great bread, fresh veggies, and I especially love the hot sandwiches! Manager is always there. So clean!

This place has the most delicious subs! I would be eating here way more often if only they were a bit closer to me. The Blimpie Best is definitely the best sandwich but they still have other tasty creations.

I went inside for a pickup order, and the shop was clean and really cute. The man at the counter was also very friendly. My sandwich was great! Way better than any experience I’ve had with subway or any other sub shops. Blimpie is definitely my new go-to!

I haven't been inside a Blimpie in years, I tried their Italian beef, it was the best Italian beef I've had outside of the greater Chicago area, I will definitely return when I get the craving for one. I look forward to trying some of their other subs. If you ever tried Submarina, for the short time it was in the Tomball area, it's rather similar, the meats and bread are sliced when you order the sub, so much better than many other brands out there.

The Zesty Grinder, although it sounds like a descriptor for a pole dancer, is absolutely delicious as is everything here.

Friendliest, freshest Blimpie in existence. Started coming here when I worked across the street in 2002. Anytime I'm in the area now I stop by for a tuna sub. I wish I lived closer. I work 30 seconds from another Blimpie that I refuse to eat anymore. This place is my one and only Blimpie.

Great fresh food. My husband and l frequent this restaurant and are always greeted with a smile and quick service by the owner. He takes his job seriously and demonstrates high work ethic and compassion for the customers. I wish l could give more stars.

I ordered 2 trays of 3” sandwiches for a party. It was spectacularly packaged with many toppings to dress the sandwiches. Everyone loved them!! It was a huge success for my event! I will definitely order again! Thank you!

1st time eating at Blimpie and it was money well spent. Meatball sub was excellent and pack full of flavor unlike Subway which is bland. Staff was very polite and explained all the sandwiches we were interested in. Love the way they press the hot sandwiches. Place was very clean and well kept for it looking like the 90s inside. Will definitely return!!!!!!!

Omg let’s start with the bread! My sandwich was so fresh! The owner her has been the owner for the past 30 years and his hospitality is so amazing. Since I moved out of South Carolina I haven’t seen a blimpie in forever. So this was a blast from the past for me so happy to run into it!

Used to come here when I was 12yrs old and loved it…. Im 25 now and it’s been 6 years before I ate here. Just exactly how I remember it. Fresh deli meats, toppings, and excellent service. The same guy is still here from when I was younger(think he’s the GM/owner)

I love Blimpy, it really is my favorite! The only one near me is this one on Sawdust. I have been on Keto and really miss sandwiches. I found some Keto bread and took it in with me. I was expecting to just have them put all the toppings together and I would assemble my own sandwich. The owner asked me if they could have the bread and they would put it together for me! The guy who helped me really worked hard to make it delicious and IT WAS!! I didn’t even miss the regular bread. Thank you guys so very much for going the extra mile for this silly lady who just wanted a good sandwich.

I love this shop. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and it’s always consistent. I've always recommended it to my friends. My sandwich is always good, the prices are fair, and the place is clean every time I come in. I’ve seen some reviews say the owner is rude or that the atmosphere is negative, but that hasn’t been my experience. He’s always been straightforward and respectful. He might not talk much, but that’s not bad customer service — not everyone wants small talk. We’ve had a few real conversations over the years, and he’s been genuinely encouraging and supportive when I mentioned school and work. He remembers my order, the staff is friendly, pickup orders are always correct, and I rarely have to wait in line.

Blimpie’s is my childhood favorite sandwich place. After moving out of the Northeast, I rarely found this delicious sandwich shop. I was so excited to find this Blimpie’s here!! The Blimpie’s Best is fantastic. I am savoring every bite 😊

I’m so sad that this is the only Blimpie left in Houston. I was here in the Woodlands one weekend and let me just tell you Subway is complete and utter trash compared to Blimpie. I had a veggie sub and it was by far the best and more fresh tasting I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention the gentleman that helped us was super nice! So happy I was able to grab a bite to eat here.

Owner and staff make you want to come back everytime !!! We live in Baytown Tx and this location in the Woodlands is worth it and more. We miss the Wallisville Tx location off I-10 tremendously!!! Please bring back the Blimpies off I-10! Blimpies is 100 times better than competitors. Subway ain't got nothing on Blimpies! Bring Blimpies back!!!

I'm here to tell you I love love love Blimpie. The guy who's always there is super friendly & pretty much know what I come to order. Resturant is always clean & sandwiches are so delicious 😋! 10/10 I do recommend!!

Loved this sandwich shop! We were in town for work and craving subs. Not only were the sandwiches so good, but they helped us figure out what we would like with recommendations. They took great care of us and the quality of food was excellent! We will be back if we come into this area again!

Every time I go here they never disappoint me. They have some of the greatest sandwiches ever which is why they have been here 30 years now. The franchisee told me March 23rd, 1994 is when he opened that Blimpie. It is the ONLY Blimpie in the entire Houston Texas area now, and we are blessed to have it here in our community so we can go there regularly to enjoy it 😁 Thank you so much for making me great sandwiches for the past 30 years.

Great sandwhich spot. The whole place was clean, service was polite and the food was excellent. I tried the spicy Italian on jalapeno cheese bread. The spicy peppers they use are good as well as all the meat and toppings. They even offer jumbo pickles as a snack option, which is always a + for pickle lovers. I haven't been to a Blimpie in almost 30 years because there aren't many around anymore and I don't live in the area where this is located. So if you're ever in the area and have the opportunity, give them a try.

This is one of the cleanest sandwich shops I have been to. The food prep area, and seating area are always spotless, and on most days the tables are decorated with fresh flowers. And the food is great! They obviously use fresh, authentic ingredients and it makes a difference. The prices aren't cheap, but still reasonable, and when you can find a coupon, homerun!

Best way I can describe blimpies is a parallel universe subway. The physical location itself was in need of some care. The food was mediocre at best but $6 for a customized sandwich is hard to argue with.

I like their subs well. I am very frustrated with their promotions however. I've been there 5 times now, thinking to support a smaller brand with my patronage. Never have I been able to get the benefit of a single coupon; either they expired, I had to text the president, had to jump over 3 obstacles and a ring of fire. Other establishments apply a more flexible approach to coupons, some even honoring the competition's. Also, I ordered the Blimpie Best for 8 bucks. The thin slice of ham was very dissapointing. I'll have to try another place next time and give Blimpies some time to figure out their coupon offers and portion control.

Overpriced sandwiches that I could have made at home. Place is dirty and employees don't seem to have a grasp of the English language. Blimpie obviously caters to the apartment-residing trash in the immediate vicinity. Any discerning sub eater should stay far away.

The worst customer service I ever had in my life. Soon as you enter the store, the vibe is negative . Not so welcoming at all !! And overpriced. I wouldn’t mind paying for the sandwich if the service was better.

The best definition of mediocrity. Not only was the individual making the subs rude and inattentive, but the "fresh" ingredients were going stale, the bread was very flat and tasted old, and the tea was very clearly old by the smell and taste. I'd recommend taco bell more than this.

We ordered Blimpie's catered for our office lunch and none of us liked it. All of the sandwiches were very mushy/greasy/wet and squished. The sandwiches did not seem fresh at all and it's like Blimpie's grills the sandwiches and smushes them really hard while they're covered in grease. The sandwiches don't taste fresh at all!! We definitely won't be getting food catered from here anymore.

Love the food, customer service is no bueno, the owner doesn't know how to smile. He brags about being the last location open in Houston! Wonder how much longer that will last with horrible customer service!!

I’ve been coming to this place for over 8 years. Service the same which I usually get the guys who’s always there. He’s not customer friendly and doesn’t say much but ready to cut the meat and take your money. I visited today and was rudely informed by him I can no longer use my rewards when trying to use in store. I was able to before but today was different. It doesn’t make since when I thought can be used in store or online. What makes Blimpies so different from everyone else and the sandwich not all that. That was my last for ever returning or eating at any Blimpies. I will continue going to Jersey Mike’s. There I can use rewards in store or online. They never fail me and sandwich more tasty not bland

A sandwich is a sandwich, great customer service is mandatory. Too many places to go and buy sandwiches so its down to customer service and this owner is almost out of business! Hates his job, pulls up in his Toyota minivan and complains about everything. The staff is scared of him you can see it as soon as he walks in.
